I've been going to Regina for years now, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my body--she is just the best masseuse I've ever had. I usually go for a 60-minute full body, firm to deep massage, but every time I'm with her it is a new experience because every time she listens to my specific wants and needs on the day. This is no cookie-cutter service! On top of being super knowledgeable about the body, she is always learning and studying new treatments to bring to her clients like sauna tents and seaweed wraps. The prices are incredible for all that you receive and how long they are. It's also really refreshing how easy it is to schedule. I'll usually ask for availability within the week and she gets back quickly. Most places make you jump through a million hoops. The environment is spectacular, it's like coming to a familiar, cozy home. In addition to the massage you'll have a real 1-1 consultation. Never filling out a million questions on a form that is never looked at like I've found at other places. She even remembers small things I've mentioned in past sessions like how I sit a lot for work. She provides water and even nuts or cookies before and after and it's clear she works very hard to think about all the little elements that make it a comfortable experience from start to finish. Regina helped make my birthday one of the most special it's ever been! I got the typical Swedish massage with the PURE facial and the "Play with my hair" scalp massage add on. Upon getting there, I was greeted and quickly sat in this gorgeous massage suite with soft music. She was so kind to offer me a glass of champagne and even brought a little birthday treat with a candle. The massage itself was wonderful and very relaxing, followed by the facial which left my face glowing for days after. If there is anything you decide to do to treat yourself, get the scalp massage add on!!! You wont regret it. I was falling asleep on the table and it was utterly heavenly. It was Lovely! Regina was Great! I was looking for a Spa Experience to celebrate my 65th birthday. I checked out The Ivy and the Four Seasons and decided to Support a Baltimore Woman Owned Business! It is in a Beautiful 1850 townhouse that used to be the rectory for the church nextdoor. I Love Baltimore Old Homes! My sister went with me and we did the Friends Forever package where Regina took turns working on each of us! She was so Sweet! She put up a Happy Birthday sign and had Mimosas waiting for us. My best friend and I visited Spa Adagio this weekend for a "big break" couples massage- it was absolutely wonderful! Regina instantly makes you feel right at home and comfortable, and the space is beautiful and quiet. We started off relaxing in the parlor with mimosas and a light snack and got to play with Sparky, (a very cute dog!) while Regina got the suite ready. The big break consisted of a facial and massage for the both of us, and Regina does an excellent job of managing two clients at once- I never felt "forgotten" while she worked on my friend. The massage was perfect and included some hot stone work! The facial was very relaxing and my skin felt great afterwards. Regina was very communicative and asked us what we wanted as far as talking versus quiet, gentleness, warm table versus not, preferred scents, and asking about our goals for the facial and then telling us what she was applying during the facial. This was my first massage since the start of the pandemic. Regina is just an incredible person who was very therapeutic throughout the time that I was there. I was able to schedule a big retreat appointment for my partner's birthday. She took the time and made a happy birthday sign when we first walked in. She greeted us and had us fill out a questionnaire that asked what was the thing we wanted to focus on. The personalized details was a great touch that I felt that I did not receive at other spas before in both NY and bay area. After our 3 hours spoiled sessions, my stress level was definitely reduced. Along with the use of essential oils, my goals of mood booster was achieved at the end of the session. safety wise: my partner and i were the only people there because she schedules in a way where only one group is allowed at a time. Where do I begin...? Regina is amazing! I booked a couples "big break" package (3 hour couples massage/facials) for my boyfriend and I for his birthday. I contacted Regina a few weeks ago and she was very responsive, which I appreciated. We had our spa day yesterday. Once we walked into the building all of the noise from the busy area faded away. She took covid precautions, took temperatures, we had to complete a form, and masks worn inside until we got onto the tables.. since it was his birthday, she had a cute balloon, champagne and oj on deck. She asked for the type of pressure we wanted for the massage and I asked for medium, which felt great and my bf asked for deep.. (he's a big tall guy and had sore muscles from working out) , he said she really dug in and it felt really really nice. Allegedly... I fell asleep during my massage (according to my bf I was snoring ).. she's so gentle where needed but firm as well. Idk if this is weird, but i noticed that her transitions as she moved from one body part to the next was flawless!! I read another review before booking that said she did a great job working on two ppl during their spa day, and she really did.. she did his facial first but put some warm blankets or towels on my back and legs and wrapped me up like a burrito, then she did my massage while he was relaxing with a face mask on... she went back and forth between both of us for 3 hours!!! She never missed a beat and neither one of us felt left out . He felt pampered and was impressed . I want to definitely make going to this spa a regular thing for us! The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the service was great. Regina and her one staff person who was there were both so friendly and welcoming. They made sure we were comfortable. The massage itself was not so great. During the deep tissue massage, I was in quite a bit of pain, but figured that's what comes with deep tissue massages. The next morning I woke up feeling extremely sore. I thought the soreness would wear off throughout the day, but it's been 3 days and I can still barely move my neck. I'm seriously concerned that I might have to visit a doctor to get this checked out. read more

My experience with Regina was truly exceptional. I went to see her about three weeks after giving birth to my second child. I suffered from extremely painful sciatica (paralyzing nerve pain shooting down both of my legs) for the last trimester of my pregnancy so I went to see a chiropractor (also awesome, Dr Mary Steiner in Canton) shortly after delivery. Dr Steiner recommended I complement the chiro work with a massage. She had Regina's card in her office and I reached out right away. Regina was a true delight throughout my visit, starting with the initial phone call and the in-person pre-massage consult. I honestly doubted she could do anything to address my sciatic nerve pain, but I was wrong - her massage was the most therapeutic massage I've ever received. She heard exactly what my pain points were and targeted them effectively during the massage. I experienced great relief through the massage thanks to her care and skill.
