Wanted a quick mall snack. My husband and I split "the works" fries. They were not skimpy on the toppings which was a plus. The hotdog was nothing to rave about. If I returned, I'd definitely stick to fries. Since it's located in the food court, dining is pretty basic, there's plenty of open seating in the cafeteria style area. Service was relatively quick.

PROs- quantity and quality of fries CONs- too much quantity and ok once in a while Conveniently located within menlo park mall. This shop is new and we wanted to try it . They had some samples outside - regular fries .. the menu looked tempting . There were only 2 options for veggies and we chose the nacho fries... no one in the queue but it took someone 5-8 mins to take our order . Service was a bit slow while ordering . The lady who made the fries was quick ... The quality and taste of the nscho fries was good .. but it just fills up your tummy . We got a large pack for 3 of us and we couldn't even eat 25% of the pack .. should have ordered a small one . Good concept .. liked mixing all these with fries . .. we liked their chipotle sauce . Parking is outside in the mall and is heavily crowded mostly . We liked it overall.

I came here on my lunch break. The woman who took my order was very friendly and helpful in helping me determine which type of fries to get. Because I enjoy spicy food she suggested the Nacho Fries and it was a great choice. I ordered the small thinking I would just have a snack but she very generously packed the fries into the small box and layered it with nacho-goodness. I underestimated the size of that box and left very full and also very happy. The price was steep for fries but the ingredients tasted fresh and of good quality, paired with the generous portions of fries and toppings, I feel it was a fair price for something I will have on occasion. Medium and large and definitely going to be great for sharing. My friend was with me and ordered the bacon & cheese topping, I had a bite of hers and it was also really good and tasted high quality, the bacon bits were fresh, not those crusty old shelf stable pieces you get at the supermarket. Next time I'll definitely try a hot dog which they are also known for. This is new to menlo mall and adds a quick, modern, clean, option to enjoy when you're in the area or need a break from shopping.

Perfect for a big snack or a small meal! Staff helped me narrow down their great menu down to the chili cheese fries and let me tell you: they were loaded! Flavorful, filling, and photogenic too. Had no idea they were here in the food court but they've become a new favorite of mine at this mall. Best to enjoy then & there while it's still hot!

The gravy and the fries are so good from here! The service was good and the fries went perfectly with the gravy. Nicely set up ambience for a restaurant good for a mall food court. They also have other 8 toppings to choose from. I like my fries plain though.

Located right inside the Menlo Mall , these hot dogs are delicious specially their buns so soft , they have combos accompanied with fries and soda , and can be customized, affordable prices available.

Good options at reasonable prices. Food tastes fresh. Paid $23 for 2 hot dogs, large fries and 2 drinks.

Get ready to wait. So much waiting. Got a hot dog with sauerkraut, the bun & sauerkraut were both cold.

This establishment does get packed, so wait times can vary. I am not as fond of their location as sometimes Route-1 gets congested (unless you wait for the stop light to control the traffic). Jollibee fried chicken always comes out as expected - juicy and crispy. I also grew to love their chicken sandwich as well. I do not have high expectations when it comes to fast food chains, but thank you for reminding me of the Philippines.

They do not greet you or thank you for your purchases and the time being here. Ambiance: There was no music playing and you can just hear other customers talking with their friends and family. The tables were dirty as if no one had cleaned them all day. There were garbage and crumbs all over the floor. The garbage cans were overflowed with garbage. The chicken sandwich tasted just ok and like any other restaurant. The fries tasted like normal fries. The fried chicken was ok and tasted better with the gravy. The peach mango pie was delicious and probably the best part of the meal. The pineapple quencher was too watered down. Overall: I might come back here if they fixed their service, had a cleaner dining area and when the food tastes a little better. It is definitely not worth the effort to drive out of the way to get this type of food.

Food-wise, the only thing that interests me is the happy hour pricing on slushes and limeades. Although this location has a drive-thru, I recommend the drive-in experience because it's really the only reason to come here and you won't necessarily get faster or better service waiting behind 4-8 other cars at the drive-thru. When you pull into a numbered drive-in stall, you can take your time browsing the menu before pushing the red button to order. After the stall attendant takes your order and repeats it back to you, you can either pay by dipping your card into the magnetic strip reader (whoa, outdated) or pay when the car hop comes to your car with your order. My total waiting time from ordering to eating was less than five minutes at a drive-in stall, but the ordering process was rife with difficulty. It was a little windy, so the speaker attendant had trouble hearing me. He also didn't confirm whether my payment went through, and just abruptly ended the call after repeating my order back to me. The carhop was friendly, but she wasn't wearing the signature roller skates that Sonic carhops are supposed to wear. I'm guessing this is due to the severe lack of job applicants who know how to roller skate (they're all teenagers). I ordered a standard burger combo with fries, which was fine, but the real knockout was the peach slush. The two mints that came with my order were a nice touch, as were the extra napkins. I'm surprised almost of all the recent reviews for this location are complaining about the drive-THRU rather than drive-IN, since the latter is an experience unique to Sonic and the time spent waiting just to reach the drive-thru window is noticeably longer than at a drive-in stall. Why people are somehow expecting fast-food service here while idling in their cars and wasting gas like they're at a McDonald's drive-thru is an interesting consumer behavior enigma. (Spoiler: it's because most of them are paying with cash and/or not using mobile/online ordering.) There's also a dining room inside if you want to order at the counter, although most people don't even know this is an option.
