this is my first time trying a Korean corndog, so I have nothing to compare it to, but it was delicious!! i got the potato dog (half mozz half hot dog), with sugar (the cashier recommended it), and mayochup (mayo and ketchup). i hope to come back here and try more, the only reason I wouldn't is the distance from my home. the doughnut, on the other hand, was just ok. the strawberry frosting was VERY VERY artificial. so I wouldn't get another doughnut, but the dog?! for sure. this place is located in the food court inside of h-mart. it can get crowded waiting for food but it wasn't too bad on a Saturday night when I was there.

Half dog half mozzarella with sweet potato so good with a side of spicy Mayo

I loved this little snack. The only thing was I wish the hot dog was cooked and crispy before it's fried in the fryer with all the batter. I like my hot dogs crispy but that's personal preference. But it was such a unique snack and the spicy Mayo was so perfect with it. Out of the Mochi donuts I had the matcha flavor, didn't taste too much like matcha it was extremely green and tasted more like white chocolate but it was still good, sprinkles gave it an extra texture of crunch. The service was good and quick, the loud speaker will say your name when your order is ready. There is plenty of seating in the food court!! FYI this is inside H mart !

My friend told me about this place since he is always in the area. My other friend and I decided to come here and give this place a try. Customer Service: The cashier was not very attentive to the customers that were waiting in front of the store. The customers got annoyed and started using the self-ordering iPad to place their orders. Mozzarella Korean Hotdog: The person in the back thought they had made a mistake while making this hotdog because they brought it back and put in a different hotdog. When I ate this hotdog, it was spicy, and I cannot eat spicy things as it gives me an upset stomach. From that being said you already know I got an upset stomach from it. Spicy Mozzarella Korean Hotdog: My friend ordered this and he said he received what he had ordered. He wanted his spicy, but it did not sit well with him neither. Mango Lychee Refresher: This had no mango or lychee taste at all and tasted like water. Brown sugar yogurt: This drink did not even have any brown sugar in it and had only a hint of yogurt in this drink. Overall: I think this place should be more attentive to making the food and to their customers. They should also try to make the drinks with more flavor instead of diluting it.

This place is inside the H Mart so it was a nice little after-shopping snack. The cheese in the dog was sooooo melty and stretchy. Our sauce combo was delish on top of the potatoes. I loved it. The mango lychee drink was absolutely delicious. The lychee flavor in it was great. It did take some time for the food to come out despite it not being very busy.

Not the freshest I've ever had but still very good and reasonably priced ! They also sell Korean corn dog and different drink options. Located in the H-Mart so there are tons of of other shops and food around.

Got a half dozen donuts to take home. Tried the mango, pineapple, cookies and cream, taro, tiramisu, and chocolate. I thought the texture of the donuts were nice and chewy and what you would expect from a mochi donut. However, the part that was disappointing was that they all kind of tasted the same. The flavors were so subtle that all I could really taste was the sugar and in the end because the flavors were so subtle they all kind of tasted the same.

Craving a corn dog during my trip to Hmart and had to try this place out. The appearance of the flaming hot Cheetos half cheese and half hot dog threw me off...but don't judge a corn dog by it's appearance because this SLAPPED!! The only thing was it's first half is cheese so I thought they got my order wrong but towards the second half is the hot dog. The taki mochi donut was actually really good!! I was surprised and have never seen this flavor at any other mochi donut store! Would definitely recommended you give it try! The workers were extremely kind and informative. Very patient and caring!

This place has good flavors and the donut tasted good. Service is pretty good too and the ambiance is alright considering it's not really a sit down place.

