I love this place! My second visit and I couldn't be happier! Their prices are awesome! They do take a bit longer then most nail salons but, its because of their professionalism, focus, attention, and so much more. They really want to do a great job and make sure your happy before you leave! I made an appointment same as I did the first visit and again was greeted as soon as I made it in the door. Then, I immediately asked how I could be helped? I told them about my appointment with anyone and was called back immediately for my pedicure. I was asked how my water temp was and if I wanted gel color? I said yes and then explained my nails and she asked if I had a photo. Sophia, did my nails last time and this time she did them again along with my toes. She's amazing. I don't always like like I'm there for over a hour just for my nails sometimes BUT, I'm not complaining because she takes long to make sure im happy! And I always am! If I'm not she will immediately fix or change it. Very clean, speaks great English (not being rude but, its hard to get what you want when someone doesn't understand you) , very clean establishment, bathroom was spotless as well. 6 foot rule was followed including in between the pedicure chairs. Theres chairs or more in between you and the next person for 6 foot distance. Everyone wears a mask as well of course and most of them even wore gloves especially when doing a pedicure. The only downside I experienced here was that it took 2 hours for a pedicure, full set with design and lip wax. Maybe it normally takes that long, but I felt the pricing was very fair. The environment was about what you'd expect in a nail salon, and there wasn't too much chatter, I just sat back let them work on my nails and watched tv. I was pleased with the end result. I'm in a wedding this weekend so I really wanted a great look and they didn't disappoint. One of the girls who helped me said the prices are so good because the overhead in this particular shopping center wasn't bad. I don't get my nails done often, just for special occasions, but I would come back and it's close to home. win, win. read more

I went in for a soak off and asked how long it would take. He didn't say anything except that someone would be done and attend me. They took 10 min and got someone to fill a bowl up with acetone and left me for 45 min alone. My skin is burning! If it weren't for me saying something I would have been still sitting down in a empty bowl since my skin soaked it all up. What made me frustrating was that the guy in the front flipped it on me that he was doing me a "favor" for taking me in. I asked twice how long it would take and after an hour he proceeds to say that it's different for everyone and it could take up to two hours. Then he starts arguing with me about how he's doing me a favor once again. DO NOT GO TO SOAK OFF YOUR NAILS. THEY DIDNT EVEN SOAK THEM OFF PROPERLY! read more

The worst service ever!!!!!! I had a 3:30 appointment and literally waited almost an hour only to see that individuals with later appointments were served first. They never gave an explanation and just kept asking me "What color". There was no social distancing or CDC guidelines being enforced . I recommend going somewhere with better service and loyalty to customers with appointments. They triple book and then take dozens of walk-ins before you. I would have chosen zero stars! The only place I've gotten gels done in the area that didn't chip after 3 days. (And I've been to 3 other places) I got a pedicure and gel-no manicure on my hands for $40. Super impressed by the price and will definitely be going back.. There was a bit of a wait between getting my pedicure and starting my gels but I didn't have anywhere to be so I was cool with it. read more

When we lived in Middle River, this was the ONLY salon I would visit. There's a younger, small asian woman - very pretty girl, I cannot remember her name, but I believe she owns the place with her husband. Anyway, I always requested her. We talked about all kinds of things while she did my nails, from having kids to boob jobs. She's so friendly and welcoming. She also does an awesome job on my nails. And since she knows that I don't have much time, she always puts either a quick dry top coat or some sort of drops on my nails that make them dry in 3 minutes. I've had mani's, pedi's and tips done here and I've been happy every single time. I have even driven out of my way after we moved to have my nails done here. read more

Poor customer service! I mad an APPOINTMENT for 3:00 for me and my daughter to get our nails done . While we were waiting two other people came in, the guy told as soon as someone is done they will service us. The second person who came in after me sat straight in his chair when he was done with his client the first that came in after me went while me and my daughter sat there and nobody helped or serviced us. I waited 45 minutes after my appointment and nobody still was ready to service me ! read more

I don't go to the salon often . I usually try to keep up on my own fingers and toes . Needless to say when I do go , it's a treat in itself! This was my first time at this location & I can honestly say I will never go back . I got a French manicure and a pedicure . That same very night , my polish started to peel off. I've never experienced this before , even using the cheapest of the cheapest polish! I couldn't go back Monday due to the holiday so I was finally able to go back today after work . And showed them my nails . And explained that it started chipping that night . The man who runs the place proceeded to tell me that "regular French manicure only last two days" uhm what? I've never ever heard of that! He told me he could redo them in gel for $15 more . At that point I was already over it all so I just asked if I could have it taken off and a clear coat of gel be placed on so it doesn't feel like I got a whole manicure for nothing. He still made me pay $10! I'm highly disappointed . And I will never ever be back to this place. read more

Been here twice and nails lifted in 2-3 days. First time owner (husband) did my nails, 3 days later lifted - he fixed after I told him to use primer and bonder. OK . Second time he did them, lifted again 2 days later - owner (wife) fixed. But she was snobby about it and she started to file flat and I told her I get a small hump cause my nails are flat. She said that takes too long and she wasn't doing it. So, now I had some humped and some not. Duhhhh. I pay to have my nails my way and I don't need a snobby Barbie Doll wanna be to say differently. Other people have told me she is snob and she'll pawn you to someone else if she doesn't want to do you.One good thing, they do have a girl who does great designs. read more
