I've been coming to Camille Intuitive Wellness for close to a decade now. Upon entering the building, I feel like I'm walking into a homey sanctuary. From the greenery, to natural lighting, to the art work and rugs, and not to forget the subtle fragrance of incense, I have sensory completion before my service begins. The massage therapy is rooted around my problem areas, but also what Camille intuitively uncovers along the way. I feel safe, secure, and I am definitely relaxed by the end of session. I love how Camille suggests stretches that can be practiced after my service, as well. My husband booked me a prenatal massage after a particularly stressful week so I was excited to relax. It took me a while to find it so I'm glad I gave myself plenty of time! There's plenty of parking nearby but the entrance is in the back of the building almost down an alley and there's no sign. But onto the massage - Camille is amazing and definitely knows what she's doing! She used a ton of pillows to keep me comfortable and it was nice and calming in the room. She wore a mask so I put one on too which didn't bother me. I started on my left side, then switched to right and finally she helped me prop up in almost a sitting position with pillows under both arms. She really took her time and massaged my muscles that were tight. I was a little sore the next day but it was just what I needed to get realigned! I also noticed they have a yoga studio too so they certainly have other services that I may look into. read more

These are the times, where I wish that Yelp had a higher star rating than 5 stars, and Camille Intuitive Wellness would get more than 5 stars. So I have not had a massage since the pandemic and I was completely overdue. With my busy work schedule and intensive gym routine, I was much needed to get all the kinks worked out. So I did a google search of massage places that were close to my home and Camille Intuitive Wellness was one of the options. One of the reasons that attracted me to this place was that they specialize in bodywork and therapeutic massage, to include acupressure and shiatsu massage. If you are not familiar with acupressure is, it is an alternative medicine technique often used in conjunction with acupuncture, which basically aims to clearing the blockages in certain meridians. Prior to my appointment I received a questionnaire regarding any possible symptoms and any recent travel I may have embarked on. I also completed a questionnaire regarding my stress levels from a range of 1 to 10. There protocols for screening and protection definitely made me feel comfortable. And they are a black owned business, which was also a plus for me I had booked my appointment with Dr. Naya Werts, she specializes in glide acupressure, and can I say that was the best 60 minute massage that I have had in a very long time. My massage was a 60 minute deep tissue glide acupressure, which is a cream based massage therapy and focused acupressure combined. Naya massaged me from the top of my head to the tips of my toes. Working in a office, siting at a desk there are body parts that are always neglected like your wrists. I was really relaxed after my massage. They also offer prenatal massages and couples massages as well. Definitely would like to bring my boyfriend as well. I will definitely return, my ultimate goal is to make this a monthly thing for me as apart of a self care regimen for myself. After almost four years, I decided to get a massage and tried out Camille Intuitive Wellness. I booked an appointment with Anthony, and had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in to the checkout process. When you walk in you are immediately calmed by the decor and feel of Camille Intuitive Wellness. The check-in process was easy and all questions were answered. The room where I had my massage was very comfortable. Since this was my first meeting with Anthony, he asked about areas to focus on, pain points, and my desired pressure. On top of addressing problem areas, the massage oil smelled terrific, which added to the whole experience. I wish there were a way to give higher than five stars. (7/2020) COVID has taxed the personal care service business and Camille Intuitive Wellness has risen to the challenge. I returned after a long COVID hiatus to find things PRISTINELY APPROPRIATE. Prior to the appointment, I received a questionnaire of regarding any possible symptoms and any recent travel I may had embarked on. When I arrived, I was met at the entrance to the building by Camille in a face shield and mask. She had a temperature scanner ready and I was then quickly ushered upstairs, away from public areas to do a more private intake. After I was given hand sanitizer, we did the typical wellness intake regarding what was troubling me at the current time. We moved into the massage studio where I undressed and was give a place to put my belonging with the assurance everything had been cleaned and aired between clients. The massage was as amazing as it always is with Camille, of course there were not changes with that. The change was that Camille never unmasked, never took off her shield. She did her job relieving the kinks and knots from my body while fully geared in a COVID safe manner, never compromising my, or her own, health. I have been getting massages from Camille for many years. Camille Intuitive is still very accommodating regarding time and massage options...there is a massage for every type of thing your body might need. Camille is personally interested and invested in her patients, talking to them before and after the massage even suggesting stretches or life style changes to help ameliorate continuous relief of muscle tightness. She brings that to her business and her providers also carry that same care for their patients. I send my whole family to see her via gift certificates or surprise them with fully paid appointments they just have to show up to. Additionally, Camille has SUNDAY appointments (online booking!)...a virtual anomaly. I love her. read more

This was my first prenatal massage so I didn't have any other expectations other than to come out of there feeling relaxed. The whole experience went above and beyond my expectations. I love the physical space space; it's so calming and relaxing. Camille's presence is very soothing and kind. She was highly responsive to my needs to be comfortable. I have a breech baby so asked her to work on particular areas that will support relaxing of my muscles and opening so I can encourage the baby to flip. It all felt amazing. My visit to Camille Intuitive Wellness was much needed and I'm so mad at myself for not visiting sooner. I was treated to a massage for my birthday and it was a great present. Their covid protocol made me feel very safe. Upon arrival Camille had me text and her to prepare for my entry into the facilities. As soon as I entered my temperature was taken and she walked me through the flow of what to expect. She had hand sanitizer available at key locations in the facility and ensures that most things are hands free use during the visit! The massage was so timely! I'm an avid runner, so my legs needed a lot of attention. I was listed for a full body session, but she took the time to ask about my preferences or injuries that may need more attention. She definitely rejuvenated my legs and brought them back to life. During the message she also stretched areas that were tight and paid extra attention to those nagging areas. At the end of the session she even recommended some stretches to open up those areas she identified as tight. She also reassured me that these were typical problem areas for runners and that with more attention through stretching, strengthening and another session there would be some improvement in my range of motion! These have been the most restorative, healing, massage sessions I have ever had. Intuitive is precisely the word as I came to Camille with complex back and neck pain and she has helped worked so much of that out both on the massage table and with at home stretching and self-care suggestions. The space is relaxing, calming, and beautiful. Sometimes I wish I could just stay and lounge about. Also her music selections for relaxation are top notch. Not just wooden flutes and ocean waves. I was instantly relaxed by the calming atmosphere and Lena was very kind and seemed interested in my specific needs during the massage. She also gave me tips and pointers about different stretches to do after my massage which I have never had a masseuse do before. I came to Camille because of pain and tension in my neck and shoulders that I've been dealing with for years. Camille took the time to ask questions and understand my issue areas, and after just a 60 minute deep tissue massage I felt a huge difference. I couldn't believe how much tension I had built up that she released. She gave me some stretches and at-home care to do to keep me from getting tight, but I go to her periodically to get a tune up. She's always adjusting and changing the service slightly depending on what it feels like I need, which I really appreciate and haven't experienced at other practices that seem more cookie-cutter.
