I liked this place before it closed a few years ago. Saw it reopened and had high hopes but unfortunately was met with disappointment. The inside was nicer than it used to be so they have that going for them. The food was just terrible. The texture of the wings were one of the strangest things and it was so off putting. I've never been afraid I was going to get sick from wings until I had these: we didn't eat them. The chicken pot pie could have been good but needs a lot of work. The vegetables were fresh but they were not cooked. The potatoes specifically were still raw. There was also no flavor at all. I don't think they put a single spice in it. The waiter warned us ahead of time but said it would be good if you add salt and pepper. It still was not good. read more

This is your average Irish style bar, but at least they have a really good selection of craft beer both on tap and bottled. Expect it to be packed well into the early morning hours on weekends, with a fairly rough crowd I must add. Not bad, but there's better prices to be had in Burlington City, even if slightly less selection of brews. read more

Geraghty's used to be my go to bar. Over the years food sucked and not a great service or beer selection. Well January 2020 they announced they were closing for good. Then COVID hit. Miraculously they reopened; my guess is because their competitors "Brickwall " closed for good. Well driving in the area, I thought I would grab a beer and some takeout. The food was ok, but when I settled my bill I found that they charged me $15 for 1 beer. Specially Pizza Boy, Murren River IPA. they claimed it was a rare beer. Now I'm kinda of a beer snob and know and rate beers through the uptapped app. This beer for one is made in PA and not very rare. A 4pack usually sells for $18 and can be purchased at local liquor stores. Now I don't mind supporting my local businesses, but price gouging like that is border line criminal and unethical. Bars in the area aren't up charging like this. If the owner thinks this is the opportunity for a cash grab, he is mistaken. Plenty of other bars don't do this to regular customers. I originally thought I would give this place another try, but my experience with their over charging, made my mind up. Definitely not going back! read more

What a hidden Gem! This location was recommended by a local for Good Burgers! What a treat were we in for. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing for a Friday night. The bartender was attentive and the selection of Craft beers was great. Onto the food.... BURGERS!!!! Fresh, juicy, nice sized, and FULL OF FLAVOR! Not all that good. Went on a Sunday afternoon. Nobody there. For some reason, they're also closed on Monday. Ordered some bar snacks. Edamame are immature soy beans in the pod. Those served here were really hot and either microwaved or heated in an oven. Desperately in need of salt. Unimaginative at best. There was a decent selection of craft beer. Barmaid was nice enough and offered good service. Outdoor space not being utilized on a beautiful day because there aren't enough customers. Overall a pretty disappointing visit. read more

Went to check this place out after noticing it on Yelp. Took a look at their website priory to visiting, which stated $10 strip steak and Flying Fish specials daily. Stopped in with a friend and my wife on a Friday night. The service was BAD, and none of the specials listed on their site were still valid. It's just no fun handing over money to someone that makes it seem like you're bothering them. Food wasn't bad at all. But the vibe and service was bad enough to win their low rating. Flash forward a few years and I've had a few more experiences here. Staff is either really cool and great to be around or totally head scratching for no reason at all. I like this spot... I don't LOVE it but I definitely like it enough to go back again and again. Trivia is fun. I hear the food is good. The drinks are standard but the atmosphere is great. Friendly and welcoming, great service at the bar and a GREAT selection in the Jukebox. I stop in here with a friend after work sometimes. He rents a place around the corner from the best landlord anywhere (ME!) so it's pretty convenient. Just a hop, skip and a stumble back to his place. I highly recommend this place to Burlington-ions and anyone who can catch the Riverline. This spot is right across the way! read more

I love going here for beer! It's close to home and the atmosphere is nice. Their tap list is great and changes on the regular, so there is always a new microbrew for me to try. Their "take over the taps" nights, where a brewery comes in with several of their brews, are lots of fun and the beer fests they host are great. I have yet to try the food, but it looks and smells good. It's a great place to meet up with friends and I can't wait to go back again! read more

Gotta give a shout out to Burlington, but we never seem to have a lot of luck food wise here. Beer selection is pretty good, and the people are friendly, but the food hasn't always been the best. Nice location and convenient to the bridge, to the Riverline or to Burlington. I like that they're trying to make an effort with the outdoor section. It would be good if you could mix the best points of here with Dolan's up the road on 130. read more

