I was in the area and I decided to get a manicure and a pedicure. I called, and was told to come in. They seated me right away. My tech's name was Icey. She was very good!! I mentioned that I could almost fall asleep, so she switched off the light above the station and said close your eyes. I have never been more relaxed during a pedicure! She also did my gel manicure. I am very happy with both. I live an hour away but will be driving here the next time I want to get a treat. read more

For the prices I should've had excellent service. My gel pedicure cracked and peeled within a day. I requested manicures for myself and my nieces, but we got rushed service and cut fingers. My set was rushed and messy, instead of fixing it she painted the whole nails. even the lady next to me had to get redone multiple times; instead of apologizing they laugh it off and say "yeah I didn't like it" so why do it? read more

The service used to be so much better and staff were attentive. This is the third time experience that was less than expected. This time I had to ask to have my feet exfoliated and at the end of the pedicure my feet were bone dry and I had to ask to have my feet moisturized. The lady was very disgusted that I asked. I was still waiting for my polish to dry and noticed my feet were super dry. Very disappointing. read more

They really need to change their name to Basic Nails. Because that's really all you get when you come here. I really hate to give lower than a four star review but it just wasn't great. Got very basic services with basic results. I thought I would be able to get some cool designs for my birthday, but the nail tech was not able to accommodate. I'd give a 2.5 stars overall. Luxury Nails is a neat and clean. The staff was friendly. I liked having the same person performing both my pedicure and fill but as far as the actual service, their skills are really basic. Maybe it was my technician, but I showed her a simple picture with a nude base with foil decorations and she said she couldn't do it. Then I asked if she could cut my nails down a bit, an extra $7?! Like isn't that part of your job-to file and shape to my liking??? Anyway. Do you do chrome? Yes-extra $15. Ooookay! When I checked their Yelp reviews, it looks like the person that did all the designs and cool things no longer works there. So, kinda disappointed. read more

Not the best. My boyfriend treated me to a couple's pedicure before Valentine's Day. He and I were both in need of one lol. The salon was very clean and had lots of pedicure chairs and techs. We were greeted immediately and sat down very quickly as we had an appointment that we managed to get for 3pm. That's about where the issues came about. We sat soaking our feet for a bit, the tech who initially was going to service me got frustrated with me asking for soft gel and brushed me off. She couldn't understand me so I assume there was a huge language barrier. She then takes my boyfriend LOL. Another tech comes and begins working on my feet, I ask her for acrylic so I don't have to repeat myself multiple times. They spend more time chatting than tending to our feet with detail but when it was all said and done I feel like I could've done a better job myself. The nails weren't done with care and my feet didn't feel that soft when it was said and done. I notice my toes should've been cleaned up with alcohol on a brush like most techs do. My boyfriend even got a more expensive pedicure than me and felt the same when it came to the pedicure being done with finesse. Needless to say we won't be back although I appreciate the last minute accommodations. read more

I came here after having a great result the first time I came around 3 months ago. In my first appointment I got a basic pedicure, 2 acrylic toes and gel french and it was amazing. This past time on Friday July 25 I got exactly the same thing but with regular polish instead of gel. The tech did not take off all of my previous polish before putting my acrylic down. So under my clear acrylic I have splotchy pink polish. The French tips are also sloppily done. They variant in thickness and are not straight what so ever. I also have a cut on my toe from her over buffing my foot because she wasn't paying attention. Deciding to come back here was a mistake and a waste of $65. I will not be returning. read more

I visited the salon on Sunday, February 2, for a manicure with dip powder and a pedicure with gel polish. During the pedicure, I had difficulty relaxing due to the discomfort caused by the drill used to remove the polish from my toes. I had to ask the technician to reduce the speed of the drill to ease the pain. For the manicure, she removed the polish, prepped my nails, and then asked me to wash my hands. Soon after she began the dipping process, she asked if the number of coats she applied seemed sufficient or if I needed more. As I'm not a professional manicurist, I wasn't sure. Unfortunately, within 48 hours, three of my nails had chipped. I returned to the salon the next morning for a repair, but more nails began chipping soon after. Ultimately, I had to go to another salon to have both my manicure and pedicure redone. It's disappointing to have spent $70 for the pedicure and $55 for the manicure, only for both to require redoing. The only positive to this salon is that it is clean, and there are a ton of chairs and nail technicians. read more

