But managed to find a spot near the business on a stormy Thursday. I arrived a lil bit before closing and Rina was there. She was so sweet and took amazing care of brows and stubborn chin hairs! Poojah (spell check the name) is the Tech/Manager at this branch. It's safe to say I adore her and her skills. I showed her the pic I usually showed new Techs and after a consultation of my own brows, she directed me on how we could achieve the look. I've had 'brow techs I've reviewed on how gentle their service was but! Nothing prepared me for Poojah's skills! About five minutes in, I saw her bringing a mirror for me to check and was taken back because I didn't realize she was finished. I FELT NOTHING. I barely felt her hands around my 'brow area and I thought the consultation was still happening. If pain is your deterrent for getting your 'brows threaded, I encourage you to give Poozar (and I'm assuming any other branches owned by Rhea) a chance. Plus she's so kind! I've bought a few of her earrings/belly button piercings and the quality is nonpareil-- they don't tarnish and stand the test of time. I had never gotten either of these services before so I had a lot of questions which Kayla answered patiently and personably. She has such a friendly and bubbly personality! The eyelash tint was a little uncomfortable for me but this may be because I was wearing contacts. Kayla made me feel very comfortable for the spray tan and did an excellent job with the color and tone. I was obsessed! Although it is a 45 min drive from where I live, I will not go any where else from now on. Crystal took her time and was very precise. What really surprised me was there was hardly any pain. I didn't leave red or blotchy like I normally do at nails salons. It does cost $30 but it will last 3-4 weeks minimum.
