There are things to like about this Kroger, despite it not being one of the newer or nicer locations in this area. I'm commenting about Kroger overall in this post. I use the Kroger app to make sure I "clip" coupons for sales, but I'm becoming more and more dissatisfied with the app, the interface, and the lousy customer treatment. Weekly Digital Deals... how is this different than a digital coupon? It's not other than how long it is available. However, it appears that many of these deals are similar to the already existing digital coupon with some added savings, but also fine print where you have to buy a large quantity of the item. I'm sure the Addams family appreciates getting an extra discount on SIX half-gallons of Fairlife milk, but most of us are not looking to buy six milks at once. It also is not helpful to get to the register with two or three in your cart only to find that you missed the fine print and now you don't have enough and don't really want that many more. Upon review of the website it is more clear that the six items are mix and match with other items from the store to which that deal applies, but the printed QR code/tag on the shelf does not clearly indicate it is a mix/match. It simply says, "Must buy six or more." The biggest problem with this whole system is that I give you my customer information, which in turn allows your company to track my purchases, trends, demographic data, etc., all while not dealing with nearly as many physical coupons to process. Somehow, I still have to physically go in and "clip" many of the coupons manually for them to take effect, and if I fail to do so, I will simply be overcharged at the register. Even if I am conscientious about that, if I somehow missed the "Weekly Digital Deal" I will still not get the best price, assuming I get any discount at all. Please explain how this system is not both ageist and ableist? I'll wait. No, I won't because there is simply no answer you can give that is not discriminatory. I truly wonder how many older customers your company screws over because they have not transitioned to smartphones and are still clinging to the flip phone like Jethro Gibbs from NCIS.

Very disappointed, my glasses broken, I found the same ironman brand in Kroger, but the price was double then the Walmart, I complained to manager but he said sorry we don't do price match , then I said sorry to buy in Kroger anymore. Goodbye Kroger, and request to all who can't buy expensive same item plz check the price match You can find a good price in other stores. Same brand but different price. Shocked

    Trimmed fat from beef tenderloin.

I'm a dedicated carnivore and my family really only likes tenderloin beef filets. it may seem irrelevant that I've bought and trimmed a lot of whole beef tenderloins, but that became important when it i usually buy my fillets at Trader Joe's because their centet cut. beef filets are expertly trimmed and the meat is always juicy and tender. I was doing my regular shopping at Kroger 's. And rather than go to another store to get the meat I bought two beef filets of their Nolan Ryan branded meat. I should've gone to Trader Joe's. The meat was 18.99 a pound ($15.99 with the Kroger's loyalty card) and was either not trimmed at all or incompetently trimmed. By the time I finished trimming the steaks down to something that could be eaten I'd cut away 5.125 ounces of pure fat and some gristle. Out of 1.18 lbs. there remains 13.75 oz. Meat was excellent, but I resent paying $15.99 per lb for 5.125 ozs of inedible fat. I'll be getting ALL my filets from Trader Joe's in the future.

I'd rather go Kroger vs Walmart because they are fully stocked and keep all their veggies fresh and hydrated. Also, the limes were cheaper here than Walmart.

Visiting from San Francisco Bay area and decided to do some shopping here. This is a really big brightly-lit well designed store. Really nice aisles make it very simple to navigate. We bought a ton of groceries in all different categories. Everything very brightly lit and well priced. There were plenty of check stands open when we went to check out. There a great deals here on several items including RX bar and produce. Some really good deals on produce. Honestly, hardly anything to criticize on this nice well-lit store. Well I thought of one thing. Like many big grocery stores, it is very cold inside. So be sure to bring a light jacket. I should note this store does one really fantastic thing. They hire disabled folks to help on the checkout. Bravo bravo!

Toxic Apeel funded by Kill Gates aka Bill.

Kroger is selling fruit with Apeel invisible toxic coating. This is a Bill Gates funded company and is coating toxins all over produce in order for it too last longer, not decompose naturally in our composting or gardens. And yes it's on organics. Read all stickers. Refuse to purchase. Make complaints. Companies need to know consumers do not want this.

1 can of diced Jalapeno's left. No fresh jalapeno's in the entire store????

The Krogers at Custer and Parker is open to 1 am, I like having an option that late, especially since Walmart no longer offers 24 hours

I do like the wider aisles, though, so that's a plus.

The options at HEB are always fantastic so I made the drive out to Plano. While here I grabbed 5-6 different cheeses for charcuterie and sides, gift wrapping paper, and much more things that jumped into my cart. The staff were all HUSTLING to assist customers and the register lines were moving. I enjoyed my experience.

I'm really ready to start an OnlyPans for the broads who can't and I don't mean one recipe or twelve, you better be able to make anything in existence (and I'm talking every cuisine, every item imaginable) from scratch - PERIOD. It's funny having recently relocated to TX and people sharing bars with me. Honey, as much as I love a great marg and some brown liquor idgaf about a bar - point me to your best grocery stores. I'm still obsessed with H-E-B, every time I walk through the door I fall in love all over again. I'm in very serious relationships with Eatzi's and Central Market as well but H-E-B just won't fall off. They are on their shi* in a real way. I wandered in today because I wasn't able to secure my garnish for dinner and needed some fresh parsley. I was dehydrated from a trail run in 86 degrees and 30mph winds in November and the wine stations just hit! One after another, all over. I mean I'm not loving my relocation but the way TX takes drinking seriously is very much aligned with the way I take drinking seriously. I walked here, so I was ready to help myself to every tasting station they had, in every dept. I mean tastings in the produce section, tastings in the bakery, tastings in the dry goods - LA needs to bump up their grocery store tastings and get on this level. A grocery store wine tasting is really a beautiful thing. I can't rave about this location anymore than I already have. I am head over heels. I fill my Rx's here, floral is outstanding, balloons lovely, bakery superb, prices on meats unreal. Holiday items always on point. There's not more I can say. I am a huge fan. H-E-B meets my needs in a real way, but of course I still must dabble at all of my other spots because they do too ;) LOVE this store, one of the very few places I will miss dearly when I depart from 75024.
