Hot Noodle Bowl at 99 Ranch Market - A Budget-Friendly Comfort Fix $10 approx. For less than $10, the Taiwanese-style beef noodle bowl at 99 Ranch Market delivers serious comfort without denting your wallet. The broth is deep and savory, the beef tender and generous, and the noodles have that perfect chew. Toss in bok choy, napa cabbage, and green onion, and it's a full meal that feels homemade. Paired with crispy spring rolls and a light tofu pudding, it's a satisfying lunch that punches above its price. No fuss, no hype just solid food that gets the job done. Favorite Chinese grocery market franchise. Very spacious 99 ranch. Lots of food selections and great deals. It's always such a joy to come to these places. Service is fast and efficient. I like the prepared food that they have.

This place is huge!!! They have so much going on with so many different items! I got a lot more than what I showed and spent less than what I would've in a big chain.

I am not giving a bad rating for this 99, but also a bit complicated to give a 4 star rating, if you know what I mean. This place is situated in a large shopping center with lots of good Asian restaurants nearby. Usually parking is easy. I come here usually during weekdays so I can't speak for what's it like in the weekends. They have all the things you need for your Asian grocery list. Their cafeteria has dim sum, hot food, and other Chinese/Asian bbq items. My complaint is their hot food section's meat sometimes doesn't feel very fresh. Reasonable prices though. I guess you get what you pay for.

99 Ranch Market have best Bakery. Every time when I purchase their bread I know i will come back again)) Service fast enough. When we went there it was evening so there wasn't too much people, so it was quick to pay. Feels nice here, also got foot tub, with bargain price. Besides a lot of variety of ceramic dishes, bowls etc... Definitely recommend, especially Bakery!

This place always has the best and largest Dungeness crab! it's always my go to for crab boils. Sometimes they have good weekly deals also!

We bought a roast duck today, and when we got home and open the box, found that the duck is missing at least 1/4. Just be aware if you want to buy a duck from this place, you need to watch the person who cuts it, they have a bucket to collect all good parts of the duck. They layout the good parts on the top of the container and with all necks underneath, which looks like there are a lot of meat. We are so upset about what they have done! Just be aware of this behavior.

Back in 2018, my Texas family took my Husband & I to the Vietnamese restaurant. We had the Beef Pho and Thai tea. Both were huge Texan portions so plenty enough for both of us. I'm not much of a soup type of person but this was tasty and delicious. We definitely would return again when in town.

As far as Asian groceries goes, this is one of three Asian markets that I rotate in the Dallas-area every month or so in replenishing my Chinese staples. Also, I'd plan my menu around 99 Ranch's fruits and vegetables department, fabulous selections, nicely displayed, fabulously priced, and, fresh. While shopping on a weekday is less crowded, I have found the best deals and to have the first picks of the newest arrivals to be on weekends. As for celebrating holidays, including New Year and Moon Festival, the biggest selection of sweets for the round box and mooncakes can be found here. Being that help is scarce, when needing to search or ask of a product, I have asked other customers who seems to be in the know instead - it works! Cheers!

They have great prices, overall pretty clean, & good customer service. Y'all know the Korean honey butter chips that are super hard to find right? They got it in bulk and a good price. I'm so happy right

I wish I had taken photos of the food, but I forgot to do so. This place had been hyped up for weeks by our friends and just fell short. I had no real issues with the service or ordering system; in fact, it worked pretty well, I just wish the QR code also had a way to pay. However, the food just wasn't that great. The skewers had almost an offensively small amount of meat for price, and almost everything was just covered with cumin and tasted like absolutely nothing else, not even the meat itself. I tried fried dumplings and they were undercooked and flavorless. I ordered corn and it was lukewarm and covered in the same overzealous cumin. The best thing we got by far was the honey glazed beef sticks, but even that brought it to the quality of average yakiniku that we've had. The candlelit tray they had for keeping skewers warm also didn't really work. It would keep 1-2 niche spots hot and that was about it, so we were also eating room temperature meat most times. We ended up spending about $30 a person, and none of us were full by the end. Boyfriend and I stopped for more food on the way home. We were really sad to have to write a poor review for this place after having it hyped up to us. We likely won't be returning.

There…read morearen't many places here that serve this style of Cantonese food authentically, and this one easily stands out for both quality and execution. The prices are slightly on the higher side, but the ingredients are fresh, the portions are reasonable, and every dish we ordered was cooked exceptionally well. As someone who cooks Cantonese food regularly and has eaten extensively across Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Malaysia, and Singapore, I can honestly say the standard here exceeds most Cantonese restaurants in the area. The chef is from Guangzhou, and it definitely shows. The Beef Hor Fun (Dry Fried Beef Rice Noodles) was excellent. The wok hei was fragrant without being overly smoky, the noodles weren't greasy, and the bean sprouts were still crisp. That's the benchmark for a well-executed hor fun. The Salted Fish Chicken & Eggplant Clay Pot was another standout. The eggplant had clearly been lightly fried before being braised, giving it a wonderful texture--soft but not mushy, fragrant, and not overly oily. It paired perfectly with a bowl of white rice. My only minor comment is that I personally prefer a stronger salted fish flavor, having enjoyed this dish in many places across Southeast Asia. That's purely personal preference rather than a criticism. The biggest surprise of the night was the 香顶面. I didn't even get a photo because we finished it before I remembered! It was incredibly fragrant, the shrimp were very fresh, and the flavors were unlike anything I've had elsewhere in DFW. Definitely a must-order. The restaurant itself is small, with only about six tables, giving it a cozy neighborhood feel. Despite its size, they offer impressively fresh seafood and dishes that are prepared with great attention to detail. Overall, this is a fantastic find. The pricing reflects the quality of the ingredients and cooking, and it's well worth it if you're looking for authentic Cantonese cuisine rather than the usual Americanized Cantonese fare. We'll definitely be back to work our way through the rest of the menu. 5 stars. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates true Cantonese cooking.

Lots of jalapeños but they weren't really spicy so it wasn't detrimental to enjoyment of dish. We got a small our first time and it was definitely enough for 3 people - Salted fish chicken eggplant: tasty and aromatic dish, Angela one of the owners said it's a super traditional canto dish. Eggplant was well cooked and the flavors were solid. Nothing mindblowing but good home cooking, prob would've been better over white rice. - Scallion chicken (half): pretty tender but flavor didn't really penetrate all the way through... probably the weakest dish both times we came. White meat not the juiciest I've had sadly. - Garlic fried eggplant: had this the second time we came because of a seafood allergy at the table and it was so good, one of our faves for sure. - Laziji (spicy fried chicken): MIL said this is probably the best version of this dish she's had in DFW. Really good and quite spicy so beware! - Razor clams: on the pricier side but really well flavored and super fresh. - Garlic butter prawns (or something like that): so well fried, huge, and delicious. You just can't go wrong with anything prawn related on the menu. Love that white rice is priced super reasonably here (50 cents for a decently sized individual bowl). Will be back!

The food was absolutely delicious and the ambiance was wonderful and perfect for a catch up with my friend: warm, inviting, and perfect service! The lobster dishes and wine selection were excellent as well. This is one I'm going to make at home The same chips are used for the tuna dip but I'd like to note their pickled jalapeno - that was fire. So much flavor here Shrimp salad was great too, I enjoyed how balanced the dish was The baked alaska was a mix of chocolate and strawberry on the inside - everything was done from scratch.
