Wanted a quick mall snack. My husband and I split "the works" fries. They were not skimpy on the toppings which was a plus. The hotdog was nothing to rave about. If I returned, I'd definitely stick to fries. Since it's located in the food court, dining is pretty basic, there's plenty of open seating in the cafeteria style area. Service was relatively quick.

PROs- quantity and quality of fries CONs- too much quantity and ok once in a while Conveniently located within menlo park mall. This shop is new and we wanted to try it . They had some samples outside - regular fries .. the menu looked tempting . There were only 2 options for veggies and we chose the nacho fries... no one in the queue but it took someone 5-8 mins to take our order . Service was a bit slow while ordering . The lady who made the fries was quick ... The quality and taste of the nscho fries was good .. but it just fills up your tummy . We got a large pack for 3 of us and we couldn't even eat 25% of the pack .. should have ordered a small one . Good concept .. liked mixing all these with fries . .. we liked their chipotle sauce . Parking is outside in the mall and is heavily crowded mostly . We liked it overall.

I came here on my lunch break. The woman who took my order was very friendly and helpful in helping me determine which type of fries to get. Because I enjoy spicy food she suggested the Nacho Fries and it was a great choice. I ordered the small thinking I would just have a snack but she very generously packed the fries into the small box and layered it with nacho-goodness. I underestimated the size of that box and left very full and also very happy. The price was steep for fries but the ingredients tasted fresh and of good quality, paired with the generous portions of fries and toppings, I feel it was a fair price for something I will have on occasion. Medium and large and definitely going to be great for sharing. My friend was with me and ordered the bacon & cheese topping, I had a bite of hers and it was also really good and tasted high quality, the bacon bits were fresh, not those crusty old shelf stable pieces you get at the supermarket. Next time I'll definitely try a hot dog which they are also known for. This is new to menlo mall and adds a quick, modern, clean, option to enjoy when you're in the area or need a break from shopping.

Perfect for a big snack or a small meal! Staff helped me narrow down their great menu down to the chili cheese fries and let me tell you: they were loaded! Flavorful, filling, and photogenic too. Had no idea they were here in the food court but they've become a new favorite of mine at this mall. Best to enjoy then & there while it's still hot!

The gravy and the fries are so good from here! The service was good and the fries went perfectly with the gravy. Nicely set up ambience for a restaurant good for a mall food court. They also have other 8 toppings to choose from. I like my fries plain though.

I am still disappointed by the lack of response from the corporate office on this matter, but the Edison location was extremely helpful in resolving my issue. Initial review: My wife and I have been going to True Food Kitchen for a while now, and really enjoy their healthy food options, but their recent lack of customer service is very disappointing. We recently purchased a gift card for True Food Kitchen but when we had problems with it, the local restaurant wasn't able to do anything. We reached out to the company they parner with for the gift cards, who told us to reach out to corporate. I left two voicemails with True Food corporate with no response, in addition to leaving email with no response either. I would appreciate it even if they couldn't do anything that they would at least get back to us and let us know that, but nothing. I commend True Food for offering such healthy eating options for people but without good customer service, I can't see it really lasting for long.

The Food Starter: Edamame Dumplings, Salad: Organic Tuscan Kale, & main course: Vegan Double Cheeseburger (WOW‼). I would recommend this to everyone for sure. The only minuscule disappointment was that our beverages were delayed, and the Edamame Dumplings were a little disappointing; in that it was lacking a very small portion of Edamame. My daughter did place another order, and this time the Edamame was well served. Yet she was not offered a compliment credit towards the unsatisfactory portion on first order. The good atmosphere was vibrant and excitable in the Mix. Definitely add to your To-Do-Visit

