I spent almost $80 and showed the email and code for the free birthday fries to the cashier. He called over the manager and the manager told us that they don't accept promotions anymore. My receipt had a survey that I filled out and checked the box that I would like to be contacted but weeks have gone by and nobody has been in touch. I've also sent emails to the company and local store and they've been ignored. This is just an awful way to run a company.
