I tried some outside skirt steak at the Plano food and wine festival and I had to drop in and buy me some outside skirt steak! I am a food content creator and I made some bomb steak quesadillas with a skirt steak. One of the employees was very nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in the store and asked me if he could help me and led me straight to the outside skirt steak and talked to me through some of the other cuts of me as well. The store was clean and items were easy to find. I'll definitely be back! I have a video on my IG about the skirt steak if you're interested _cookingwithchels https://www.instagram.com/reel/DD5OWSpSVe1/?igsh=azdrMnA4NTVjMmVq

Great place to get specialty meats that aren't commonly found in grocery stores. I purchased an organic turkey here for thanksgiving! I checked some other stores (Kroger, Sprouts, Trader Joe's), and Wild Fork had the best price. The meats are frozen though - so keep that in mind for your cooking plans!

Meat & seafood are flash frozen.

Great selection and quality of available protein. The South American sausage is money and great in a variety of dishes.

Great customer service and great prices! The selection of meet and seafood is much better than typical grocery stores as well.

Also the rice they gave out .. really they could improve and give more rice. Would have given 5 stars if they had given out more rice.. and rice isn't expensive either. Next time gonna ask them not to use that much black beans.

On October 18, 2025, I purchased live blue crabs from this store. The crabs appeared active when sold, but after cooking them the same day, I immediately noticed a strong ammonia odor coming from the meat. This is a clear sign of spoilage and improper seafood handling. The crabs were completely inedible and had to be discarded. Concerned about food safety and quality control, I reached out to the store through their WeChat group (where they promote products and communicate with customers). Instead of receiving an apology or offer for refund or replacement, the owner responded with an extremely rude and dismissive attitude. They showed no accountability, no concern for customer health, and made no effort to resolve the issue. Shockingly, when I continued to explain the situation, the owner even threatened to "sue me" simply for sharing my honest experience and concerns about food safety. This response was unprofessional and intimidating. I was not asking for anything unreasonable--just acknowledgment and responsibility for selling spoiled seafood. Every customer deserves to be treated with basic respect when raising a valid concern, but the way this business handled the matter was both disappointing and irresponsible. I have since reported this incident to the relevant food safety authorities for further investigation, as seafood freshness is not a small issue--it directly affects consumer health. I hope this review serves as a warning for others to be cautious when purchasing from this store. Selling spoiled food, responding rudely, and threatening customers who speak up is completely unacceptable. Businesses that handle perishable products should prioritize honesty, safety, and respect for their customers--these are the true foundations of trust and reputation.
