This place is a clean and relaxing environment, however, the service is hit or miss depending on who you get. And I've had more misses than hits. The staff is nice and try to be accommodating. The shop is conveniently located near my home but I do not expect exceptional mania's or pedi's. read more

I have given this business the benefit of the doubt too many times and last time I had to return to repair my gel manicure (July 2022) as others has also experienced based on other yelp reviews. The decor and furniture is outdated. I don't recommend for gel or SNS cannot speak for regular manicure. read more

I have been here at least a dozen times and always walk out with a beautiful pedicure. The price is reasonable for the attention to detail that you receive. I made an appointment and still had to wait a whole hour. A white woman came in and only waited 5mins and they serviced her right away. I hate to make it about race but I'm not sure why I wasn't treated with the same urgency if I made an appointment as well. And the manager was not accommodating at all she didn't care that I waited that long and once I said I was leaving she said "okay fine" I've been here a couple times so I was extremely shocked by the treatment of the staff. read more

Ugh. I really wanted to love this place. The nail salon is located in an up and coming shopping center, but unfortunately my gel manicure chipped after 3 days. A whole nail of gel lacquer fell off. I went back and they fixed the 1 nail for free. However, 4 more nails chipped the next day and it was downhill from there. I've never had a gel manicure chip OR last less than 2 weeks. Also, they are extremely slow. An hour for gel manicure, an hour for basic pedicure. I appreciate the attention to detail, but my manicure didn't last so it was time wasted. The staff was nice and the place seems clean, but the overall product was poor. read more

I live right up the street so I really wanted to love this place. I have gotten full sets/ dips and gel pedicures here. The service is always spotty. Definitely do not let the older guy do your nails he will gouge you and put polish everywhere but your fingers or toe nails. One younger girls seems to do a good job when I have to go here. I generally only go here if its an emergency type situation because they are so close. Definitely get better service at other establishments. My go to is VOX 100% on Campbell. read more

I only tried this place out of my Norm because it's literally across the street from my home, I will start by saying that this place is very pretty and clean and the guy who did my nails did a great job, but I'm not sure of the nail polish quality at all, I've been getting my nails done with gel polish for years and I've had to get my gel nail polish replaced TWICE in ONE WEEK which has never ever happened to me no matter where I have been. The first time here I came back in 2 days because my white gel Polished Nails turned yellow in 2 days, (I always get white gel polish no matter what salon) they did change my color but however charged me $15 for their bad polish) so I got another color and not even a full week later and this Gel color is coming off almost every single nail... I'm very disappointed and it's no point in going back because you will only be charged for their bad quality nail polish. I spend good money & hoped for great quality but I will continue to go to my usual nail salons. read more

This used to be my spot for a mani and pedi but i had a horrible experience that left me never going back. I had a full set filled by an older man and he cut all of my fingers with the spinning tool. My fingers were bleeding and he didn't seem to care. On top of that the nail shape was not even close to what I asked for and he got polish all over my fingers. Will NEVER RETURN. Went there with only 1 other customer on the place. Told the woman I needed nails soaked off and a new set. She left me sitting by myself so long I soaked and filed my own nails off because I was getting dizzy smelling the acetone. She was off doing somebody else pedicure without telling me anything. When the young boy who was very nice came over to help me then she came back. I asked her why she didn't tell me What was going on as I sat forever. She told me her appointment came so she needed to tend to them. I said so I'm supposed to wait until you're finished with them? She said no I'll get someone else to finish you. After going to all the other techs who are now busy she comes back another 10 minutes later to tell me they're all busy I'll have to come back later to have my nails finished. I was BLOWN AWAY! How do you start and customer then forget them for 30 minutes then tell them you don't have time for them?! Then charged me $10 for filing my own nails off. I found this spot while picking up lunch at a nearby store, Very nice ladies but the service is meh. I was told a 5 minute wait and then was taken to a seat for a pedicure. I was left in the chair so long the water went cold. The technician gave me a list of additional pedi services which I declined. After that, I was rushed along to the drying area. I'm sorry, I never want to leave a 1 star review anywhere, but I have to here. I went at lunch on Wednesday to get a gel manicure. The man doing my nails was definitely sick, but at least he was wearing a mask. Anyways, my gel had completely peeled off by Saturday (like all 10 fingers completely peeled off). I'm not a picker, I do not pick my gel or my nails, my gel always lasts me at least 2 weeks. My nails currently look as though they were just/only manicured, and never had any sort of nail polish on them whatsoever (no buff marks, no tears in the nail). The ends started to peel up, so much that I had to just lift off the entire "gel" so that my hair would not get caught between my nails and the polish. I just really cannot ever go back here, it was a waste of $33. read more

I have gone to Creative/Essence nails for years. Was sad when they were gone. This nail salon came in right behind them and I was pleasantly surprised to see some of the same people. The tech who did my nails has done them before when it was the other place and she was great. They remodeled and got new furniture so it looks nice. Glad they are back! read more

It's been two weeks and my pedicure and dip powder manicure still look fantastic! The technicians were very nice and the salon is simple but clean. My only negatives are I wish they had more dip powder color options and I waited a good while between my pedicure and manicure. The fact that there are no chips in my polish after two weeks totally made up for the wait, though! I'm definitely returning to this salon. read more
