She was able to fit me in the same day! I emphasized that I wanted the front of my hair long and the back short. Gerrie listened to me and said we would start with the back and would check in as we went to see if I wanted shorter. It was great that she was listening and would work with me! Gerrie did have quite a few interruptions as people talked to her, a popular lady. Gerrie talked nonstop and told me stories about her friends. I saw Gerrie wrapping my hair around so my Bob would be symmetrical. For the most part it was except the very front. Which I can fix later if it still bothers me. I booked my appointment for 4/24 at 6:30pm. It took me 32 minutes to get here, including finding parking. I walked to the door and realized no one was at the location. I moved and Quinn came highly recommended. I waited to write this review because I needed to get service a few times to assess. Quinn is booked and busy so appointments are your best friend. Quinn does my hands and any available tech does my pedicures. Quinn is not just a nail tech she is an artist. She can recreate any style you show her. As of the date of this review I've gotten my nails done five times by her and each time she delivers. I will admit they are a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. They charge for long nails, special shape, designs and gel. I'm there every 2-3 weeks and between an acrylic fill in and gel pedicure I spend upwards of $150. A bit steep but again I always leave with what I want. Also want to note that for my hands from start to finish the service usually takes 2 hrs. So plan accordingly. For my pedicures I prefer the male techs because they massage my feet better. I always get the honey flower spa pedicure which comes with your traditional foot soak, cuticle detail and buffing. But additionally you're getting callus removal , sugar scrub and paraffin wax treatment. The process takes about an hour and is so soothing. The salon is well lit and clean. They usually have music playing on the TV and if you're thirsty they have bottles of water. Overall , pricey but consistent service and I do recommend.
