However, when you call in an order their computer has... "the newer, higher prices that they are going to be charging but haven't had a chance to update on the website or new menus". WHAT?? That's what I was told when I ordered $56 worth of food on the phone and was told my total was $65. I went in to pick-up and showed them their matching online prices and menu prices. That's when they gave me that ridiculous explanation about "new prices due to the pandemic". Those invisible prices that are no where to be seen EXCEPT in their computer. The owner wouldn't come to the counter to speak to me. Instead, the girl at the register went back and forth between me and him with the information and lame explanations. Changing prices is fine but at the very least update your website and don't argue with the customer. You're not the only take-out joint in town. Ultimately I used a $5 coupon and the owner reluctantly reduced the price so, in the end I paid $2 more than expected. We don't order out too often, but when we do it won't be Pizza Town.

From the very first phone call to arrange a reservation for a large group, the staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and accommodating. Right away, I had a feeling I had made the right choice. When we arrived, we were immediately impressed by the level of service. The staff had prepared a beautiful table for our group, and from start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. I'm disappointed that I can't remember all of the servers' names because they truly did an outstanding job. Every one of my guests commented on how delicious the food was. My chicken dish was outstanding--easily one of the best meals I've had in quite some time. The quality of the food, combined with the exceptional service, made for an unforgettable evening. I can't thank the staff enough for everything they did to make our experience so enjoyable. I hope this message reaches the chefs and everyone working behind the scenes because they are incredibly talented and should be proud of the work they do. The salad veggies were fresh and it was a good size. I tried the pasta fagiole soup but wasn't a big fan. It was underwhelming - lack of seasonings and it could have been hotter in temperature. One thing I thought was odd was our server never asked us if we wanted to order anything to drink. Gave us a pitcher of water and that was it. I know we could've asked if we really wanted soda or tea but just thought it was odd to go right into the food order. Overall I would go back. I think a reservation is good suggestion for the weekend. And they have a gluten free menu if you need it!!!
