We were scheduled for 3 pedicures but my mom and I decided to get manicures after we arrived which my sister informed the front desk of and they said okay. When the technician was doing my pedicure, she asked if I was also getting a manicure and I said yes and after my pedicure was done she pointed me towards the manicure station to sit down. The lady from the front desk came up to me quickly while I was putting my shoes on and told me "you only booked a pedicure, you did not book a manicure so you'll have to wait" in a pretty rude tone. There were only 2 people waiting who already had techs assigned to them. I tipped my technician (who looked extremely uncomfortable after being told by the lady that she was not to do my manicure) and left feeling really uncomfortable for being berated about a manicure. I will return but I am hoping she will not be working the front desk next time or works on her communication with customers. Side note: my mom got a manicure with no issues despite also "not being scheduled"

A group of clients from an adult daycare went there today to get their nails done, which would have been the highlight of their week! Only for the workers to get them and their wheelchairs out, to be stopped at the door! They said they were "busy", but only three customers and one got up and left because of how these HUMAN BEINGS were treated! What is wrong with you & your staff to treat human beings like this. Since you have zero compassion for people with disabilities and run a business that relies on customers coming in daily to stay open.. In the words of Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman "Big HUGE mistake!"
