I arrived, was greeted and told to pick a color and wait a bit until a nail tech was available. There's an excellent color selection so I was happy to have some time to decide. After waiting about 10 mins, I was taken to a pedicure chair and felt everything was quite sanitary-- they used a cover in the pedicure and a new pack of tools. My nail tech (one of the men in the salon) didn't talk to me much or necessarily ask me what I wanted (nail shape, cuticles cut, etc) but I'm honestly not picky and will speak up if I have specifications. If you're someone who cares more or would prefer a more proactive approach, this might be a problem. He was gentle yet thorough-- didn't scrub or exfoliate my life away but removed everything that needed to be removed. Wish they were a bit more friendly but otherwise, excellent pedicure at just the time I needed it in a clean and sanitary environment. I'd return when I'm in the area!

In fact, he said that I am too rigid. I've been getting my nails done for 30 or so years and I just didn't appreciate that. Also, my nail beds in general are sore today, the day after. I'm just concerned about getting infections because he didn't take the time to clean where I was bleeding. Just kept filing away even though I pointed out that I was bleeding.