I truly do not recommend coming here. They have a 2.5 star rating for a reason. I got a dip manicure and after week it started chipping and cracking and then one nail started to lift completely. I went back in and told the owner and he said the most he could do is have it fixed for half price. I have gotten dip for years and it lasts 3-4 weeks without any significant damage. Apparently this guy does not have any quality assurance after 5 days, so if you are expecting a manicure you paid $60 for to last, I would advise you go somewhere else. Poor business and the owner is very shady. read more

The lady who did my toes did do a good job, only reason this is not a one star. The woman who did my nails was one of the rudest people I've ever met. she kept complaining the entire time. Then kept asking the same thing because she wasn't listening. The whole place was so chaotic and I felt like the lady who was doing my nails was taking it out on me because they were short staffed. I had so much anxiety to even move or talk because she was so angry . it was $125 for probably the worst nails I've ever had . read more

I walked in and asked how long the wait would be for a dip manicure. The gentleman said around 15 min. No problem. While I'm sitting waiting and picking a color, another woman walks in, asks about a wait time, accepts the answer given, and sits to wait. No problem. The problem starts when a tech who is now ready comes up to us and asks which of us is next. I say that I am next and he questions me if I really am next. I confirm that I am next. I follow him to his station. He starts filing my nails when he asks me again if I was next. I say yes. He then aggressively speaks to a coworker across the salon. They go back and forth. The other man then screams across the salon to the other lady waiting asking if I was next. She, understandably is confused, and says that I am probably next. The two men go back and forth yelling at each other. I can't understand what they are saying as they are speaking their native language, but it was very aggressive and uncomfortable. I can only assume that the tech who was going to work on me didn't want to for whatever reason. I said no thank you, got up, and left! I have never posted a bad review. I do not feel good about this, but this was just completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will never go back. read more

I scheduled an appointment for a nail removal and a gel-x set and 11:00AM on 12/27/23. My appointment was confirmed and I received several text messages reminding me of my appointment. Upon arriving to the place I was told the guy would be there in an hour. My appointment again was at 11AM. The lady stated there was no appointment for me written down in which I proceeded to show her not only my email confirmation but the text messages. My daughter and I don't typically use this salon but we were in the area and hands down revives the worst gel manicure of my life. I am pretty sure my real nails are destroyed under the heavy coat. He used a dermal to take off ALL of my current gel polish, never wrapping them to soak off. Instead in between 3 rounds of dermal sanding with the metal bit, he had me soak my fingers in a bowl of acetone. He then proceeded to paint my nails without fully taking off the old polish. My nails are bumpy, thick, and feel terrible. As for my daughter, she had a different technician. She needed a fill and paint. Her edges are rough, the nails are not fully painted to the edge and are shaped too wide for her fingers. I would give negative stars if I could. read more

A friend shared they go to this nail salon frequently and they it was a last minute emergency because my actual nail technician was unavailable. They were able to fit me in which was great. The front receptionist was friendly and seemingly honest about the wait time. I didn't have to wait long. I'm a bit uncomfortable because this is my first time at the shop and I need my nails done to celebrate a special occasion. While the nails are ok the workmanship is not good. My thumb nail tip is slightly crooked and does not seem like it's filled in around the sides. The polish is already chipping and it's supposed to be gel polish and I just got them done on Tuesday it is only Thursday. some of the nails are properly filed down. I had one fixed while I was still there but it still seems a little off. My pedicure was OK but she did cut my skin a little on one of my toes when cutting down the nail and I didn't even fill it until yesterday when I felt a pain on my toe. I was like what is wrong. I don't think I will be going back to the shop because while I don't mind paying for service it was not stated certain things cost extra while I was getting my nails done especially this being my first time in the shop. I also don't think the quality I received matches the cost. read more

I wish there was something lower than 0 stars. I went for a mani/pedi today and left the salon with a band aid on my toe from the nail tech who took off too much cuticle skin. My toe would not stop bleeding for the rest of my pedicure. The pain was so unbearable that I didn't even get my manicure service completed. On top of that the nail tech showed no remorse and even expected me to pay full price after I was put through pain and left with my toe oozing blood. I will NEVER be back. read more

This was my first time and my daughters second time visiting Luxury nails. I got a pedicure and she got a manicure. We both had appointments. They took her right away but I had to wait about 20 mins, which was a little much with an appointment. My two issues where that I didn't think the level of cleanliness was up to par. My technician was good but the atmosphere left something to desired in the back where's I was located. Other issue was every time I asked a question, someone had to come over to answer. The prices were also a bit high, they charged an extra $5 for long nails but she only got a fill-in. Both of us were happy with our nails so think they do quality work but just a few issues overall. read more

Love my manicure and pedicure. I can tell the woman who did my nails was very particular and precise with her work!

