Great service and Awesome experience! Initially I was very reluctant because I do not like trying out new places and different people but this was a gift certificate I received and had no choice but to try out this new place and no regrets. I was taken care by Sweety and like her name she was very sweet, caring and patient. Above all this place was very clean, high on maintaining hygiene meaning in many places during waxing they dip the same stick many times into the wax and remember that same wax is being used on different people. Here Sweety made it a point that if once the stick was dipped into the wax and touched the body then it was thrown away and a new stick used each time. I definitely recommend to try out this place because I know for a fact that I'll be going back. I would suggest to make an appointment prior to the visit or else the place gets busy really quick. I'm so glad I went to Threading City today! I was able to walk in for eyebrow threading and a Brazilian wax all in one spot! They did an amazing job on my eyebrows and shaped them just the way I love them! She did a great job on the wax as well and was very gentle & thorough, she was sure to comfort me through the pain & gave me a chance to take a break. Both hard & soft wax for sensitive skin were available and I appreciated being able to choose based on my preference. Prices were very reasonable & to top it off, both of the ladies were very sweet & friendly. Best part about the experience was also getting to purchase a gorgeous silk scarf on my way out. My first time visiting, the salon was very clean and spacious. I was greeted respectfully by one of the workers upon entry. I had a Brazilian was done and the esthetician was very nice. She was hygienic, made sure to clean her hands in front of me before applying gloves. She was friendly and social, we conversed the entire time during my wax. She made me feel comfortable and explained things as we went along. The only thing I didn't like was she used two different kinds of wax. She used the hard wax and then the pink wax and used strips to clean up the remaining hairs. It wasn't too painful but it was my first time having it done with strips. I was referred to Threading City by close friends and the ladies here are excellent! The waxing process is very clean and they use the pressure method to ensure reduced pain. The price is also outstanding...$39 for a complete Brazilian wax! I mean! These owners truly believe that every woman should have accessible beauty treatments! They make you feel welcome and so comfortable. Walk-ins are welcome and they also have appointments available. I have had no issues with hair bumps...or any other intimate feminine issues post waxing. I drive from the other side of town for these services. Sweetie was absolutely amazing! This was my first time going to Threading City and Sweetie did my Brazilian wax. The wax itself was so fast u could barely scream because it was over just like that! She made sure to remove an entire layer so she would not have to repeatedly go back over the same spot!! Sweetie also talks to you while you get the wax done! If I could give her a 10/10 I would! There prices are great (the Brazilian wax cost $35), although I did use my Groupon, that will not deter me from paying $35 next time I get the wax done. I love the location of this place. The staff is very friendly. There is usually no wait when I go. The place is very clean and open. Large mirrors the chairs are comfortable as well. I usually get a thread but today I got a thread and tint. My brows are pretty thin so I always ask for them to just be shaped and they listen. Shout out for that. The tinting takes about 20 mins. I don't have any reaction to the dye. The dye doesn't make my brows look too dark. The only thing I don't like is the boxed look but once I shade with a pencil it gives me an ombré look which I love. read more

I absolutely LOVE this shop! I go there for my eyebrow threading, Brazilian waxes, and I even tried underarm waxing today! The 2 ladies that own the shop are so polite and the customer service is great. The area is so clean and neat, and they are very strict on being sanitary with their work! Also, I've tried all the waxes that come through the shop and my favorite, by far, is the new chocolate wax and the blue wax. They make the entire process as comfortable as possible. Today was my 1st going and I will be going back again I received a Brazilian wax and the lady Sweetie was very nice and very professional a wax is never pleasant but it always helps when the person doing it talks to you and is nice it keeps you distracted from the pain and the price was very reasonable I have paid double that price and was no where near as happy as I was today with the service I recieved I would recommend and one looking for a waxing spot to give this place a try you won't be disappointed read more

This place is amazing! The two women that own it are so friendly and do all the work themselves. Their prices can't be beat - $35 for a Brazilian wax?!?! You won't find that anywhere else! They make you feel extremely comfortable. They offer threading, waxing and facials. The welcome walk-ins and I haven't had to wait yet. Sweetie is truly sweet. The salon is spacious and clean. I've had facials, waxing and threading done. She is very knowledgeable about skincare. The facials are 45 minutes, but truthfully, I need at least an hour to accommodate my extractions. The waxing service is well worth the price which is far less than I used to pay at European Wax.
