When he realized I wasn't going to fall for it, he offered me the same monitor at a higher price than what I could easily find on eBay. This felt like a clear scam attempt. KT is excellent. When my HP laptop died, they retrieved very important data from the 1 TB hard drive that I had neglected to backup. I was very worried about my loss data. KT kept me informed for every step of the retrieval process and copied all my data to an external hard drive. I was so relieved. Their prices were extremely reasonable. Like other states they claim motherboard is bad, I brought my 3DS in and needed a new screen and housing but they stated motherboard is bad and it's been two months they have been toying around with a response. Got my IPAD fixed in this shop for display issues. They gave me 3 months of warranty for it but I had to come back because the display was still not working well. Gave it to them since I had 3 months the of warranty but after they gave it back , they claimed that the "screen was broken again" and replaced it for me for no fee. Mind you the iPad was rarely used within the week I had it and they were still thinking of charging me despite having warranty? On top of that the metal at the back of the IPad was full of scratches. These scratches were not there before and was likely done by an amateur. A year ago, they also tried to get me to give them my husband's laptop to be used for parts as they could not fix it. They were trying so hard to get us to buy their used laptop with specs no where near of that price. These guys are predatory and you should be careful when dealing with them. I came in to repair my 2015 MacBook Pro. I was trying to reformat it myself but accidentally deleted the wrong disc programs, so I wasn't even able to turn it on anymore. I was ready to just put my laptop into the recycling bin. Thankfully, I found KT Electronics as a last ditch effort to salvage my laptop. I called ahead of time to see if I could do a walk-in. I walked in and the process was quick and easy. I met with KT, the owner, and he was able to help me within minutes. I was surprised when they said it would only take 2 hours max to fix. I was called 1 hour later and was super excited. My Laptop works as if it was brand new! LOVE IT! I 100% Recommend this electronic repair shop to all my friends and family. I was also able to purchase an Apple Magic Keyboard for a fair price to use with my iPad. I was provided with options and a good recommendation. Thank you KT! Don't come here! My iPhone screen was broken so I called to get it fixed. Apparently it takes them 30 mins to fix it . I waited a whole hour and more , so don't rely on that time frame . The front desk person( he seems like the manager ) doesn't check before returning products to the customer . He almost gave me someone else's laptop thinking it was mine and didn't verify my cell phone number. I just kept thinking " what if he just gave someone else my cell phone". Also prior before coming in, I verified my price to fix my phone to be at a lower price and before I gave my phone to fix I confirmed again and the person helping blatantly ignored my confirmation and said it would be at $90 dollars to fix my iPhone screen. I needed my iPhone to be fixed so I didn't care too much but the fact that you promised a lower price before coming in and then saying a higher price is very upsetting . 2 weeks later, my iPhones touch screen is terrible. I can barely type and when I reached out to them again they just told me to restart my phone . ( it didn't help) I will not be returning here, do not trust them to fix a simple task. 4/9/20: how was my phone ok before coming with a broken screen and now it has software issues getting fixed from here? Through my job I am in charge of 5 ipads that students use. Unfortunately they do not have an Apple Care plan so when a student told me they cracked the screen by dropping the Ipad, I looked up this place and sent a request for estimate. They got back to me right away estimating $100 so I dropped it off and they told me it would be $140. It took them over a week and they didn't call me right away once it was ready. I called them and they said it had been finished earlier that day. They look very busy and their shop looks packed with electronics. They take card and provide receipts which I needed to be reimbursed at work. I wasn't in a rush to get it back so I am unsure if they charge more if you need it sooner. There are usually 1-3 open parking spots and answer the phone promptly. read more

Took my son's laptop suspecting a bad power port. Told them it powers up and but can't keep it charged bc of the power port(where the cord adapter plugs in to the lap top). "We got to do a diagnostic, $50," I was told right away, eventhough I wanted to explain and show the issue. Was told it will take a few days. Get a call that afternoon stating that the motherboard is bad. WHAT? I didn't respond. I was livid. Went to retrieve it. The lap top was in pieces. I took it hone powered it up but discovered that they had fried the USB port modules and the touch screen. Went to Best Buy and bought a USB hub to connect to the C port. It would been trashed if not for the C port. They don't don't take kindly to negative reviews, blaming and insulting the customer is the worst they can do. They are not BBB approved. read more

First of all they gave me a laptop that wasn't factory reset, I tried to ask and the guy told me that the Mac person wasn't in so I waited to see if I could get a hold of the person who can help. Anyway long story short, they sent me a link because they didn't know how to help me factory reset it, I did just that. I even contacted Apple themselves and they even said it was something a technician from Apple had to look at. I let them know that I was upset and I would like my money back and they told me that I was pretty much at a loss and that i could bring it in after the fact that they told me all this and said I was taking advantage of them and not to act like a victim... like really? Why would I even want to go back to this place after someone does that? Lol wtf is wrong with this place? Anyway. Don't buy anything used. Don't buy from here. This place is absolutely amazing! My family has purchased computers and had computer work done and have all been very satisfied! My review is on their help with my iPhone X. I came in to get the screen replaced and they did a perfect job. Apple charges $280 to fix a screen and KT electronics charges $100 so I definitely wanted to save some $. Shortly after the screen was replaced the phone started having issues connecting to data and so I took the phone back. When I went back to have them look at it KT and his team needed more time to diagnose the issue so gave me a loaner phone to use and come back on Monday which was very nice! They were able to fix the data connectivity issues and I was able to get my phone back. They seem to be able to fix almost anything for a way better price and quality than other places so I'd definitely give them a try for computer or phone repair! read more