It was served piping hot and I cleared this plate down to the last bite. It is a shame this plate will not be served all year round, but this is understood because Seasons 52 is known for alternating their menu. In addition to enjoying the meal, the inside is very upscale. There are a variety of beautifully decorated trees and the lighting is dimmed. Our server came over rather quickly and offered beverages. My husband loved his old fashioned. We ordered 2 gf crust flatbreads and the caramelized Brussel sprouts. The Brussel sprouts were so delicious. The pepperoni flatbread was superior to the chicken pesto one. Both were good but I prefer the pepperoni. For dessert, the only options are mini jars with cake. Lemon blueberry was seasonal while others are standard. It tasted fine but nothing special. I love how the menu changes with the season and features fresh options. For example, summer featured corn and I bet fall will feature squash. You'd never know this is a chain. Definitely give seasons 52 a chance.

I recently tried the chef's 8-course tasting menu, and it was perfectly paced--the small plates are proportionately sized so you leave feeling satisfied rather than overwhelmed. Every dish is a standout with deep, "stacked" flavors; even the ingredients I was skeptical about ended up being favorites. Nothing needed a drop of extra seasoning. The service sets a warm, welcoming tone from the start. We were offered Oshibori (Japanese warm towelettes) to refresh our hands, and getting a fresh set of utensils with every course was a high-end touch I really appreciated. Menu Highlights: Taro Fritter: A sweet-textured appetizer inspired by Chinese desserts, topped with caviar and soy-pickled beets. It was a beautiful way to awaken the palate. Mackerel Crudo: As someone who isn't usually a fan of raw dishes, I was surprised by how much I loved this. It's light, perfectly acidic, and balanced with plum, ponzu, and apple. Grilled Sunchoke: This was "rustic elegance" in a bowl. The smell alone is incredible, and the combination of ginger crab and shellfish butter is pure comfort. Smoked Duck: Topped with black winter truffle and caramelized onions in a gochujang sauce--absolutely excellent cook and presentation. Braised Beef Cheek: So tender you can skip the knife and just use your fork. Since I forgot to BYOB, I tried their house-made Luck & Love hibiscus drink. It's hands-down the best hibiscus tea I've ever had--I actually tried to buy one to-go, but they only make enough for dine-in guests! It's a fantastic spot to bring friends or loved ones, though I'd recommend arriving early. The parking lot is extremely tight, so you might need to look for space in the lot next door.

A few logistical tips: while there is street parking, a public lot is conveniently located right across the street. The dining room is quite intimate with only about ten tables, and since they don't seem to take reservations, I recommend arriving early or being prepared for a wait. If you don't want to wait, they do offer takeout! Another suggestion is to browse their menu online before you arrive, the selection is extensive! We showed up without a game plan and needed several minutes just to decide because there were so many tempting choices! Luckily, our waiter was incredibly patient and helpful, answering every question we had. Once we decided, the real fun began. Every single item, and I'm not exaggerating, was phenomenal! We started with the fresh squeezed orange juice, which was sweet and perfectly portioned, along with a vanilla latte and a cappuccino. Both were classic, rich, and creamy. For the main course, we chose the "Chill + Qill It" Chilaquiles, which featured traditional corn tortillas topped with cotija cheese, avocado, pink sour cream, eggs, and your choice of protein. We also tried the Parkside Classic Sliders; the chicken was exceptionally crispy yet tender and juicy, served with eggs on a brioche bun. We opted to upgrade to the truffle fries, which were delicious! Although our sliders accidentally came with pickles, the staff was so kind and immediately offered to remake the dish or swap out the bun. Finally, we had the Grilled Chicken Egg Ranchero. It was like a breakfast version of nachos, loaded with beans, peppers, onions, an egg, those same crispy tortillas, and more of that signature pink cream! We couldn't leave without satisfying our sweet tooth, so we finished with the Cinnamon Roll French Toast. It tasted exactly like a fresh cinnamon roll, the glaze was incredible, and the bread was perfectly crisp on the outside while remaining fluffy inside. I honestly cannot wait to go back and work my way through the rest of the kitchen's creations. This restaurant is a absolute must-visit for their unique combinations and superb flavors!
