The customer service is piss poor. They do not acknowledge customers as they enter the establishment. They look at you and say "what you want" as if you are bothering them to bring them business. They're short if you ask questions regarding your service, again as if it bothers them to interact with customers. I've been cut twice during a pedicure. Once it was so bad she couldn't get it to stop bleeding. Recently their prices have gone up, which is higher than other places, so I no longer go here. I do NOT recommend this nail salon. I went for the first time in many years to get my nails done as a treat to myself. I asked for a full set of acrylic not gel and said I just wanted designs on my two ring fingers. She offered to just add some lines in my other nails with the same colors as the designs on my 2 ring fingers. Then she talked me into getting my eyebrows waxed which honestly I didn't need because I can count on one hand my whole life how many times I've gotten them done and even those times it wasn't actually needed but I just did it because I was pampering myself which I rarely do. My eyebrows are thin to begin with and very light. When I went to pay I almost fell over when she told me how much it was. To just get a full set of acrylic nails with two designs and my eyebrows waxed was $100. I could not believe that's how much it cost. Obviously I'll never go back there. When I used to get my nails done every two weeks I paid $25 for a full set. Then the designs obviously were extra but usually they were three to five dollars per nail and then if you want it all 10 if I'm not mistaken it was around $15. Your eyebrows being waxed was 20 bucks last time I got them done which was a while ago. I'm still trying to figure out how a full set of acrylics would only two designs and eyebrows being waxed which barely needed anything cost $100. I had told her that I hadn't been in a salon in many many years and I think she took advantage of that. Also within less than a week I noticed that they looked really grown out because they weren't right up to the cuticle to begin with which I noticed the next day. I literally needed a full filling less than 2 weeks later so needless to say I just took them off myself. I will just buy my fake nails from timu for 60 cents up to maybe a $1.50 for some really beautiful nails that I glue on myself and stay on just as good and a hell of a lot cheaper. Plus I get compliments all the time when I do those nails whereas I didn't get a single compliment on the ones I paid a hundred bucks for. If that's not priceless I don't know what is. read more

Don't waste your $. The pedicure chair still had dead skin in the tub. They use the grater on your feet. After I got home, I noticed there was still a lil of the previous polish remaining. It's Way too expensive. The pedi was absolutely trash! Looked worse than when I came in. My nail broke the very next day. I got my eyebrows done...trash! She only uses 1 strip and wax,no teezer ....nothing else. I had to ask if she was gonna use gloves or at least hand sanitizer before she started. Don't spend ur $ at this place. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.. apparently there are new nail techs there that are not sure of what they are doing... after cutting me twice while half way doing my repairs, I asked that they do a overlay because the tips that they were applying were not correctly applied.... I was switched to a different nail tech who then tried to charge me to repair and correct the mistake they made all the whole belittling me for asking them to correct what was messed up... this is the true definition of a chop shop and I will not be back!!!! read more

Horrible. I paid $30 for a pedicure and I was in the chair ten mins. The guy didn't speak English and wasn't licensed I found out. They didn't have salon quality products and rubbed Bath and Body Works lotion on my legs. NEVER TOUCHED MY FEET FOR MASSAGE. Didn't cut my nails. THEY GAVE MY DAUGHTER A STAPH INFECTION!!!!! seriously, not only are they overpriced taking advantage of their customers, they're extremely rude and dismissive when you ask a simple question as to what their prices are and why you're being charged so much.... I paid $10 for one nail fix because she said it was long and coffin shaped. My nails are medium length at best and I just don't like them super square. So for that I had to pay extra. They even charge just to file off your old gel polish.... when I told her I've never paid these prices in the 20 yrs you be been getting the same kind of nails the woman who I guess is in charge (with a lot of make up on-didn't catch her name) told me every salon is different and can charge what they want. If I don't like it I should go back to the other places I've been to as she's half way into my fill in job.... if my child wasn't with me I would've walked out and made a scene but I try to set a good example for my teenager daughter. Then 2 days after our fill ins her finger swelled up with puss and started a red line all the way up her hand. If I could give zero stars I would. I went to this plave to have my nails done for my wedding. Within 1 hours after getting them done the paint was chipping. I got tips put on my nails. 2 days later the nail has chipped. I also got a pedicure which looks amazing. I wish my toes were my fingers and my ugly fingers were my toes. I have a nail tech license so i know what should and shouldnt be done. My pedicure was rushed, he left cuticle, the paint job was sloppy. But i know sometimes u can have an off day so i decided to give them another try. Went in for a GEL FULL SET. They gave me a an acrylic full set with gel polish nd tried to charge me as if it was gel on gel. So of course i was upset and to top that off within 3 days my nails lifted! Thats an absolute no no. A full set done correctly can last up to a month. 3 days nd i paid $43. Last time i ever go here. And i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. read more

My sister and I went here to get our nails and eyebrows done. We both got our eyebrows done. I got a full set with an American manicure and she got her natural nails painted with a design. And of course we were charged to take the old polish off of both of us. I know we got quite a bit done, but I still don't feel that it was $89 worth. My sister's eyebrows were a little uneven. The full set that I got put on was the fastest full set I've every had done. My nails are bumpy and the ends are wide. I wanted an American manicure because it looks more like your natural nail, but it is all streaky. Everything was so rushed and the quality is awful. read more

I've gone here a few times and can say I love the service. I am not patient and I have very high expectations of perfection when it comes to paying for a service. The times I have gone there has been no wait and it takes about 30 minutes for a fill in that looks great. I prefer my nails to look natural and there are no pesky fill in lines. I also tend to get a clear polish and they always look nice. I get designs from time to time and they are always on point with what I ask for and the pricing is right. I wish I would have read the reviews before I went to this horrible establishment they call a nail salon. It doesn't even deserve 1 star.I went last mon July 2nd because the place I normally go to was closed the entire week for independence day. I went there because it was close to my house. Things were fine at first but everytime I said something to the man doing my nails, this lady would always speak for him as if he didnt understand English. She starred at me the entire time I was there. Literally looking at me. I wanted to different colors on my nails so I said something to the nail technician and she responded saying the color I chose was nice. I said I know but I want 2 colors. Blue AND red. I didnt like that they charge $22 for a pedicure when, I've been getting my nails and toes done since I was 13 and have never paid over $20 for a regular pedicure. I was also charged $3 for a cut down. My bill came to $63. When I asked the man why, the lady as usual interjects and tells me why with an attitude. I paid and even gave him a tip. While leaving a woman came in complaining about her eye lashes that she just had done the day before and the lady wouldn't fix them or even try to help her. She said "well I don't know "The next day my polish was already chipped as well as my nails. Never have I had polish chip and a nail chip in less than a week. I just went there and asked them to re do my nails and the woman refused.couldnt give me a reason why.i have gel that ALWAYS last for weeks(i go in for a fill_in).I will never ever go back to this place and I hope no one ever does either.
