My Mom & daughter went to this location, and two associates began to argue with each other one through the UV lamp at the other, and then the son had to catch it. I HATE THIS PLACE My mom always takes me here when we have to get nails done because it's "cheap" but the service here is god awful. If you have Julia, be warned. She's very aggressive with my fingers/toes if I move them by accident and sometimes even YELLS at me. I've been coming here on and off since 2010 and always had pleasant experiences. As always, it depends on the time of day, service, and nail tech. Today, I came in early for a basic pedicure, was seen immediately and had the BEST nail tech. Quinn took such great care of me, and was so sweet. I told her how I was going to a wedding and was kinda disappointed that one of my big toenails had chipped but cie la vie, what are you going to do? Let me tell you what Quinn did She shaped each one of my ugly turtle toes (that she assured me were beautiful!) so meticulously and even added a dipped tip to the chipped one! I have been going to Nail Trix now for about two years. A good friend recommended them and I am so thankful. Tracy does my manicures and pedicures and my nails have never looked and felt better. Not only that the designs are so pretty. The place is not stuffy and is a very warm environment. Not one person walks in the door without being greeting by a big hello and acknowledged. I love this place. I've been coming here over 6 years and everyone is wonderful here. Always a hello and goodbye and thank you from everyone. I even bring my children here occasionally and the know their names as well. The pricing is unbelievable. Sometimes I can't believe how inexpensive it is for such a wonderful job. I have had everyone here do my nails. But regularly see Tracy or Lee. Tracy knows so many cool techniques for designs and is always up on the latest trends. Today I got grey with a matte top coat and ! Lee does a fabulous pedi he really takes his time and does a great message before doing your toes and it's very relaxing. Emily the owner is sweet and always friendly to me and any one I bring along. Rose does my daughters toes regularly and she loves her. Horrible experience, literally walked out in the middle of my manicure. I'm new to the area so I asked what they charge for full set and pedicure. the manager gave me one price for nails and one for pedicure. They are very high on their pricing but I decided to give them a try. The manager would not listen to me when I told her the length I wanted, she cut the tips too short and told it "It's fine!" when I told her they were too short. She then told me she would charge me more if I wanted them longer, I told her she did not disclose that there were different price, her response, "You didn't ask." She continued to bark at me until I got up to leave and continue yelling at me as I walked out of the shop. I have never experienced this kind of rude, unprofessional behavior at a nail salon. Went right in without an appointment and was in a chair for a pedi in about 2 minutes. The pedicure wasn't bad at all,..... it's just I've had better. He did a fabulous job with applying the polish though. The price is a little more expensive than an average nail shop and I'm not sure why because it was the same as an other nail place. Horrible experience!! Went here with my coworkers for after work pedicures. The tech that I had didn't greet me, was very rough. I kept saying ouch because she was hurting my feet. She kept picking at my big toe I told her it's an ingrown nail, she said I know I'm trying to get it. SHE MADE IT WORSE! I was told to go to Debbie at nail trix by a friend; I do not regret that choice. She's so wonderful. I've been to many nail salons in my life, but I've never had a technician actually make me feel like we're friends. She takes her time to get to know you and she makes you feel extremely comfortable. I've been going to Nail Trix for the past two years and I love it there! Everyone is friendly and I am always greeted when I come in. Tracy does a fabulous job with my manis/pedis. She is very meticulous and takes her time. I never feel like she is rushing, even if she is running a little behind schedule. They have many colors to choose from. If I choose a particular color, Tracy will tell me if there is a better brand to go with or if she thinks another color is more of what I'm looking for. She does a wonderful job whenever I get a design and is more than happy to look at ideas I've saved on Pinterest. I can usually go three weeks before I need another mani. It's obvious that Tracy and the other staff really care about their clients. It is a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. I definitely recommend! read more

DO NOT GET ANY SERVICE HERE! If I could leave negative stars I would. I left the salon crying because I was so embarrassed. Tracy the daughter in law of the owner was incredibly rude in front of all the clients. I walk in and she yells from the back of the salon, "hi you didn't show up for your last appointment with Julie." I said gosh I'm so sorry I would never do that it must have been a miscommunication. Then the man who was assigned to do my nails did not speak English so when I said I wanted my acrylic nails filled. He kept referring to the "dip powder." He tried filing down one nail when Tracy yells "yes that's dip powder". I said no it's the normal acrylic that you apply with a brush. And the guy gets frustrated. The client sitting next to me says "I would not feel welcome here if I were you." So I say, "maybe this isn't a good time and walk out". It was terribly embarrassing and extremely impolite. For a business that relies on word of mouth I will certainly spread the word if you want to be treated like shit and visit a dirty, tacky, and gross salon then you have found your place. I have two nails that grow strange and through the years of working with me my nails and cuticles are so much healthier. I started going here because they were close to work. I regret that decision. They are very rude to their customers. When they are busy, they don't try and schedule you an appointment or see when u can come back. They just say " we busy, you need to come back." After going for several months and considering myself a regular, I had a broken nail. The nail literally broken in half after no hard labor. When I went to get it fixed, they told me I would have to wait 30 minutes and that I would be charged. In over 20 years of having my nails done, I have never been charged for a repair in a salon that I was a regular client. I decided to leave and go to a place close to home. As he was doing my nails, there were several that were lifting and one cracked after only a week. They do poor quality work and don't care about their customers. read more

I saw a male technician, who was friendly but had horrible skills. A full set with gel with 50 bucks and so far from worth it, its been one day and I am embarrassed of my nails. They are thick, uneven, the polish is blotchy and the shape is horrible. Definitely save your time and money and head up to another location. read more

This is not my usual nail salon. I was in the area, had time to kill and needed fill-ins so I stopped in. They were very nice and took me right away. I always get full-ins with a French manicure with gel polish. The service was fast and my nails looked pretty good. I paid and the cost was $10 more than I pay at my usual salon, but that wasn't a huge deal. The problem was that they only looked good for a few hours. The same day, the polish began chipping. Now, after 5 days with gel polish, I don't have a single nail that doesn't have a chip. The polish bubbles in the center of the nail and just peels right off. Normally, after two weeks I still would not have a single chip. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This is the worst job that I've experienced after years of having acrylic nails. read more

I went here because this is close to work, and just the day before going on holiday. What a mistake. They were more expensive than similar salons in the area. The gel on my fingernails and toenails were shoddily applied. I did not have the time to ask them to redo it because we were flying out the next day. By the next day one of my fingernails were chipped half off. I ended up with half my holiday having horribly chipped nails because I did not have the time to have it redone. What was planned to be a treat was (1) expensive, and (2) an embarrassment to my appearance. Very disappointing. I would expect a refund, but I doubt they would be giving it after two weeks. read more
