I've been going to this spa for a few months and getting gel on my nails. Let me tell you Patrice the owner and my nail technician is the TRUTH! There is no design that I have presented her with that she can't do. In fact sometimes the pic I show her is just an idea of what I want. Patrice will switch it up to suit my personality. It's like she's in my head! She also has a line of shea butters that smell delicious and are so moisturizing. I've been coming here for a while after successly trying out thus Black woman owned spa. Maria always does a great job on my pedicures. She takes extra care in trimming my nails and getting my cuticles in the right shape. Trice does a phenomenal job on my overlays and they last me about a month. I didn't want acrylic so we tried this instead since I keep breaking nails with just gel polish as I'm unintentionally rough on my hands. I always get major compliments on my nails after getting them done. I really love that everyone is masked and the place is never packed, making it easy to not be close to anyone while waiting. Everyone here is very nice from the time you walk in from the time you leave. I plan to keep coming to get my nails done and may even branch out for my eyebrows and lashes. read more

c'est trice is a beautiful establishment. the technicians are very professional but relatable(that is hard to find). i felt at home and like i knew them from the time i walked in the door. the place was so clean and beautifully decorated! y'all, the sink's water came out so smooth and soft on my hands. the message chair hit my entire back abe was so relaxing. i don't know what else to say about c' est trice spa but to come and check it out yourself! oh... the prices were absolutely less than what i expected. and i had a pedicure and manicure with designs on most nails. i have made this a regular spot from this day forward, most high willing! and it's a plus to me to support a black owned business... i'll try to add pictures... read more

Called to ask If you needed an appointment to use Groupon, and was told yes. Asked when the next appointment was and the receptionist was unclear on the when the next one was. Claim to be really busy and it wasn't a good day. I am glad I didn't purchase it. You need to be prepared when you are selling Groupons! read more

I went here because of a groupon deal. The staff was nice enough, but the sanitation made me a little nervous. I didn't see anything to clean the tools, and while a woman did wipe down the tub for your feet, I feel like you're supposed to use a cover for it for each person. read more

I bought a groupon for shellac mani and basic pedi ($22). Making the appointment was quick, easy, and they had a lot of availability. There was convenient, inexpensive metered parking directly in front of the salon. When I arrived, I did not have to wait - they took me immediately. I liked the color selection available and my manicurist did a great job. I took off one star because it feels a little run-down inside, I think mostly due to the dark green walls and old tile floors, and also because no one greeted me when I entered and I was not offered a drink. But all told, my nails came out perfect and I can't complain about the price, and for those reasons I'd happily go back and just bring my own water bottle next time :) read more

I am not an easy person to please when it comes to my hair. My hair is natural, thick, and long which tends to be very unruly. I have attempted to find a permanent stylist for the past year I have lived in Baltimore. I have searched and searched for a salon that can manage my hair and fits my work/school schedule. When I was just about to give up all hope I came across this pot of gold. I am so elated in every way the service I received was great!!!!! Robert was my stylist, and he was very knowledgeable about the products that work well for natural hair. This place has everything. I was able to get my hair, nails, and eye brows done all in under three hours (TRUST ME THAT'S GREAT TIMING...... I HAVE BEEN IN PLACES A LOT LONGER FOR A LOT LESS). I've finally found a dynamic hairstylist, and I'm overjoyed! My new stylist Robert was truly nothing short of FABULOUS to me! Robert is very engaging, professional, and a hair guru we clicked and I'm oh so glad! I told Robert the journey that I took to find a good stylist, and what I had been thru in the last month or so trying to get my hair just done. When you find a GEM keep them, and I plan on keeping Robert as my stylist he was very efficient, quick, and knowledgable I trust him completely with beauty needs. When here because I purchased a groupon. The staff was friendly and courteous and seemed like they new what they were doing my nails looked great until the next day!! My polish on my toes was chipping the next day I usually can go a month between pedicures. My tips started coming off away from my real finger nail and dirt got lodged up In between my nails and I couldn't get it out even with tweezers... Gross!! Polish looked dull!! After a few days my nails started looking like cracked glass in the polish. I guess you get what you pay for!! I had them redone elsewhere less that a week later. I've never had my tips pop off like this before!! read more

Please don't waste your time here. If you expect a pretty, clean and relaxing place, don't choose to visit here. I was very nervous to get my manicure and pedicure purchased through Groupon. Visited on a Friday afternoon in early Dec. 2013. Was the only person in the place. Dark room, tiles coming up on floor, thick dust on everything, and the tubs had dirty rings. Did the manicure because I think the tools were sanitized. However, I asked technician to file and paint my toes only. She told me this would be an extra $10 for color change. This confused me. I was saving her time and she wanted me to pay more.I explained politely how I was concerned about getting an infection from the tubs. It was very awkward for me to tell her this. I am not one to complain. However, after hearing about warnings on TV about nail salons not taking care of their equipment and tubs, I was not going to take the risk. Decided to not have pedicure. Technician was upset with me and stated she was tired of customers coming in for man/ped and choosing to not do pedicure. I hope they take this as constructive criticism. If they don't make changes, they can not build their business. Also, asked to speak with manager, but was told she was not available. Asked her to please explain my concerns to manager, but tech. told me she was right about charging me an extra $10. This was unprofessional. read more
