Took our daughter in to have her lobes pierced and could not be more impressed with the whole experience. If your kid is under 18, you'll need your ID, child's birth certificate as well as a photo ID for your child (if they have one...she's 17 so we used her learners permit). The whole shop is immaculate, all staff super friendly start to finish. George did her piercing and he was fantastic and made the experience a lot of fun, explained everything he was doing and provided very detailed aftercare instructions. We will definitely be back! Updating to say we've now been back several more times...my daughter got her first tattoo here and then went back for a helix piercing. Both excellent experiences, same as our first visit. George did her helix piercing (this was several years ago now...we were sad to hear he had since passed away). I was in a few weeks ago to get a nostril piercing for myself (Dec 2023). Shop is still bright and clean and Kim did a great job with my piercing and made me feel very comfortable during the process. I got my lip pierced here, and it was awful. Not only did I get an infection because the stud was too short, but the piercer also upcharged me with a larger gauge. I had to go to a different shop to get a longer stud because it was embedded in my lip, which led to the infection. At this other shop, they were appalled that Triple Crown gave me a 14-gauge 8mm stud for the healing period, informing me they had likely upcharged me for the gauge size. The piercer also did not tell me a lot about the healing process; she only handed me their booklet on it, telling me to keep it clean. Not worth the money, which was about $80 for the service and stud. If you want to get your ears pierced, that is fine, but do not come here for facial piercings. read more

Mixed feelings about this shop... I got one of my tattoos done at this shop that is probably the most important tattoo for me and was raving about their work and how good they were, that is up until recently..... I admit (just as I told them on the phone) I tried piercing my self, shouldn't have but anyways asked if they could help because I was unable to complete the job. I was told they could easily complete the next day to just clean the area and leave it alone. I did as instructed, when I went the next day into the shop, before even looking at the area they had already decided that they should wait until 2-3 weeks. Which after doing more research makes sense. What I do not appreciate is why they would waist my time having me go out of my way after that has already been their decision since I called the previous day. They don't have parking as well so had to pay to park and walk through the street, it was an inconvenience. And they also mentioned if I had come in when it first happened they would have been able to complete the piercing at that time......... they were still open when I had initially called so I don't understand why they were not upfront during that call and decided to just waist my time and now I have to walk around with a scab for a few weeks that with their explanation could have been avoided (since they could have actually completed the piercing) . Amazing experience today with Josh! Yesterday I went to a horror convention where I got to meet my idol, Ozzy Osbourne. He signed my arm, and today I was looking for a shop that could fit me in to get it tattooed. I called when they opened and was happy to hear they take walk-ins. When I arrived later in the afternoon I met Josh and was relieved to hear that he could tattoo the signature without any issues, even though the ink had faded since yesterday. I'm so glad to say I've finally found my home tattoo shop. The experience from beginning to end was SO exceptional. I called right before opening, which is noon on a Sunday to attempt to walk in for two tattoos. The receptionist was very polite and shared that I should come in as soon as possible to get a free consultation. Once I arrived I was greeted and told I'd be helped shortly. Once helped I was able to easily share my ideas via airdrop, they also offer options for androids if you're into that kind of thing. I sent my sketches via airdrop and he took them to an artist to quote them and give me an appointment time within the same day. It was that moment that I realized I would be yet again going under the needle and that I might've lost my mind. I paid my deposit and came back within two hours. When I got back I sat in the gallery which is filled with beautiful artwork and comfy chairs with eclectic music playing. Once it was time for me to start I was escorted back to my artist Joe who is so freaking cool! Everything about this is amazing, not to mention its woman owned. Joe immediately introduced himself and began telling me so many details about options for my tattoo and was super knowledgeable. His attention to detail and precision in ensuring my tattoos would be ones I would love for years to come meant more than he'll know. First let me just say whoever design the place deserves an award for that alone. I was met by a nice young gentleman who had great customer service and made me feel like a friend rather than a customer. Which I love - I'm a people person. I waited 2 and a half hours just to get my helix piercing fixed because the jewelry kept popping out. I called before coming in to make sure that I wouldn't be waiting very long since I needed