Great nail salon! I really recommend Mr. No. He is an artist. The dip powder manicures last for two weeks and are almost indestructible.

Ok pedicure. Place definitely needs a cleaning. Tub liners not changed each time. Will not go back there, sadly.

I rarely have enough money to do something for myself, I decided to get my nails done and my toes done to look pretty for the nice weather.... they dug into my toe I assume for ingrown but do not ever let these ppl or anyone that is not a doctor touch your feet. My daughter and her best friend's 16yo went in for basic pedicures. The place lied about their pricing. They ended up paying $150 for 2 subpar pedicures. Do NOT go here unless you want to be swindled and lied to about pricing. We pay a lot less than that in Loudoun County, Virginia and still tip $20 to each tech because they work super hard. read more

After being told on the phone there was no wait, I showed up and had to wait about 30 mins. I came in for a gel mani on medium-length natural nails in an almond shape. For some reason, my tech started filing my tips off into an ugly squoval shape without asking me. I tried to roll with that, since it was too late. However, the actual manicure I was given was awful. The polish was totally uneven and didn't fully cover many of my nails. Worse, the gel itself ended up underneath several of my nails and formed big sharp chunks. I had to trim off this extra gel when I got home because it wasn't removed by my tech. Finally - not sure why multiple jumping spiders were running around my tech's station. She killed one, and a second appeared 5 minutes later. She tried to say it was the same spider, but...it was definitely not. I tipped, and I thanked them, but I left knowing I'll never go back. The gel began peeling off after ONE week, and I am not hard on my nails. This was a waste of time and money. read more

I went here yesterday with my moms best-friend, in hopes to have a girls day that is well deserved. This is the first time we went here and we decided spur of the moment to get a pedicure. We walked in, got seated in the back, filled up the tub with HOT water, to the point we jumped when we touched it. They handed us a menu of different spa options (lavender, mango, green tea, etc.). I asked the tech twice if the pedicure was included with the lavender option, in which they said yes both times. (They were $45, no issue there). They were definitely not that clean with their instruments which should have been the 1st red flag. I was watching as they were doing the usual pedicure stuff on my moms best friend and they were definitely not gentle. We bypassed it and went to pay. I was still getting my pedicure and she went up to pay and the total was $130 when we were told twice $45 each so the total should have been $90 before tip. If I was standing there when she paid I would have said something instantly. Day after: my moms friend currently has pain in her feet. Not sure if they're getting infected but it wouldn't surprise me. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! read more

This was my first time here. I went after reading all the wonderful reviews and was very excited because I was in the area already and wanted to get a quick new full set. The lady who did my nails kept burning me with the filing machine. And the acrylic on my nails are way too thick and the nail size she chose is way too large. Now I have to pay more money to go to my regular salon and I am embarrassed to even go in there with these nails. The price was also more than they had quoted me. read more

Nice pedicure and the MOST stunning designs from scratch on my nails!! LOVE Lou and everyone else there really does spectacular work. Everyone can paint like Picasso! The only downside is that they are pricey for nails so I don't always use them. BUT the gels do last at least 2 weeks with two coats of topcoat. read more

I have been going here since high school to get my nails done for dances and things like that before I even understood why I wanted to get my nails done in the first place. My sister's friend brought us and the cheep nails I originally was getting was worth it. However I quickly came to notice that in order to get cuticle care done to your nails it was more expensive and they are NOT upfront about pricing at all. They are vague about PRICING and they try to constantly talk you into spending more while they do your nails. They always talk me up into spending 90 dollars when i just wanted a nice manicure. This place needs a specific pricing list to show what cost how much!!! That's not much to ask considering the fact that tip is basically required because otherwise they will do shotty work. They make me wait for a good 30 minutes to an hour before they even see me! The acrylic gel is shotty and I don't even feel like they know what they are doing! They DO NOT clean there utensils in between USE despite me waiting there for a freakin' hour. Sorry to get so animated, but i care about customer care and this place needs to hear actual feedback from people maybe they will change. People go in there all the time like there is no where better to go. THIS PLACE IS CHEAP AND DIRTY!!! Do not go and don't take your friends here either! Every time I go in they just assume what I want before I can even talk to them. They rarely have someone at the upfront desk. The ladies are constantly on there phones!