I was excited to try this place, as I've been following them on Instagram. It's a stall in the newly renovated HMart food court (the new stalls definitely give a fresher vibe, but I will miss the nostalgia that the other ones have). The stalls now have a ordering system where your number is displayed on a screen and your number is called on the speaker when it's ready. More convenient, but can get annoying if you're sitting there eating. I ordered a corn dog and a mochi donut. The donut was taken out of the display but the corn dog took quite a while. (Means it's fresh though!) The customer service wasn't anything to write home about, but it's a grocery store food court lol. Half mozzarella half hot dog -- I was excited to try this as it's more close to home and the other locations have good reviews. However, I was honestly disappointed. The coating/batter fell flat for me. I personally prefer a fluffy batter, which would set apart a Korean corn dog for me. The corn dog was crispy, but the top of it was missing some breading. Don't have any complaints about the hot dog and cheese, however some cheese was leaking out when I got it. I wish they had the option to drizzle the sauces on top, because it's hard to dip into the container when you eat more of the corn dog. Mochi donut -- I got the taro donut, and it was good, but it wasn't the best I've ever had. It was a little oily. My favorite is still the shop in mitsuwa; the glaze is so soft and I haven't noticed it being oily. This is a great location and would be a quick fix for a craving since it's in the area, but I wouldn't travel far and wide for it. During busy times, like evenings or weekends, the parking is super hard to find.

The service was appreciated and friendly. Six donuts ($14) and a half mozzarella and half hot dog ($5.95) were ordered. Regarding the hot dog, it was different as it was all fried. There seemed to be a hint of sweetness to this as well. It was solid, great crispiness from the fried aspect. The six donuts I had were matcha, black sesame, brown sugar milk tea, churro, plain, and Oreo. The texture was very dense and all tasted similar to a donut one would see at an American Chinese buffet with a few differences depending on the flavor. The matcha had its distinct flavor profile, while the black sesame was unique with the sesame seeds providing a hint of salt. The brown sugar milk tea was not bad while the churro tasted exactly like the Chinese donut I mentioned. The plain was tasty while the Oreo had the chocolate factor to it. Will I go back? I would.

They took out the cheese dip. Quality of the food is no longer preserved. Service didn't do much justice. It took a while for our order. They were not friendly enough. Ambiance is no longer as good as it was before. I def wouldn't come back again. Unfortunate to loose a foodie person. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The place wasn't buzzing with crowd or have too many pastries and bakery items on display filling every isle but this place stood out for a a very naturally tasting cupcake which our kid absolutely loved. It was at night on a Saturday so many of the shelves were empty but they still had a few things left. Sunmerry appears to be a chain but one that I have never visited before until now so I can't really comment on what they have, but I did manage to grab: MATCHA CLOUD DONUT - This reminded me vaguely of the im donut donuts I tried in NYC. Very soft and pillowy and filled to the brim with a lightly sweet, matcha filling. I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this. RED BEAN MATCHA BAGEL - it's a matcha dough with red bean filling BUT the filling doesn't go all the way around. It goes maybe 65% so if you're splitting this with someone like I did, fingers crossed you both get a decent amount. The bagel was soft and in a bagel shape but it lacked the chew of a bagel. The filling was nice and different but the matcha taste was subtle - if that. Overall, liked the idea, but I wanted more of a bagel chew than what I got and to taste the matcha better. Maybe even have a more even share of the red bean. COFFEE BRIOCHE LOAF - my husband liked this one! Which is good because I got it for him. This is quite good. Soft, lightly sweet with a coffee top. We ate this maybe 12 hours after and much of the top layer had "melted" and gotten on the cellophane but it was still delicious. Perfection. I definitely scraped off the coffee bits from the cellophane so it didn't go to waste. PINEAPPLE BUN W/ MILK - I grabbed this one thinking there was a filling inside and there wasn't. I don't know if the bun was placed in the wrong location or the name is telling me the bun isn't vegan but it's a good pineapple bun but without anything inside, it was a tad dry. Maybe it needs a pat of butter like they do in HK. MELON PAN - I haven't had this in a good long while so I got it for fun. It's smaller than the pineapple bun and the topping is a little sweeter - I remember crunching on sugar crystals. It's not bad but also not filled so it's a tiny bit on the dry side. The place has tables to the side where you can enjoy your goodies. I didn't stay too long but they definitely serve drinks and delicious cakes as well. The staff were nice and the place seemed on the dim side. Fingers crossed I can go back during the day to get a better idea of what they have! In the meantime, this is a good place for an Asian bakery fix. They do list out ingredients under the names of their baked goods so that's awesome! From what I could see, their baked goodies are likely not vegan or gluten-free friendly, though...
