I used to be a WellPass member and it's still a bit wonky trying to book online, plus it seems that there are fewer female massage therapists now and that is what I prefer. I was able to book with Daija and when I met her, I was already at ease and glad my appointment was with her. She was very friendly, had an easy-going vibe and really seemed to listen when I explained any requests I had for the session. Unlike the previous massage therapist I had who was allergic to essential oils, Daija seemed all in for the add ons. The hot stones, hot towels, and aromatic oils made the experience that much better. The lighter touch (no deep tissue) relaxation massage was just what I needed. She had me relaxed and feeling better in no time. I keep a list of who I would return to in the future. Daija is number one on the list now. Front desk staff is also very professional and accommodating. The waiting lounge is relaxing and beautiful.

While Crystal was doing my nails I noticed that as she was glueing the nail extensions they weren't anywhere near my cuticle, so I was instantly concerned because the nails wouldn't last as long and would give an "grown out look", especially with a French manicure and a clear nail extension. Her application of the nails were very messy and sticky, it was glue all over me and for one of my fingers, she applied the nail on and off with the glue about 10 times! A few nails were crooked and the foundation of the nail was just not smooth at all. You could see every flaw through the clear nail extension. I can tell she didn't know what she was doing. She blamed me and said "your fingers are crooked", and your nails are "too curved" for Gel-x extensions. (so why would you continue this service then)? She ended up to removing all of the nails. So after all of the drilling before application, and drilling to remove the nails, my natural nails were so damaged, soft and very sore. My natural nails were perfectly strong and healthy before coming here. I just wanted my nails done for my birthday vacation the next morning and it was such a waste of time (literally an hour) when I could have went somewhere else and got the service that I asked for. I've gotten Gel-x before and I've never ever experienced this! This all could have been prevented if she would have been honest about my natural nails in the beginning of the service! She never apologized or offered me another service, I guess because they were closing. As a Nail Tech myself, this is unacceptable.

Despite a possible language barrier, Holly understood everything I asked, including questions about the cost of the service. There was also a digital menu board nearby that listed the available services and their prices. Holly offered me a beverage without being asked, with options including water, Coke, Diet Coke, red or white wine, and mimosas. It was also nice to see that the soda cans were full-sized, which is rare these days. I paid in cash and was not charged a credit card fee, which many businesses now require. From start to finish, the service took about an hour. I will most likely return and will request Holly.

The staff there are always friendly and professional. Shout out to Dorian and Jada who are usually the two that do my waxes. The place is always clean, well ventilated and the process is as comfy as can be. A Brazilian and underarm costs $99 which is decent. There are other places that charge less but don't have as much availability as European Wax Center. They take cash or card for tips. They will try to get you scheduled for the next appointment but this is not a requirement just say no thanks and they back off. Same with the wax passes. Overall good experience and I do recommend.