to do something productive. I went towards the front desk to follow up since I noticed that people who came after in have gotten their piercings before I did. I walked up towards the front desk and did not even get the chance to ask before the person, whoever they were said "long wait? yeah there are a decent amount of people before you. it should be around 10 mins left." I wondered why they didn't let me know that it would take this long so i could at least eat lunch Sat back down to the gallery and waited another hour and a half, looked around and I was just the only customer left! Saw the front desk person going back and forth, then to me, asking me if I have been called in already, which, obviously not. they called the piercer over and both profusely apologized because "the signal would barely reach the room so they did not get the "text in" to let them know that I was waiting. I'm just wondering why we are doing this system if the signal is bad and the piercing room is like a 10 second walk, this could cause several issues. Furthermore, they just put the piercing back in 6 painful seconds, shoved it right back in there! no warning nothing. Got my first tattoo and the helix piercing and had excellent service then, but the person working at front desk today seemed to not really care. I understand its a Sunday and seemed a little busy but i would hope that they would at least communicate with me. We walked upstairs to the lounge for check-in and appointment setting and felt more than welcome. When you arrive upstairs, it's very clean, organized, and felt highly sanitized. My husband and I came in Sunday afternoon to see if we could be seen as walk ins for a tattoo each. They weren't anything big but just enough that they needed to schedule us an appointment. No big deal. We paid our deposit for the appointment to hold our slot and designed and made our way, happily. We arrived evening of the next day and we're pleased to be taken back almost immediately. I went in to inquire my fine mist after care spray running out a little over a week after I got it and the ginger man with glasses was being super rude! I asked for refund and he told me no which was fine but he was saying things like "I don't know what you could've done with it" and when I said "yea this isn't my first time using it so I'm surprised" and he cut me off and said "yea well this isn't my first time selling it".... like dude what's your deal? But I didn't know if I was receiving it wrong plus like it's not the deep idk but then I mentioned I didn't get pierced at this shop and he immediately was like "oh well that makes it even less of my problem" and there was no laughter after. So I said oh? and he was like I'm just kidding but he didn't say that until I questioned that nasty statement. For some context, when I originally came to this shop they were super helpful and kind over the phone AND in person and even looked at my piercing although they didn't pierce it so I thought they were pretty reputable. When I started having issues with my piercing I went in for the spray and the man told me it was 15 bucks for 2.6 ounces but man I needed it so bad AND the man at the counter reassured me plenty of times that it would last me 4 separate piercings so of course I'm gonna trust the piercer! The transaction was posted on March 13th and y'all I kid you not it ran out yesterday......... Now back to today, he asked me if I left the lid off and maybe it dried out to which I said no and he was like sure (more passive aggressive/ rude attitude) and although he did say I could come back in a week and he'd just give me one, he also said he probably wouldn't remember the whole conversation so who is to say I'll even get the spray? THEN he was like, unprovoked might I add, "I can get the manager for you and you can talk to her if you wanna make a big hubub about it" and like swayed his hands around. Overall I felt like he was being super aggressive and really mean about the whole thing. It also felt like he approached me with this vibe which makes me feel like maybe it was a discrimination kind of thing or maybe some sort of subconscious bias because he was really really pulling just ridiculous things and saying such mean things. I've worked in customer service before and even with customers which were actually rude and nasty to me (which I was not to him or whatever pronoun they may use) I have NEVER made any kind of weird, rude, or passive aggressive statements. I walked out super teary eyed because the whole thing just felt very unnecessary and mean. I also went with my roommates when I purchased and when I also experienced this today and today we definitely left looking at each other in a bit of confusion. I would definitely proceed with caution and reinforced positive mind set entering this shop. I would also like to include that I was trying to keep smiles and laugh along because I know how it is working with customers all day and how it make be stressful just to maintain that grace towards the person I have this experience with but I feel really hurt and sour. So although this is a tattoo shop we were here for my 16 year old daughters first nose piercing. It was a surprise for her birthday and I needed to get here ahead of time to sign the necessary documents. I was SUPER PSYCHED when I found out that this establishment demands that parent of underage children come in with ID & birth