In each part of my journey with grief Jessica has served as a check point on my climb to healing. I'm in no way healed, and I actually now don't think "healed" is a positive state to try and be in. After realizing that I left my yoga mat, I was able to purchase one for a small fee. I was directed back outside and upstairs to the yoga studio that was for my group. All of this to say that the space was spacious, warm, colorful, and clean. Our instructor led us through gentle stretching poses, and I left refreshed...almost a little bit lighter.
