I was asked what type of service I wanted, and I requested a dip powder manicure. The receptionist quickly found a technician who was available to assist me. Although the technician did not introduce herself, the receptionist referred to her as Holly. Holly was very professional and, after I mentioned a recent shoulder surgery, she was mindful and handled my hands with care. Despite a possible language barrier, Holly understood everything I asked, including questions about the cost of the service. There was also a digital menu board nearby that listed the available services and their prices. Holly offered me a beverage without being asked, with options including water, Coke, Diet Coke, red or white wine, and mimosas. It was also nice to see that the soda cans were full-sized, which is rare these days. I paid in cash and was not charged a credit card fee, which many businesses now require. From start to finish, the service took about an hour. I will most likely return and will request Holly.

During the service, we both ended up with cuts from the nail tools, which did not appear to be properly sanitized. Within days, we both developed bacterial infections at the cut sites. We're now 10 days into antibiotics, and I have a follow-up dermatology appointment for further treatment. Cutting corners on tool sanitation is a serious health risk, not a minor inconvenience. Vicky was so kind, precise, and patient. With a focus on cleanliness and being gentle, Vicky took her time but also made sure I was in and out in a timely manner (something I really appreciate when getting my nails done). While it is definitely an older and smaller nail salon, it was clean. The color choices were amazing. They have a brand of nail polish called "Kat", which is one I have never heard of before. They accept cards or cash and appreciate tips in cash. I look forward to going back and making this my regular nail salon!