certificates. I love rule followers and it made me feel that more secure and now knowing that her whole nose won't fall off a month later lol. The gallery area is AH-MAZING. The owner, her son and the receptionist very cool & professional. Sunny did my daughter's piercing and she too was cool and very friendly. I just want the public to know so they don't waste their money. I used to really like this place. Cat was really cool and Travis and Alaina were really nice. I wish they were still there. Ever since they got a new piercer things have gone downhill. The new piercer dresses like a hooker. She never wears a shirt. I've gotten 3 piercings from her and 2 of them fell out within a day. I've sent friends to triple crown and they've gotten her and had the same thing happen. Not to mention there's a bump on my nose piercing which I was told by another piercer is because I was pierced with a surgical steel hoop and it's crooked. I was able to walk in on a Saturday around 1pm and get a cartilage piercing. Cat was super chill and knowledgeable and made me very comfortable. She showed multiple places where I could get the piercing based on my specific ear - in the past when I've tried at other places, the piercers would just go ahead and do it and I wasn't always happy. But Cat marked multiple spots on my ear and let me pick and helped me pick as well! She was great with letting me pick my exact earring too. I got a cute pink stud vs. other places where they just pick a boring one for you. There was another girl there doing a walk-in for a tattoo. I overheard her say she had to wait 30 minutes which is pretty darn good for a walk-in! Afterwards, my boyfriend and I talked to the guy at the front desk because we both want to get tattoos soon. He was super nice and excited to talk to us about the process and very, very knowledgeable. He told us to get better pictures of our dog to get a good guide of the tattoo and he'd get us all set up. We're super excited to go back for our tattoos. We're from the York, PA area and found this place on Yelp... I didn't want to go just anywhere to get my ear pierced or to get a tattoo. This past fall, I got a medium pectoral cover-up of an ocean wave. My description was for something along the lines of a Hokusai wave but with an emphasis on the crashing, and that I might, in the future, want to extend a dunes or sandbar to a land-based tattoo on the opposing pec. Diedre was able to work with the existing colors and boundaries to create not only an amazing wave, but one which morphs into a more dramatic ripcurl with arms raised in a diving position. I think we were both surprised by how dynamic and animated it ended up becoming. To me, that demonstrates not only talent at drawing in 2D, but that next-level understanding of human anatomy which makes the difference between good tattoo artists and great tattoo artists. This shop demands promptness and preferably 2-weeks' notice for re-scheduling. I made the mistake of thinking I could call my boss 3 days ahead of an appointment and get the appointment moved if needed. Two to three strikes like that and you're out. This is an event for which you may want to schedule some vacation time well in advance. read more

I was told they take walk ins after 4, being it was early I wasn't sure if I would be able to be serviced the same day. I came here to get my nipples pierced for the 2nd time. The first time I had it done, the person at another shop pierced my areola and not my nipple. it never healed right and was painful, so i took them out. Its been about 10 years but the scar is still there. I came in and there was a girl who was new and learning, she asked if I was cool with her piercing me and I asked if someone experienced can do it because of the history I had with my previous piecing. Travis was the experienced piercer who I got instead, he was super nice and reassuring that he was able to re-pierce my nips without issue and that this time he would get it right and pierce my nipple and not the areola and whoever did it before didn't know what he was doing. I was very nervous due to my previous experience and Travis put my mind at ease. Well... Travis pierced the areola, AGAIN. Its crooked and painful, and the bar is too short and pushing into my skin. The right side looks fine and feels fine, I asked him to place a longer bar in the right side to make room for swelling, which he did and told me to come back in a few days-weeks to replace the left side if needed. I called two days later, on Saturday, when I realized the mistake he made and whoever answered the phone told me to come in this week so someone can look at it since they have no piercers on the weekend. I'm annoyed because it hurts and I want to take it out but also I want my money back and they said they need to see it to verify that its actually wrong before advising me on what to do. I already know what I need to do, I need to take it out and let it heal ASAP. I'm just really disappointed that I trusted this place to pierce me right and this happens again. now ill have 2 scars on my left nipple and I'm honestly not sure how it will be to pierce it a 3rd time. my left nipple is jacked for life! sweet. read more

The gentleman that greeted me at the door rudely put me down once I asked about it. Said "can't do it I don't know your size and the sign on the door says we can't" I worked in retail for 6 years.
