Okay location, it is in bad section of rt 22 where everybody is speeding. Rt 22 has been okay for good drivers, but for nervous drivers it can be horrifying experience. As for this location it is nicely done inside and they have good offerings of donuts, however I seen much bigger selection in other locations. I hope they do well and stay for long haul. Report of situation with this location to corporate, they will not accept coupons or emails or anything from the app, corporate sent me a coupon to compensate for the factor that they gypped me donuts. The problem is is that they won't accept the coupon so now I have a worthless coupon and we still gypped the doughnuts. I reported it again to corporate and corporate sent me another coupon which I still cannot use cause there are no Krispy Kreme in my area so this is getting stupid and stupid as it goes on. This is a review of this location, not Krispy Kreme in general. The last time I went to the drive through, they took my phone in through the window to scan the balance on my account. This time I opted to go inside to prevent that (because I don't like that and COVID). The wait time was very long with about 4 guests ahead of me. There were a number of people at one register, lost and confused. Finally I placed my order, the person at the register took my phone from me, brought it behind the plexi and held it to get it scanned. It is not acceptable to take someone's phone in this day and age, and especially with the other pandemic precautions in place. Customers should hold onto their phone and place in front of the scanner. Next, one of the exit doors is locked. While there are decals on the floor instructing people to social distance 6 feet apart, you still need to exit through the group/line of people standing in front of the door, instead of the other exit which is perfectly clear. Lastly, at any other Krispy Kreme I have been to, there is an effort on not damaging the donuts. This is why they have the flat boxes, and I think they use chopsticks to handle the donuts from what I have seen elsewhere. This location has the donuts stacked on top of each other even if they are frosted on the racks. One of the donuts I received had a noticeable finger dent in it. Was excited when this place came to town but after a couple negative experiences, I don't think I will be back. They have been open for awhile now, and the pandemic has been going on for awhile. These issues should have been worked out by now. read more

Absolutely hate this location. They close early when they feel like they want to stop working. They refused me and my mom after we drove 30 minutes and shut the drive thru early. The staff totally ignored us until they let a customer out. There was no one else waiting and they could've helped one more person besides being so rude. Another time I waited the 45 minutes on the drive thru this being becaue the staff is rude and sucks straight out. They use one glove with touching the food and don't wear masks. I stopped in here a few times when it first opened. They were super-disorganized inside and there was nothing more frustrating than their drive-thru. They couldn't scan for rewards, orders, or payment through the app yet. I figured it was because they were brand new. I absolutely love Krispy Kreme glazed donuts. I choose them above any other. I noticed when the line died down. I've been watching the drive-thru line wrap around the Dunkin across the highway and I've been looking over and seeing no one in the drive-thru or the parking lot of Krispy Kreme. I decided today that I would stop and get an iced latte and a doughnut (I ended up with the cake batter and an original glazed). When I pulled up to order, there was one car ahead of me at the pick-up window. I was told to "please hold" and I sat there. After a few minutes, the car at the pick-up window drove away and I was finally able to order. After everything I said, I was told to "hold on a minute." After a few moments I was able to say the next thing. I had to repeat the drink several times because everything is on top of the massive sign. By the end I was yelling. I also had to scream my phone number for the rewards. This is my second time using the drive-thru since they opened and it was no different. It can no longer be chalked up to being new. The drive-thru window is ridiculous. It's like 10 feet in the air and it's hard to get close. I am unsure if I had to give my phone number because they still do not have scanning set up at the drive-thru, or if it's because it's a hassle to turn the phone over to be scanned. It's insane that this is a brand new building that was built and they did the window like that. I can totally see why everyone is across the highway at the competition. What a hassle. Some of it is corporate's fault. When you order from Dunkin or Starbucks, you can use the promotions and apply deals through the app, swoop in and pick-up easily inside or through the drive-thru. I ordered 2 dozen from this location in September and I wasn't given a drive-thru option (it was empty then, too). The app failed and told me my first order didn't go through, but when I tried again I received a call from the location asking if I meant to double order - which was a plus! However, when I got there, the manager would NOT give me a refund on the first order until I pulled up my freaking credit card statement on my phone to show that the money was deducted. You can't tell on your end? Give me a break. What an invasion of privacy for something that your company screwed up. Their system is completely behind the times. It is definitely the fault of this location too though. Most of the negative reviews here talk about the staff and their apathetic attitudes. The time it takes to go through drive-thru because multi-tasking is not in their dictionary. It's been the same person every time I've gone through, and she does an excellent job of making you feel like you're an idiot for even stopping there. I am sure I will order more doughnuts to bring home to the family or to work - if they are still in business. I will not be using the drive-thru ever again though. It's not worth it. The drinks aren't good enough to justify it. This place is great if you're picking up a dozen or two and going somewhere. I really don't see it lasting that long though. Since it's new it's to be expected. The only thing I was sad about was that they did not have the Reese's Doughnut *insert slow tear drop*. The inside is beautiful. Donuts speak for themselves but I wasn't happy with the drive thru experience. I don't like how they assume or don't ask you if you want your receipt. If you don't have your receipt then you cannot add it to app for the points. And they never asked me if I had a rewards card to scan; good thing I asked for the receipt! I used their drive through and ordered a a cream-filled doughnut and damn! Now I think I'm hooked. I keep thinking about that thing like it's crack. Really disappointed in Krispy Kreme. Last week I purchased online 1 dozen of doughnuts for Saturday pick up. It's a one hour drive from my house. I paid in advance for my order. I was unable to make the ride Saturday and had to go Sunday, the following day. After the hour ride I was told I could not have my order due to coming the following day. According to them, I'll have to pay AGAIN because they threw them in the garbage. Garbage? The employees didn't take them home huh? I thought this was a bullshit move during these times.
