They told me they only guarantee gel manicures for one week. Fine, but I was calling literally one day after that period because the manicure had already started peeling before the week was even over. They offered to schedule the repair only if I came back within two weeks of my original appointment. I explained that I had meetings and could not make it within that specific timeframe, and asked to schedule it a little later. They refused and told me they would not fix it if the appointment was more than two weeks after my original service. How does that make any sense? I reported the problem immediately. The fact that I physically couldn't come in during their narrow timeframe somehow became my problem. What made it worse was the attitude. The woman kept saying she needed to speak with my technician and questioning everything in a way that made me feel like she thought I was lying. Over a $40 to $50 manicure? Seriously? A gel manicure should not start peeling after six days, and a loyal customer who reports the problem right away should not have to argue just to get it fixed. Nice technicians are great, but terrible customer service and refusing to stand behind your work will absolutely make customers go somewhere else.

He told me to take a seat and asked why I was there or what I needed, something to that effect. I told him I'd recently moved and all my joints ached. He left me to get undressed and on the table, then returned shortly for the massage. I'd say overall it was an excellent massage. I'd let him know during the session I liked a lot of pressure, which he mostly provided for the rest of the massage. After the massage, I felt like new person and my joints no longer ached. Overall, excellent visit. I've never had a male masseuse before and I do feel I was a little uncomfortable about that, BUT, I cannot deny how good my body felt afterward.