I started coming to this place early January. I didn't have a problem and my gel polish lasted. I came in on Easter weekend and tried the dip powder because they said it would help my thin nails. The dip started crumbling off 2 nails and I called and they said they would fix them. Upon arrival the tech saw the other nails and said the person who did them last week did not do them right all of them were lifting and crumbly looking. I said I should not have to pay for a new set when I just paid and you see they were not done right. She shrugged her shoulders and asked the guy at the desk. She attempted to charge me to take them off and kept shaking her head like these were not done right to begin with. I told them I was disappointed and they said ok that's fine. I feel they should have offered to do them the right way given I had them done less than a week and they crumbled off. read more

A few weeks ago, one of my best girlfriends texted me mid-pedi and said that I needed to come to Luxury Nails asap and to ask for Ania. T knows her stuff, so I immediately made an appointment for that afternoon. I have not gone anywhere else for a pedi since. Ania is terrific. She is gentle and thoughtful and I got the best pedi massage that I have ever gotten outside of a spa. My pedi was beautiful, and perhaps most importantly, it lasted for weeks. Big plus in my book. I am now a loyal client. Thanks Ania (and T for the recommendation)!!!! read more

Spent $100 on a pedicure and dip manicure. Bing Li rushed every single thing and wasn't through at all. It felt very much like she was just trying to slap a color on me and get me out the door. The place was empty so I'm not sure what the rush was. My toe nails are trimmed very crooked, like sharp angels and she didn't get rid of the dead skin around my nails. The dip manicure is chipping 2 days later, fully falling off on every nail. Beside the chipping there were waves and lumps and not very clean edges, goes too far up the cuticle. I've tried to call and I never get an answer and they don't have a mail box set up. Very frustrating. See pictures for more comments read more

Loving this nail salon. My nail tech Dylan, there is hardly a wait, he's always on time, quick, and my nails are always beautiful.

This is my second time visiting this salon. The first time was so bad I thought it had to just be a one time accident. So I went back today for a second time to see if the first time was a one off. NO. Do NOT GO HERE. I got the worst manicure I've ever had for a second time and I left with black nail polish all over my hands and inside my cuticles and nails. My technician was going to let me leave with this black nail polish all over until I asked them to clean it up. Along with the French being horrible. I will never go back here. read more

Whatever you do, don't go to this place if it's gonna close in an hour. As a millennial, I have never written a bad review before. My boyfriend and I arrived at 7:50 and they close at 9. We asked for one of the more expensive pedicures which was 10 dollars more than the standard one ($45 each). I would have just gotten the standard one if I knew what was to come (or better yet, not go at all). The description stated that the pedicure takes 40 minutes, but ours only lasted barely 20 minutes (I have the text time stamps). That isn't so bad, but to add to that, the massage was short, and you could tell the workers were rushing it. The workers got a lot of dead skin out from my boyfriends toes, but they did little to nothing to help his heels and bottom of the foot (I know 40 minutes is not enough time to fix a calloused foot, but the workers spent barely any time on that part, and the massage). To make matters worse, the workers even rushed the hot towel and gave it no time to cool, because it burned both my leg and my bfs. Today is the next day, and though my bfs leg is okay, mine has red bumps all over it and hurts so bad. It looks like my hair follicles are burned and I can't stop itching it. I wish I never went. Anti itching cream and aloe paired with long socks is not even helping. Even though the sign said they close at 9, everyone (the workers) were rushing to leave and was closed by 8:30. I would have understood if they closed at 8:30. read more

!!DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME! FIND A DIFFERENT SALON TO GO TO!! Me and my best friend came to this salon for the first time yesterday and the experience was terrible.. while taking off her nail polish the lady cut her cuticle and she started bleeding, But still tried to paint all the way down to her bleeding cuticle. The finished result (as you could probably guess) was very sloppy and most definitely not worth the 45 dollars that they charged her. My nail tech on the other hand did a decent paint job but because of how thin she made me acrylics I woke up with a broken nail less than 24 hours later..
