I went here for a basic mani/pedi. I am grateful they allowed me to book an appointment within half an hour. The place was pretty empty. I'm guessing they space out customers for Covid purposes. No wait at all. The service was very basic. No hot towels, no extra special treatment. I'm not sure if they offer any different types of pedis where you'd likely get the hot towels or scrubs but I wasn't given any options. Just "pick a color." Nonetheless, I received my color change in good timing. The people there were nice. No major issues, just wish to be pampered more at a salon. read more

I went today for a pedicure. Checked my temperature at the door. Made me use the the antibacterial and then was asked to go to the chair. All had masks. And proper spacing. Great salon! Love the chairs and all the operators. My feet are so terrible but I get treated so repectfully, even though I am extremely embarrassed about my feet. I swim 2 miles a day and run, so I need my toe nails short. No problem. The polish stands up against chlorine and jamming my feet into shoes. read more

Went in for a mani/pedi. Nancy did my nails and she did a fabulous job. For $32, it's really not a bad deal. I would definitely go back. I wish there was a little more to the massage, and I'm a little disappointed that sugar scrub is extra, but like I said, for the price it's good. My polish is flawless, so I guess that's really what matters. They don't accept tips on credit cards, so have cash on hand for that. read more

Great salon with friendly technicians. I went in without an appointment and was seated immediately. It's in a quiet shopping plaza near a Dunkin Donuts. The ladies were super nice and friendly. I had a pedicure and they took their time making sure my feet where done properly. My feet were soft and shiny! When it came time for nail polish, they did a great job and asked if I wanted any kind of design. I got a rhinestone design on my toe and got tons of compliments on it after I left. The pedicure lasted 3 weeks if not more and did not chip or fade. Definitely a hidden gem of a nail salon! I'm even thinking about going back for my wedding nails! read more

The best nail salon in the area. I've tried multiple salons in Owings Mills and Reisterstown, and V pro has the best service and the best technicians imo. The shop isn't too fancy, but I don't care about that because the service is amazing. They don't have timers with them when they do your pedicure or manicures (like some other places do). When using pumice on my legs, they made sure to be super gentle because I am deathly ticklish. They take good care of you and are very accommodating. The business is run by a husband and wife team. My go -to nail salon from now on. read more

WARNING...Do not get a bikini wax here. I have been a customer for 7 years at this salon. At the beginning it was great but my last 3 waxes have been awful. I was burned by wax that was too hot, I was left lopsided, and I was left with piles of leftover wax everywhere. The first time it happened I didn't say anything. Service: I can't give much of experience because I left the minuet I got back to the back of the salon I scheduled two pedicures on a Wednesday for that Friday for me and my mom to have a day together. Typically when you schedule two pedicures it is because you want them to be together that is the whole reason I made an appointment, I understand if it was a walk in but it wasn't. I'm just really disappointed that when they brought us back they put us on two different sides so it would be essentially like getting a pedicure by yourself. read more

*BEWARE* Went here last week and decided since the weather was nice I'll get a pedicure. The girl doing my toes cut my cuticles too low causing around my toe to bleed. Weird thing, the same thing happened to the woman next to me. Not too thrilled with this place or the outcome of my pedicure. Seems like they have a lot of trainees working there. Don't think I will come back, especially not for a pedicure. Seems like they make a habit of curing cuticles too low which can cause an infection. Thankfully I nursed my big toe back to health, no infection for me, but I will not be returning! read more

Not open on Sundays which is a bummer, but coming in at 5:30 Monday seemed like a good, quiet time. 4 stars because their polish selection leaves something to be desired. We had a warm spell recently in Maryland and I was the first of my friends to pull my sandals out of the closet. Sadly, my toes were not ready. I didn't care. I of course waited until there was a cold snap to get a pedicure. I dragged my very pregnant friend with me. If she can't see her toes, they may as well look good! We got side by side chairs....which were crazy awesome massage chairs! I had a male technician...and he was all business. The ladies all wanted to talk about my friend's baby -and the fact that she doesn't know what she's having. My guy was efficient and thorough even though my feet were sensitive. The sugar scrub on the calves was a bonus but not sure why the feet didn't get the same. Anyway, no line, $22 and good customer service. A winner in my book. Sadly, my feet are currently hidden once more. Guess I'll have to visit them again real soon. read more

Today was my first time at V Pro Nails. Not the Spa like experience at my regular salon, but not the same spa prices either! I was pleasantly surprised at how inexpensive my mani-pedi was. Vince the owner made sure I received service right at my 11:00 appointment time. Although limited English, the employees were very nice and did a beautiful job on both my manicure and pedicure.
