The visit took several hours due to their limited staff, but the team was so friendly and accommodating that the time passed quickly. Before I left, Lele gave me a card and suggested booking an appointment next time to avoid the wait, as they're short-staffed. I'm not sure about their ability to do intricate designs on long nails, but while I'm sticking with short, natural nails, this will definitely be my go-to spot.

I've had to come in once when my pedicure chipped and another time when my dip polish cracked and he made sure it was fixed both times with no problems or hesitations. I also take notice that Pro Nails makes a great effort to keep their salon clean. Each station is always wiped down after a client is finished with their service. Holly offered me a beverage without being asked, with options including water, Coke, Diet Coke, red or white wine, and mimosas. It was also nice to see that the soda cans were full-sized, which is rare these days. I paid in cash and was not charged a credit card fee, which many businesses now require. While Crystal was doing my nails I noticed that as she was glueing the nail extensions they weren't anywhere near my cuticle, so I was instantly concerned because the nails wouldn't last as long and would give an "grown out look", especially with a French manicure and a clear nail extension. Her application of the nails were very messy and sticky, it was glue all over me and for one of my fingers, she applied the nail on and off with the glue about 10 times! A few nails were crooked and the foundation of the nail was just not smooth at all. You could see every flaw through the clear nail extension. I can tell she didn't know what she was doing. She blamed me and said "your fingers are crooked", and your nails are "too curved" for Gel-x extensions. (so why would you continue this service then)? She ended up to removing all of the nails. So after all of the drilling before application, and drilling to remove the nails, my natural nails were so damaged, soft and very sore. My natural nails were perfectly strong and healthy before coming here. I just wanted my nails done for my birthday vacation the next morning and it was such a waste of time (literally an hour) when I could have went somewhere else and got the service that I asked for. I've gotten Gel-x before and I've never ever experienced this! This all could have been prevented if she would have been honest about my natural nails in the beginning of the service! She never apologized or offered me another service, I guess because they were closing. As a Nail Tech myself, this is unacceptable.
