We went for my friend's birthday dinner. Our server, Katelynn, was exceptional. She was pleasant, attentive, and gave great suggestions. We casually mentioned after ordering that we were together for a birthday. Totally unexpected, she gave us a certificate towards our next visit. Our food was delicious. We didn't plan on dessert, but could not resist when shown the options. My friend's dessert was no charge for her birthday, and her plate was beautifully decorated with a birthday message and a candle. Katelynn patiently took our photos and was totally delightful! This place was bussin on a Saturday night at 7pm. Met up with a foodie friend. It was so packed he had to park across the mall. So reservations are highly recommended. I liked that they sat us at a booth, it's a bit more private. But my friend, Mr. Chivalry, joked that he couldn't pull out a chair for me. Lol. Seasons 52 is known for their farm to table. Our awesome waitress, Lauren, was very attentive and voiced what some of her favorite dishes were. We absolutely loved every dish. It was tasty and perfectly seasoned! And if you are on a date night, don't forget to order one of their yummy desserts like their Belgium Chocolate S'mores. Have been to this location a few times. Even hosted a retirement event in the private room. Was there Saturday at 6:00 with family a party of 9. Our bill was about $600. The whole night felt rushed by the waiter. They even sent someone over to ask us to leave at about 8:00. There were empty tables and did not seem like a long line or any line when we left. Decent place next to Menlo Park Mall, we got seated right away. We decided to dine here since we've been passing by for some time now on our way to the mall. We got a salmon dish and a chicken dish, both of which were good but a little salty. Service was awesome, Caitlyn was our server, and she was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was cozy, with nice decorative wine bottles everywhere. After the meal, the waitress brought out the dessert display, which was interesting. Seasons 52 is genuinely one of my favorite chain restaurants with their higher quality menu offerings. I always get one of their seasonal flatbreads. The roasted mushroom flatbread is so fresh and I love the creamy goat cheese on top. For the summer season, my go-to was the corn flatbread with juicy bacon on top. The sharper cheese on that one really hit! The cedar plank roasted salmon is a simple, but yummy and always well-cooked dish. The potatoes are surprisingly flavor and I love that they serve this with a dill-mustard sauce on the side. When I tried the filet mignon, I was wowed with how juicy it was. Their mini indulgence desserts are super cute and perfect for one person. Sometimes I get the Belgian chocolate s'mores one, which has the cutest presentation. I usually get curbside takeout from here, but I've also dined here and had a great time. My food always comes out on time and I appreciate the curbside service. Honestly disappointed. Started with the grilled octopus, wild mussels, and chowder. The grilled octopus and chowder were fantastic, no complaints. Tried my mussels and I ate about three of them before I bit into a huge rock that almost cracked my tooth. Killed my appetite. It was incredibly loud in this place, to the point where our waiter was practically yelling across the table to us. I was having to talk into my husband's ear. Tables were pretty crammed. For what we are paying, I did not expect to find a rock in my mussels. I drive past this restaurant often and have never been interested in dining there but a friend of mine wanted to have dinner here and I reluctantly went. Let me tell you, Seasons 52 is one of the most unique restaurants I've ever been to. They change their menu four times a year to correspond with each season, most of the entrees are between 400 and 700 calories, the service is absolutely outstanding, and the food tastes amazing. They also have happy hour form 3p - 6p. Their happy hour is until 6:30 and is amazing! My favorite thing to get here is their flatbread with wine tasting! You try 3 wines and pick the one you want for a full glass to pair with amazing flat bread. I highly recommend this place for romantic date nights, get togethers or happy hour! It's obviously not Olive Garden featuring its Chef Boyardee inspired Italiano feedbag and... it's certainly not Ruth's Chris offering filet that taunts you into a second mortgage. I came in at noon w/ a friend on a Saturday (no reservation), and we were able to get a table right away. The vibes of this place were really nice. The restaurant itself was huge, and there were many options for seating, including a good number of booths. The dim lighting also added to the cozy atmosphere. The food itself was alright (and overpriced in my opinion). I got the grilled salmon salad, which was ok. The salmon was cooked well, but the mango was underripe. We also ordered the turtle cheesecake dessert, which was tasty, but not worth $5. I probably wouldn't come again bc I can get better food for cheaper elsewhere. Both the butternut soup and the Cauliflower and aged white cheddar soup were delicious and very hearty. The butter fish was absolutly delicious. I have never had butter fish and I am glad I ordered it as it was so good. The wood fire grilled shrimp and grits with bacon and chorizo was also very tasty. The Caramelized, roasted Brussels sprouts tossed with Applewood smoked bacon in a 15 year-aged balsamic glaze was amazing. For a chain resturant this was anything but a chain. Came here to celebrate a birthday. I think that it is an accessible way to experience a "higher end" restaurant due to the decoration and ambiance. People tend to go for occasions it seems and were dressed up. The service was quick and professional. The food was good, the meat was cooked well but the Mac and cheese was pitiful. It tasted and looked like box Mac with crispy bits sprinkled on top. For the price I would have expected better quality sides. I also do not like their dessert cups, also expected better dessert options for the ambiance/formality they try to present. . The plating of the food was nice however. | Great Food, Even Better Staff I had a wonderful experience at Seasons 52. The food was delicious, and the customer service was top-tier from start to finish. Beautiful establishment with low lights for a romantic setting. What truly stood out, though, was how the staff--especially the manager--handled a very tense situation with grace and professionalism. As we were finishing up, a woman