The baskets had not been replenished by the time I left; only a couple of people had them walking around the store so I don't know where they were. Likewise, it was oddly hard to find a produce bag, and indeed oddly hard to find any produce at all as it was a modestly sized section hidden at the back (instead of being the first thing you see when you walk in, as it ought to be. I found some nice sale items, but the labeling was also confusing, purposefully so I take it as a lot of extra tags indicating trivial details made items look like they were on sale when they weren't. Having said all this, the selection was average, and it is the closest grocery store to downtown Augusta, but there were just so many customer experience issues. Some of which could realistically be fixed if the management wanted to.

Maybe because we have such a swarm supermarkets that in our area Bi-Lo is just a step above Food Lion, or as I call it "hood Lion" Prices are high even with sales I go here for when I don't want to drive 2 miles to Kroger or Wal- Mart. I give them 2-3 more years and you will see like Food Lion did a massive closing of stores.

They now have self checkout which is so convenient to me since you don't have to wait in line you can ring up and bag your own things. Some other shady individuals (whose pants were sagging) all were conjugating outside the entrance. One of them said to me, "Who you looking at N-slur." Another one asked, "What you have in the (grocery) bag N-slur" When I got to my car one of them was walking towards my car. Now I don't know if he was going to do anything, but the whole thing felt extremely sketchy. I wouldn't want to come back to the store unless they had some sort of security to keep thugs and rift-raft out. Because unless you want to be mugged, shopping here isn't a great investment!

Employees don't seem to know what's going on, there's constant yelling over walkie talkies, and the store feels disorganized with items just thrown around. Really disappointing, as Lidl is usually my favorite store, but this location has a lot of room for improvement.

A natural skincare table, body butters and such. I don't put stuff on my skin so I don't really like having to say no twice, much less 3-4 times. It a fun concept...you can taste test the olive oil and balsamic vinegar with the pieces of bread. I haven't been able to commit to the larger bottles but have bought a few of the small bottles to use at home. My favorite so far are the sun dried tomatoes parmasean that was recommended as well as the stawberry balsamic vinegar (they suggested it can even be added to beverages like cocktails). I think this would make a nice gift set for a foodie. Additionally they have beer and wine. I quite enjoy the selection of beer and cider and have found some new favorites. There's also a selection of pasta, sauces, sweets and a small freezer filled with meat and fish. Looking forward to coming one evening with friends to do wine tasting with charcuterie
