Mr. B's establishment was beautiful and had a very relaxing atmosphere. I have never been in a tattoo place (that's not my thing) but when I walked in Mr. B's place, I was mesmerized. I went in for a simple ear piercing but left wanting something more. My technician, Sara, was very accommodating and patient. She explained every detail of the piercing and advised me of the aftercare. today, I went into mr. bs for an ear piercing. this was my first time, but they made it suuupperrrrrrr quick and easy. josh was very nice, the entire place was clean, and the tools were very sterile. josh made sure that everything was measured, and afterwards gave me two bags of sea salt for cleaning. super great for first piercings!!! read more

When he asked what I was wanting pierced I asked his opinion to make sure the earrings would fit and also look nice. He was honest and recommended a few different options. The piercings were quick and look great. I got a conch and forward helix. The jewelry selection was small, but the options were pretty! He said they are getting a shipment this weekend. Josh was very professional and the piercings were sanitary and clean. He explained what he was doing and overall was a pretty enjoyable experience. I used to have my tragus pierced many years ago. I thought it closed up and I was attempting to get it re-pierced. I walked in and was greeted by Josh, who told me he would be doing the procedure. He was so friendly! I was extremely nervous but I was at ease with him. He looked at my Tragus and told me it still looked open, even after having my ring out for nearly 12 years. He was so gentle when he inserted the jewelry, I didn't feel any pain. He also re-pierced both of my lobes. He was so gentle. He told me, to take a deep breath, then breathe out quickly. While I breathed out, he stuck the needle through my ear. I am deathly afraid of needles and I even told him that. Not only was he clean and knew what he was doing, he was very kind, genuine, and understanding of my fear of needles. He told me what to do for aftercare and told me to come back if I had any questions or concerns. I would recommend him 100% for all your piercing needs. Wow, I really miss writing Yelp reviews! Who knew how fast life can pass you by when you don't intentionally do things that you enjoy. I searched far and wide for a place to pierce my daughter's ears. I waited until she was 9 months due to the increasingly scary pandemic. I knew I didn't want to go to Claire's or any mall piercing place, which made it very hard to find a location that would see an infant. Luckily, I found Mr. B's. I emailed them with my questions and they quickly got back to me. I made an appointment for the weekend. I was greeted by a staff member and given paperwork to fill out. After everything was submitted, I picked out the earrings from a small kiosk. Donna then came out to walk us to her station. I really appreciate her kindness and patience. The whole process was quick. After the piercing was finished, she went through how to clean the area. In case you were wondering, COVID procedures were followed and everyone wore a mask. Got my first tattoo here a few years ago. The tattoo was very simple: a silhouette of the planets in our solar system all lined up on my wrist. My boyfriend had made an appointment for my birthday, so it wasn't like we were last minute walk-ins. The artist I saw, (I can't remember his name- I want to say Jon but I'm not certain), was very nonchalant (the tattoo was very simple, so his causality made sense). Since it was my first tattoo, I didn't know what to expect. I assumed the artist would know what he was doing, but I don't think he cared too much about my experience or the settled tattoo. He placed the stencil off center on my wrist, and did not ask me to look at it (again, my first tattoo so I put my trust in him). After completion, I noticed how off center it was on my wrist and also how the planets are squished together. As a professional, he should have known to space the planets out since they would settle and to make sure the tattoo was centered. The tattoo is now five years healed, and has slowly gotten worse. We had trouble getting the placement correct until I took it upon myself to draw a line for the artist bc he caught an attitude n I really didn't want to talk to him anymore. As expensive as these tats are you'd think the artist would at least be professional and not curse when the customer politely states that the stencil is not positioned properly. Go there for ear piercing!! Donna is fantastic!!! So, my teenage daughter needed to get her ears repierced. Seven years ago, we had the misfortune of going to Claire's to get it done. Using a "gun" 2 clerks made a pierce on each lobe, but they were uneven. So, she wore earrings for about 1 yr & was unhappy with them. The piercings closed up. She was ready to try again. She did the research - looking online and speaking to friends. Mr. B's was the place to go. Donna greeted us, as we walked in, and instantly we knew we'd be in good hands. She was VERY knowledgeable and debunked what we thought should have been done. Donna explained the differences between using a "gun" and a needle - needle is the way to go. My daughter picked out a pair of diamond-like studs - adorable, yet she was nervous. Donna put my edgy daughter at ease and easily did the 2 piercings - quick and efficient. Then she explained the care - no twirling, no alcohol ... both of which irritate the skin and made sense not to do them. My daughter is thrilled with the results and happy to be sporting her studs. A few months ago I went to a piercing shop that will not be named and got a piercing "down there". The girl who pierced me said she was very experienced but pierced me with too small of a gauge and bar. It started to sink into my skin and was rubbing a very sensitive area raw. I was recommended Mr. B's from a friend and made an emergency trip to see AL to have it looked at. He checked me out and with some pain and discomfort (mainly becuse of the area and soreness) he gauged up my piercing to the correct gauge and bar and handed me the little one she placed in me and said, " I'm sorry but she should have not done that to you! Honestly, if i was you, you should take that to her and tell her to shove it up her a**!" Lmao. His personality is awesome. He said it was no charge for correcting poor work. I thanked him and tipped him nicely. My piercing healed up like it should have and I was so happy with it that I stopped in again to get my smiley done. I love it. It was a bit awkward holding my lip up but he pierced me quickly and with ease. He put a horseshoe shaped bar, but it was swinging, irritsting my gums ans teeth. A few days later I wen back and had it replaced to a circle. Which was again on the house. I tipped him for his work. I like this a lot better. I highly recommend Al! The staff was super nice and friendly except the guy at the front desk he wasn't very friendly but I commented on it and he joked about it, he was cool. We got our tatts done by John. He is super cool, did a great job. We love our tatts. Two negative things to say: 1-We paid 120 each for a 15 minute tattoo. He did a great job but I think the tatt was over priced. I don't think we should have paid over $100, if that. 2-The tattoo I original asked for, the words: "I am my sister's keeper" in the shape of an infinity sign, John said he couldn't do it or it would be really big. Maybe he misunderstood what I wanted but after I left I googled it and there are plenty of regular sized similar tattoos. So I would def. recommend bringing or showing a picture of what you want. Great place to get pierced. I called and got quoted $40 for a cartilage piercing so I went to the shop to get it done. I had been kept waiting a few minutes in the lobby because there were others in front of me..no big deal, I didn't mind it but when the piercer came out he lowered the price because of the fact I had to wait. When I had got back to the piercing room my heart was beating fast as it always does when I get a new piercing, but he was great. He did not dilly dally when it came to putting the needle through, he told me when and then put it through with hardly any pain. My price was for the jewelry, after care and to come back and get it changed. I have no experience with the tattooing side of this, but the piercer is TERRIBLE. I got my nose piercing changed to a hoop there. Without telling me beforehand, the girl tried to use a 14g hoop. She only stopped after I was bleeding and crying. She went down to a 16g, but less than a week after the ball that kept it screwed together came loose. I tried to give the piercer a second chance this weekend because I wanted another ear piercing. The same girl was the one who pierced me. The earring posts were way too short and were easily a 16 or 14g. I had to take them out after less than a week because my ears were throbbing because the post was too short to accommodate for swelling. Honestly, I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Don't go here if you're looking for a legitimate piercing shop. :( read more