attempted to enter the kitchen area by mistake. The hostess politely redirected her to the correct location of the restrooms. Instead of following the directions, the woman walked toward the other side--still toward the kitchen--and ended up slipping and falling. Since it was closing time, the staff had started cleaning, which made the floor understandably slick. The woman and her husband became extremely irate, loudly blaming the staff, particularly the hostess, for the incident. They refused any explanations or help, and even threatened legal action. What impressed me most was the manager's response. She remained calm, respectful, and accommodating throughout the ordeal. She offered several forms of assistance, apologized sincerely, tried to help the woman up, and even provided her information when asked. Despite being met with anger and refusal, the manager continued to handle the situation with incredible patience and professionalism, even helping the couple out of the restaurant. Afterward, she came to our table and apologized for us having to witness the incident--something she didn't have to do, but it really showed her commitment to creating a positive dining experience. It's easy to deliver great service when everything's going smoothly--but it takes a true professional to stay composed under pressure. That alone earns Seasons 52 five stars from me. Went with friends to catch up. We ordered the charcuterie board, lobster bisque and lamb. To drink we had the blood orange margarita, apple bourbon infusion, new old fashion, pinot noir, and a Manhattan. The drinks were decent but not the best we've had there. We sat at the bar and Lauren was great. She was not overly attentive but whenever I asked, she we happy to help. Unfortunately, Janelle was not as good as a bartender. She seemed to be more interested in the male clients than myself and my two friends. This was my first bad time at Seasons 52. It is a really cute date night spot or girls night place. I've also done solo dates in the past. The parking lot gets oddly filled so account for that when you go. The food is great and the ambiance is nice. Our server Roksolana wouldn't even let me speak and had an attitude from the time we sat at our table. Simple questions we asked about the entrees were reciprocated with an attitude response, which made no sense. Didn't think too much of it maybe she's having a bad day, our apps were good despite having dirty cutlery they the experience got a lot worse when it was time for our main course. My steak was super dry and completely overcooked. Tried to flag her down for 20 minutes not to complain just to get some A1 sauce so I can still eat it but when she came 30 minutes after my course was delivered, she had a complete attitude and didn't even let me finish My statement, took my entrée and left and never came back. Flagged down another waitress spoke to the manager. I was trying to explain at this point. I don't want another steak. I just want my check and to leave and she literally wouldn't get it. I also tried to give her some feedback you should let your guests explain/speak and she literally yelled at me. I came here with the large group I dine with monthly. The ambiance is beyond relaxing and beautiful. Because we were a larger group we were seated in an alcove with curtains covering us. The added privacy was really nice. The servers come to this area to create the checks but it wasn't bothersome at all. Somehow this restaurant manages to be nice and quiet, so it was a treat to be able to hear everyone speak, even those who were sitting at the opposite end of the table (we are a party of 9). We started with flatbreads, the roasted tomato flatbread and the Philly cheesesteak flatbread. Wow! Both packed a lot of flavor and the steak on the latter was so tender. I was definitely left wanting more and might choose this as part of my meal on my next visit! For my meal I ordered the filet mignon, it comes with mashed potatoes and a type of broccoli that has taller stalks (maybe broccletti?) I asked for the braised red cabbage instead of the mashed potatoes. The filet mignon was tender and had a red wine sauce and mushrooms. The braised red cabbage was a tad sweeter than I would have preferred and I didn't love the golden raisins but it was still enjoyable and my friend who had never had it before really liked it! I tried her Brussel sprouts and they were delicious. Then, you are offered the infamous shot glass desserts! What a presentation they make. These are a lot of fun, small enough so you can sample 2-3 if you are in that kind of mood, or so you can end on a sweet note without feeling sick from too much food! I opted for one dessert- the key lime which was great and just enough. I tried my friends Oreo and it was really yummy, I might get that one next time. Seasons 52 is one of those places I've seen, but just never happened to go. Well, today, I got my chance to visit. I went with a group from a social club I'm apart of. When I arrived, I gave the name of the person who made the reservation and was directed to the table where a few other people had already been seated. Once everyone arrived, we placed our orders. I got the cedar plank salmon with mashed potatoes and green beans. This restaurant is definitely a good choice for people who are being a little more conscious of what they're eating. Their menu is seasonal and changes with the seasons. I feel like their food is pretty straightforward and simple without lacking in flavor. For dessert, they have a variety of mini parfaits to choose from. I went with the key lime pie one and it was delicious! I kind of wish I got two. Overall, I had a pretty good experience here. My mom and I wanted an espresso martini after doing some shopping and Cheesecake Factory was nuts, super packed so my mom recommended Season's 52 because it's close by. We were seated right away at the bar and the interior was nicely decorated for the holidays with red bows and glowing lights all over. Our bartender/server was so kind and friendly. WE have eaten at Seasons 52 at Tysons Mall Virginia and Orlando and the food and service is good. On a busy Friday evening we were surprised to get a reservation at 7:30 and after a few minutes delay were taken to our table. Diana M was our server and was nice to take pictures We ordered the sea scallops which was very good and 6oz surf and turf. My son indicated the steak was served at the correct temperature and was very good. I had a cup of lobster bisque soup (very good) and the pepperoni flat bread which was good.