I used to frequent this place once or twice a month. But the patrons are just not the best. I wouldn't recommend it as a late night spot. There are other Irish bars in the area that are much better. The food, for us, always takes a while to come and is never as anticipated. They do an OK job of getting different types of beer in - but not my scene really. read more

Geraghtys is definitely my favorite local bar of the several in my area. They have an awesome craft beer list that always changes. Their food is really good for being a bar, always offers specials. I think my favorite thing is the bison burger. The prices are reasonable, but its definitely recommended to get craft beers during happy hour. Trivia is my favorite on Thursday nights. The acoustics in the bar are really not good for live music/loud music....its just overwhelmingly loud and becomes unenjoyable sometimes. Service is a hit or miss. Sometimes its wonderful, sometimes you could wait 10-15 mins for a drink and an attitude. Overall, its a good bar and I will continue to choose it over the other local bars. read more

I've been to this bar in the past, and while nothing extraordinary, it was a solid local bar. The craft beer selection is good, both draft and in bottles. The clientele this evening was mostly younger drinkers, many of which were using vapor e-cigs. I can't stand the smell of them, and really don't understand why the rest of the bar patrons would have to be subjected to breathing that crap in. I have resolved to give a new place ONE CHANCE to make me happy with my meal, but this was not that place. Went here Saturday afternoon with two friends. The few people at the bar were rather LOUD so we sat at a table in so we could talk. There were no other patrons at the tables. We went for food, not beer. My friends ordered Buffalo Salads, I ordered a Reuben. They said the salads were good, but all I saw was chopped iceberg lettuce with some Buffalo-style chicken strips on top. The Reuben tasted like it had real corned beef, but it was difficult to tell because the bread was BURNED BLACK, and tasted of char. It came with their "famous" home-made potato chips, but these were a bit too dark, on the verge of being burned. Not tasty. Each dish cost $10. A bit pricey. With no other patrons ordering food, I thought the cook would be able to pay a bit more attention to what he was grilling. Guess not. They lost me. I'm not going back. Update July, 2017 - Well, stupid me, I went back because a group of friends went. So - I got a Reuben with fries. The sandwich was OK, except they forgot the dressing, and the taste was "off". The fries were SO SALTY - SO SALTY they were inedible. I told the waitress and she had the kitchen re-make the fries with less salt. The second batch came out SO SALTY that they, too, were inedible. So she had the kitchen make a THIRD batch and THEY were too salty! OMG! So she tried a fry and even she said they were too salty. I paid for them even though I could not eat them. Last time for me. Have not had the opportunity to sit outside but that looks welcoming too. I had the buffalo wings and they were good and lots of meat. Off the beaten path on Broad Street near the Burlington Bristol Bridge. Multiple large high definition l screen televisions offer great views of any game that is always on. Friendly staff. Eighteen...did I say 18 drafts with various micro brews from Stone, Dogfish Head, Flying Fish, Sierra Nevada, Long Trail, Hacker-Pschorr amongst many others. A variety of bottles are also available. Sunday and Monday Night Football is a blast. I really liked the diverse friendly crowd assembled there to cheer on the Eagles. The menu is dynamite. My bacon burger was quite tasty. This place has great service, very tasty food with LOTS of variety and lots of very good choices of CRAFT BEERS for my boyfriend. I REALLY would like the shrimp tempura rolls to be here on Monday because I came last time and they weren't an they're not supposed to be next Monday even though they are a Monday Special, but that does not stop me from giving this place 5 stars! This is a great neighborhood pub,settled in Burlington City,New Jersey. Just minutes from the Bristol Bridge and easy access to the NJ turnpike and interstate hwys. Great service, selection, prices, and beer! My wife and I come here frequently and enjoy the laid back atmosphere. Their wings are huge and delicious. There is always a good deal going on with beers or happy hours. Some of my family recently moved to Burlington, I vaguely know the area however this past weekend I went down to visit. When dinner came around, we wanted something quick, casual, and more of a bar scene so we went here. At first I wasn't feeling it, until our drinks and appetizers came and they were great! My boyfriend and I used to love this place. They had great food that provided a few more options than the typical bar menu. Beer selection was usually pretty good too. This place is honestly so delicious. I love the feel/atmosphere when you come in. It's a perfect place to hang with friends, or family, or loved one. You can even have a private party here. The menu has so many amazing choices, great variety. I love the drinks on tap. There are plenty of tvs if you like to watch the games.
