This was my first time ever visiting this shop. I was I interested in finding a nail salon nearby that didn't grind the nail bed. The vibe there was friendly and I was happy with my service - even scheduled my next appointment before I left. That was on Thursday and less than five days later I notice green coloring under each nails in the corners of both sides close to the cuticle! I have never in all the many many years of getting my nails done has a nail fungus and that includes me doing my own nails using Shellac and acrylic. I don't know if the tools used were sanitized, which I hoped they were. Unfortunately, I have no clue because this is a first for me. $85 nails, that I'm currently popping off and hands full of nail funguses! This has been the worst nail salon experience ever! Don't trust the hype - something is seriously flawed here. I'm disgusted and furious!

The chairs were comfortable, and my tech (Lindy) was meticulous she spent extra time making sure my polish looked flawless. I'm super picky about my French (I love a sharp square shape), and my nails had grown out badly, but she didn't judge at all. She actually showed me where air had gotten under one nail, carefully removed it, did an overlay, and the French turned out perfect. Bonus points: there's free parking in the back, it's right by a Dunkin' drive-thru, and they even had snacks out. She mentioned in the mornings they offer coffee too, love that! Then I looked at my hands and saw that two of the nails were already chipped. I went back the next day to get them fixed, and the technician touched up the polish. However, just two days later, the polish started chipping again. I didn't want to be difficult, so I decided I would just pay to have the color changed because I was tired of it constantly chipping--even though it hadn't even been four days since I got them done. They charged me $40 just to change the color. This was a very poor experience and disappointing service overall.
