The last picture is what I showed him and explained how thin I wanted the French tip to be and, the first pictures are what I got. I arrived, was greeted and told to pick a color and wait a bit until a nail tech was available. There's an excellent color selection so I was happy to have some time to decide. After waiting about 10 mins, I was taken to a pedicure chair and felt everything was quite sanitary-- they used a cover in the pedicure and a new pack of tools. My nail tech (one of the men in the salon) didn't talk to me much or necessarily ask me what I wanted (nail shape, cuticles cut, etc) but I'm honestly not picky and will speak up if I have specifications. If you're someone who cares more or would prefer a more proactive approach, this might be a problem. He was gentle yet thorough-- didn't scrub or exfoliate my life away but removed everything that needed to be removed. Wish they were a bit more friendly but otherwise, excellent pedicure at just the time I needed it in a clean and sanitary environment. I'd return when I'm in the area!

I try to come every few months for a relaxing facial. My experience today was not as pleasant as my other two visits. I've been trying out different estheticians to see which one I like best for my facial. I booked at a certain time to try one a specific esthetician only for a different person to be there on the day of my appointment, saying the original esthetician is doing massages all day. I guess my visit must have been one of the earlier ones bc there was no one water available; it's usually in the lounge area. As it was early in the day, I was surprised that there were no slippers my size (7), the tissue box was empty at the counter in the changing area, and there was nearly no toilet paper left. I hope these are all anomalies because my prior two experiences were more pleasant. Overall I'd give this place a 4/5 but if today had been my only experience there, it would have been a 3/5. I'm hoping my next visit will be more pleasant.

John was my technician and my nails look amazing. They're beautifully shaped and he did a good job with that but he was very rough. He cut my finger and didn't apologize. In fact, he said that I am too rigid. I've been getting my nails done for 30 or so years and I just didn't appreciate that. Also, my nail beds in general are sore today, the day after. He was very rough with the file and burn my skin several times. the experience was painful overall very uncomfortable, I would say if you're OK with this, John is outstanding at shaping your nails they look really pretty.
