At this other shop, they were appalled that Triple Crown gave me a 14-gauge 8mm stud for the healing period, informing me they had likely upcharged me for the gauge size. The piercer also did not tell me a lot about the healing process; she only handed me their booklet on it, telling me to keep it clean. Not worth the money, which was about $80 for the service and stud. If you want to get your ears pierced, that is fine, but do not come here for facial piercings.

They are part of the Association of American Piercers. I believe it's $75 for the piercing which is higher than I expected but things have gotten so expensive with the pandemic. They do ask for a tip upon payment. They will map dots and get your placement right. They offer saline for sale. I had a great time helping my friend get her piercing. Honestly would buy plants here. He added cross hatch shading and I didn't want shading. I asked him twice to redraw it as just simple line work and he said "nah this will look better". I'm filling out paperwork and he's making the stencil and I finally said "I'm so sorry but I really don't like this rose design. Can we do something different instead?" He was immediately VERY visibly angry and his demeanor changed drastically toward me. He agreed to do a dagger instead. I should have walked out rather than let somebody who's clearly angry with me tattoo me. I ended up with a dagger with crooked lines, and inconsistent thickness of the lines. The handle also does not line up with the blade. He was rushing and unpleasant while doing the tattoo. He was totally unwilling to give me the tattoo I wanted, and acted horribly unprofessional when I didn't like his drawing and didn't want it on me permanently. Definitely would not recommend.
