Upstairs we found cozier seating at a high top table with service. Downstairs I believe you have to walk up to the bar or just sit at the bar for service. I also don't believe the full beer menu is available downstairs. The menu is full of tempting toppings and styles with your choice of regular/footlong dogs, hot sausage or kielbasa. I had a hot sausage with pepper hash and coleslaw. It had a snappy skin, decent heat and was delicious when paired with the sweet coleslaw and pepper hash. My friend ordered frank and tots and reported it to be delicious and filling. My son had a regular dog and we all shared a big pretzel with beer cheese. I had an IPA named Thank Frank that was about average for a West Coast style IPA and my pal had a couple of their darker offerings that he wasn't impressed with. Our server was nice and gave a great recommendation to add the pepper hash. She wasn't the fastest at coming to check on our beers so we bailed. I had one and she never asked if I wanted another and never refilled our waters. Prices weren't too bad. The folks who called out the teenagers who are getting their first experience working can all get bent. You weren't perfect when you had your first job. Don't forget people like you willingly locked kids in their homes during covid. It's no wonder some of them struggle with social skills and working under pressure. I was a fan of the seeded roll which was super fresh. The cheese sauce was tasty and complemented the fries really well. They were super crispy, well seasoned and plentiful. The beef wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was tender and cooked well. All-in-all a good sandwich. The gals up front were attentive and friendly. They took my order quickly. Hats off to the kitchen for getting my food out promptly among the online orders. The place was pretty clean and had a ton of Philly Sports pics on the wall. The music on the radio was some throwback stuff - thank God it wasn't any of that mumble rap shit most kids play these days.
