Nick is awesome. I'm in & I'm out. Price is reasonable and the customer service is always good. They are all super cool in there, they joke & tease with the customers like they're family. They take walk ins, but sometimes you might have to wait a little while or come back, but they are always busy with customers so that's not a bad thing! It's best to make an appointment. read more

The not so little one wanted to get her nails done before school started. She said she had been here before with her father and really liked the work they did. Got a full set with gel polish and design. They look amazing! Appointment was for 10am and they were prompt. We were in and out within about an hour and 15. The owner is very unprofessional, he's loud & uses profanity excessively. There was no licenses or certifications posted anywhere. He calls himself being hip or down but it comes of a little mean with his phrases & gestures. He's also rough & rude, I won't be returning. He tried to say I was rude 1st on google review. The truth is he asked me to get off my phone (which was not interfering in his ability to do his job) & I told him I was ok, I can multitask. He then said "your fucking annoying", I responded "excuse me" he then repeated it. I was taking back because you were rude & unprofessional so I left tryin to take mature actions I then asked to see his license or certification, and he couldn't or wouldn't provide that. I Love this place. I use to go here a few years ago & recently started going back. I have to say that I am very please with my nails. I manage a laundromat so my hands are always in water & getting wet so I'm use to my nails popping off about a week in a half into getting them done. Best place I've been recommended to go get my nails and/or toes done. I love the fact that it doesn't have that uppity atmosphere where you are afraid to talk. Everyone that works in there are excellent and friendly. The prices are reasonable too. I made the mistake of wanting to try another salon, CT Nails. So I made an appointment, verified once more w/person on other end. First off, walking in it had that stuffy collar feel like I did not belong going there. And the looks Then whoever the person was that answered the phone a few days previous apparently didn't mark in their books. Two strikes there. Went to get a basic gel pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was ok but the gel manicure was horrible. My nails aren't fully painted, my cuticles were not trimmed, and my gel was chipping less than 48 hours later. The "technician" neglected to clean under my nails, trim my cuticles, or sanitize my hands. When I brought it to his attention he said "I do that after I paint your nails"... why would you? You can't see anything after they're painted. I went back to get them fixed and I was turned away because I requested the entire service to be repeated because my 3 day old manicure looked like it was never done. Called to see if I needed an appointment same day and let her know that I needed an acrylic fill and one nail replacement with gel. I had never been there before. She said come on in you don't need and appointment. Came in and told her I called and she told me to pick my colors. Nearly an hour waiting and people who got in after me being taken before me and finding out that they had appointments already, I finally asked her "how long is the wait?" She couldn't answer me. I said "you told me over phone that I could come right in and did not need an appointment."She tried to say that she told me there was a wait. I said "no you said I could come in and did not need an appointment." I said "had I known of the long wait I would have gone somewhere else." Then a guy said I'll take you at 630pm. This was at 6pm. I said ok that's fair. keep in mind this was in front of customers. The woman who misinformed me apologized for the misunderstanding around 615pm. At 630pm nobody took me or said anything to me. They were still working on their appointments. I gave it till 645pm and then walked out. I said sorry I can't wait. They said nothing. Very unprofessional and unorganized. Bad customer service. I went here Thursday (7/11) for the first time. I actually found them on here because my old shop literally did a full set where the nails popped off just by me snapping my fingers. In the reviews it said to ask for Amy or Tommy, so I made an appointment with Amy. She started pretty much as soon as I got there, it was a small wait but they were just opening. Amy was very kind & she definitely did exactly what I asked for; she even had general conversation with me. This is for sure my new nail salon. RUN!!! I was out looking for a salon to make Permanent and when I walked in I was not greeted at all. Still Gave them a chance!! When they gave me a tech I was not for certain about I was told she's the only one available. Again I gave them a chance!!! Everything was going ok until I told them I wanted one nail full of stones and she said $10 each (Ms they only $1 a pack) ok just give me an American manicure Ms. After she finished u could still see the old polish under the new applied coats Ms can u see this?? After several attempts of trying to have this lady correct my mistakes. She tells me that I will have to go to the other man next time chick at this point I'm not even coming back to this establishment with clutter and junk when u walk thur. 1st time visiting this place, I just moved to this town looking for a manicurist I stop here to see what this place was like, the owner has a very bad attitude and racist. The woman manicurist that sits closest to the pedicure station was demeaning black women while I'm sitting there observing this in disbelief while I paid for my services the owner got nasty with me so we went back and forth. Terrible first time experience, a very humble experience because in 2021 racism is still at an all time high and these people don't believe in customer service and they want to treat you with disrespect while supporting their businesses. so for that reason I will not recommend nor will I ever return please run Away if you can. read more

You won't find a better nail place in Harford County. Everyone there is so kind and dedicated to making sure that you leave happy. Recently, I haven't a nail emergency and called the salon for Amy to see if she could do my nails. She was getting ready to leave for the day, but when she heard I was going out of town the next day, she accommodated me anyway. Really great people here. read more

If you don't mind waiting 45 minutes only to be told when you inquire that it will be another hour before you will be serviced, then this is the place for you! I left this nail salon after that long wait and did not receive 1 of the 3 services I needed. The manager does not know how to manage the walk-ins and the appointments!  There isn't even a sign-in sheet! Additionally, he was sarcastic as hell. That is a major problem! They should know when to turn people away as opposed to being greedy and wasting customer's time. Another woman who was there to get her nails fixed waited 45 minutes as well and was told she needed to return the following day.  They have turned what should have been a relaxing experience into a frustrating one after I worked all day! this is the worst manicure I have ever gotten. the service was absolutely terrible. seriously, if you hate your job so much.. please quit. you shouldn't make your customers feel like they are doing something wrong every time they ask you a question or comment on something. you're in a business that's all about customer service and satisfaction so why don't you just put a smile on your face and at least pretend to care. I had to practically beg her for a third coat of a very bright, neon green. neons always require more than two coats. nonetheless, the polish was splotchy and not even on my nails. my friend also got a manicure and left with nail polish all over her hands. the employees are really dismissive and honestly just don't care. we are never coming back here again. read more
