Okay my experience with the staff, Justin and Sabrina has been nothing but five stars. The food is amazing and I keep coming back. My friends at work wish you were downtown because they love your food. My favorites are the custard doughnut (amazing) Breakfast sandwich (my husband loves the doughnut bread I'm croissant) Turkey croissant (flavor explosion) pull apart bread and the coffee cake. Mind blowing cafe and bakery. Everything is so good here. We love their avocado toast, breakfast croissant, coffee cake, cinnamon sugar donut for the kids, and their delight coffee next level. It's pricey but the quality is top notch, and everything is fresh. Totally worth it. It's hidden in a complex with parking lot in front. Highly recommended but also don't tell too many people because they sell out quick! read more

Really great cafe near Redondo Beach. They have a good variety of pastries (croissants, scones, etc.) as well as quiches and other specials. I had the avocado toast and it was amazing! Their cappuccino is also done right - just enough foam and delicious coffee. Please note we got there around 10am on a Sunday and they had run out of quiches. read more

Krust is one of my favorite cafes in the South Bay the avocado toast is my go-to because I think it's the perfect size and it's delicious! I also pretty much always get the yuzu iced tea - super refreshing especially on a warmer day. Last time I went I got the waffle (only available on weekends I believe), they give the toppings on the side so whether you prefer things sweet or not as sweet, you're able to customize it to your liking. I've been here 3 times now and it's wonderful! The coffee is fantastic and really well made. I got an iced chai and it came with a cinnamon stick and a cardamom star floating on top which both made for a very flavorful and aesthetic chai. The breakfast sandwiches are wildly great! I get mine on their extremely flaky, fluffy croissants and it's heavenly. I've also tried two of their bakery items (the coffee cake and then this one with ham and bell pepper and cheese wrapped in pastry) and they were amazing too. They have sooo many pastries I can't wait to try them all over the next months. Last but not least is the staff! Everyone here is so nice and it brightens my morning when I stop by! Last time I was here on a cold morning they turned on a heat lamp outside so I could eat my breakfast sandwich at one of the nearby tables..! Krust is one of the best coffee shops I've ever been! The coffee is soooo great! If you know me throughout my Social Media, you can see how much I love coffee!!! The owner, is very sweet and she comes everyday very early to bake all the pastry good fresh for the day. Sometimes, at the end of the day if you didn't get your pastry early enough, you might miss it, because they might be sold out! But, that's okay, if you tell her you really want something by next day, she will make sure you got what you need it!!! Her donuts, croissants, ham and cheese and pies are nothing but perfect!!! Krust is my favorite bakery in the South Bay! My husband and I frequently come here after our morning workouts. Typically, I am a creature of habit but I get something different nearly each time I go and am hardly disappointed. Some of my favorite items are the butter croissant, avocado toast, baguette (SO GOOD fresh out the oven), lemon glazed donut, pistachio swirl, croissant sandwich and garlic sweet roll. The food is always tasty and more importantly always consistent! The staff is great and always so kind! It makes for a pleasant experience in the morning. We've searched and been to MANY bakeries in the area and none of them come close to Krust. Definitely recommend checking it out! read more

Got some time this morning to check out Krust coffee. I parked upstairs and walked down. It's in a commercial mixed used plaza. There's a Pilates studio, physical therapy gym in here as well. Walked in and heard jazzy piano music. Lots of people in here already. Ordered a cold brew latte and avocado toast. Latte was good, strong with floral notes. SE Asian or African beans is my guess. I asked the barista where the beans are from and they said they used beans that her friend roasted herself. Elim coffee. Avocado toast was okay. Avocado was good but the toast was a little small, making it hard to hold. Fingers got to have some avocado too, unintentionally. Some balsamic vinegar gave it a sweet note and cherry tomatoes with thinly sliced radish to top it off. Enjoyed my time here, would come back. read more

Perfect spot to do some work on your computer, reading, or catch up with a friend! The interior design is wonderful and pleasing to the eye. It's best to come earlier if possible, such as during the morning, before the tables and seats are filled. It's possible to grab a couple pastries and share them. My friend and I lovvved the sesame donut! It is really delicious and fluffy. The lemon tart, quiche and cheesecake are amazing as well. If you're pretty hungry, go for the quiche! It simply melts in your mouth. We usually order regular coffee, but I will continue to swing by and try their other drinks. Service is so friendly and splendid -- the mother and daughter (I think) remember your faces and are kind people. Parking is available within the smaller plaza, or uphill in another lot. There is also street parking if both lots are full, but I've never seen them both packed. So grateful to have a spot like this within Torrance! I love this place, they have the best staff and service. Sometimes at night I fantasize about their avocado toast. Sooo good!

The take home cinnamon rolls were disappointing on Christmas morning. Followed the directions exactly....waited an hour for them to thaw before popping them in the oven. But at the low temp of 320 and after 20 mins, all the filling had oozed out and the rolls had not puffed up. And the amount of icing given was so little for 6 rolls. Not worth the money. read more

Very very cute coffee shop hidden in a small plaza. When you I walked in, all of the decor caught my attention because it is all very aesthetically pleasing and made me feel at ease. I was greeted by the man behind the counter, and then I ordered a cold brew latte. It was about $4, which is a reasonable price for coffee these days, especially with the coffee being delicious. I was able to sub my cream for almond milk because I am lactose intolerant, which was very convenient. The only thing I will note is that I asked for light ice, but was given what seemed to be extra ice. Overall, my cold brew was very refreshing, the environment of the shop is very nice, and the decor is well-placed. I will be coming back here to study during exam seasons. :) read more

Love this cute little place and the employees and owner are always darling. I just want to leave a suggestion for them here on the Nutella they serve as I know their cafe is more high end and it seems they strive to give the customers high quality food. Nutella is not only not good for you with all the ingredients it has but it's also horrible for the environment as far as habitat loss for thousands of species and deforestation because of the palm oil inside it, so i have a wonderful hazelnut spread suggestion that's not only safe for environment it's organic and tastes ten times better, once you compare the two you'll see how fake Nutella brand Nutella taste compared to this and it's called Nocciolata Organic Hazelnut Spread with Cocoa and Milk! It has taken me way too long to get over and try this place. Finally made the short trek over today and I fell in love. The ambiance is so calming. It's very tucked away which is why I think it took me so long to finally go inside. I ordered an iced latte and a ham & cheese. They make everything fresh in the back in small batches which is awesome! They were out of ham & cheese but were putting a batch in and said it would be 15 minutes. I decided to wait since I've heard so many good things. Let's just say, I'd wait 30 minutes for this ham & cheese. Delectable and perfect. That's the only way to describe it. Everything else looked amazing as well and I will definitely be back to try some new things! I also met the owner and she was such a pleasant lady. She was the one doing all the baking in the back and I could tell she genuinely enjoyed doing this. She mentioned that the menu has slightly changed since she opened almost a year ago. Why?
