She is a world class traveler and has been to spas around the world, and she was impressed by the experience here she received. You truly get pampered. I always feel like I get my money's worth. I never leave feeling like I was rushed. They never get you in, you get a full luxury experience. Everything is sterile and clean. I have paid double the amount for the same service elsewhere and it lasted 1/4 of the time they spend on you here at Herbal Nails. Jenny did my work you see posted here. She is so sweet and kind. She checks on you to see if you are enjoying your experience and she quietly does her work so you can relax which is a plus for me. The pedicure and manicure look divine. They have tons of colors to choose from. I recommended the full treatment pedicure. My gel manicure lasts and I wash my hands fifty times a day! You won't regret coming here. I have read other negative reviews and just understand that people aren't machines. There is room for error. Human craftsmanship is never perfect but this is as close to perfect for a service as you can come.

I told the man that did my nails "a few times" what I was trying to achieve. I'm to shy and nice to say anything afterwards so I guess that's on me but, I also work in the customer service department and when someone shows you a picture, that is the best way to explain what you want. I arrived, was greeted and told to pick a color and wait a bit until a nail tech was available. There's an excellent color selection so I was happy to have some time to decide. After waiting about 10 mins, I was taken to a pedicure chair and felt everything was quite sanitary-- they used a cover in the pedicure and a new pack of tools. My nail tech (one of the men in the salon) didn't talk to me much or necessarily ask me what I wanted (nail shape, cuticles cut, etc) but I'm honestly not picky and will speak up if I have specifications. If you're someone who cares more or would prefer a more proactive approach, this might be a problem. He was gentle yet thorough-- didn't scrub or exfoliate my life away but removed everything that needed to be removed. Wish they were a bit more friendly but otherwise, excellent pedicure at just the time I needed it in a clean and sanitary environment. I'd return when I'm in the area!

Also, they have so many color choices and there's plenty of space so you don't feel like you're crammed up! Love Mixed emotions come in when I talk about the actual service. John was my technician and my nails look amazing. They're beautifully shaped and he did a good job with that but he was very rough. He cut my finger and didn't apologize. In fact, he said that I am too rigid. I've been getting my nails done for 30 or so years and I just didn't appreciate that. Also, my nail beds in general are sore today, the day after. He was very rough with the file and burn my skin several times. the experience was painful overall very uncomfortable, I would say if you're OK with this, John is outstanding at shaping your nails they look really pretty. I'm just concerned about getting infections because he didn't take the time to clean where I was bleeding. Just kept filing away even though I pointed out that I was bleeding. I hope I don't get an infection. FYI I was ticket number 55 on April 27, and I found the pricing to be fair and everyone was kind. other than that experience. even John himself is a kind person, but not very sensitive to the nail beds or feelings of his client. I really do wish this new business well and I intend to go back. I will update my review and stars next time..,

This is a very nice spa. I've only been here for facials so I can't comment on the other services…read more It's very modern, appears quite clean and sleek inside. I try to come every few months for a relaxing facial. My experience today was not as pleasant as my other two visits. I've been trying out different estheticians to see which one I like best for my facial. I booked at a certain time to try one a specific esthetician only for a different person to be there on the day of my appointment, saying the original esthetician is doing massages all day. I guess my visit must have been one of the earlier ones bc there was no one water available; it's usually in the lounge area. As it was early in the day, I was surprised that there were no slippers my size (7), the tissue box was empty at the counter in the changing area, and there was nearly no toilet paper left. I hope these are all anomalies because my prior two experiences were more pleasant. Overall I'd give this place a 4/5 but if today had been my only experience there, it would have been a 3/5. I'm hoping my next visit will be more pleasant.
