I've always liked the service at Angel Nails. I've never been disappointed by my mani-pedis. However, lately the place has started to show its age. To be frank, it needs a thorough cleaning and some minor repairs. They need to shut down for a few days and take care of the cosmetics. If I wasn't an established customer I don't think I'd go back just because of the obvious wear and tear. read more

This family-owned business offers wonderful customer service and awesome mani pedi options. I got the salt soak pedicure treatment and they have gel as well. I like that the nail techs listen and are considerate of how you want your nails done. A nice touch also is they will offer you soda or water and their massage chairs are super comfy. The quality of my nails isn't the best at all for them to take 4 hours to do short french tips. I called up there to make sure they accepted my gift card at 11:30 pm just for them to finish my nails at 9 pm (i got there at 6:40) then to say they didn't accept it? please just go somewhere else they aren't worth it. read more

I had a great experience here with my gf. She wanted a pedicure and of course we got one. I chose this salon because of the good reviews. Feet and nails cleaned, smoothed out, massaged, legs and feet cleaned and massaged. This was a great experience and the staff were welcoming and nice. Met the father, mother, and son who were great and happy to chat with us or just be silent and relax. I used to loveeeee this place until recently. It appears that they have been bought out and are under new management. Most of the skilled, more experienced nail technicians are gone (like Holly) and have been replaced with younger technicians who don't put the care and attention into doing nails the way the other technicians did. Hopefully things go back to usual as they pull through this transition. Only time will tell. read more

Pretty upset at my recent experience here. I have cuts on 5 of my nails and my tech didn't seem to care. Where normally they would slow down when using the tools close to your cuticle, she had the tool going full power. The only reason I didn't scream was because my god children were with me and I didn't want to make a scene. I hope I don't get an infection from this place because I also noticed they don't clean their tools in between customers. I see John , and am know at the shop for my lady I bring in who is in a wheelchair. They are very helpful with her as well as a great job done for both of us. We know the girls too! Where to begin??? The staff is amazing. Extremely polite. The problem was that there were only two employees working and they closed at 5pm. I arrived around 12:30pm for a pedicure and it's now 1:59pm and I'm still here waiting to be finished up. I hope that during the week they have a larger staff working. This is a Sunday which may have made things tougher on them. I would've given one star but the two employees here are so sweet and they're working hard. I wouldn't have accepted so many customers if I were in their position. They could've taken more time with each client. Anyway, I'm going to give this place another try on a weekday and see if it's better. I'll update you all after that visit. read more

Awful business. I got my nails done the other day, gel nails to be exact. They cut my nails way too short. They repainted the nails at least 7 times. Tools are dirty. My hand has multiple cuts on the sides. Two sides of two fingers are swollen. They changed nail techs mid appointment to help someone else instead of finishing my nails. Not to mention the fact that they did one nail at a time and took 20mins for each one. I have smudge marks on the nails because they didn't want to wait for the nails to dry. No top coat. Never going there again. A hour and a half wasted that day because they can't maintain their focus on the customer. If their was a option for 0 stars, I would have put that in a heartbeat. read more

I have been going to this same spot for fifteen years and yesterday was the worst experience I've ever had getting my nails done. Started off okay, sat down and she put the foil in my nails and told me to wait. Okay, I've done that before, fifteen minutes the polish will literally slide off. A group of three ladies comes in to get pedicures and my girl disappears. I figure, she's going to get her started and come back, you know since I was there first. Over a half hour later, I'm still sitting there waiting as I realize she's going to do this other ladies entire pedicure before she gets to mine. I sit there and pull all the foils along with the polish off my fingers. I grab the owner as he walks by and ask if I'm going to have to wait the whole time for the other lady, who again came in after me, to get her nails done before I get mine. He tells me just to wait fifteen more minutes. So I'm waiting almost an hour before my service even begins. She comes over, finally, and proceeds to rush through my service, sometimes barely looking at my hands. There are bumps all over my nails that didn't get buffed out and she nicked my skin three times. Then, as she's doing the last of my crappy manicure, some lady comes in to get her eyebrows done, my lady drops my hands and runs away to go do this ladies brows. I just paid and left, after complaining to the manager. I get that those kind of places are about turnover, but I'm paying for a service, you need to do it well and make it seem like I'm not a burden. Really unhappy! read more

I have been here twice and the both times I got a full set of acrylic nails. The first time I came here was the only time I had gotten acrylics put on so i didn't know how they were supposed to be so I was moderately satisfied. But they told me the nails would last about a month and the nail polish began to come off after a few days while the acrylics were fine. The second time I came here however I was utterly disappointed. We came in about an hour maybe 45 minutes until closing and there was a slight wait. Waiting was no problem but I was with a friend for her birthday and when the woman in front of us said one of us could go ahead of her the woman who was working there featured her over, waved us off and began speaking in a different language. That was the first moment I began to feel annoyed. Next was when I was getting my nails done. I felt very rushed since it was close to closing time. I understand they wanted to get home but that's no reason they need to mess up my nails. I would have been better off if they refused service. Well s few days later I come to realize my nails that are meant to last a full month have fallen apart within the week. I decided to call and when I nicely asked for a refund they told me they don't do refunds but I could drive the 20 miles out of my way to get them redone. Personally I feel that this is ridiculous. I want my money back because I did not get what I paid for. This place should be out of business. They do not know what it means to be a good nail salon. I only gave one star because zero was not an option. read more
