The Fat Darrell was ranked the #1 sandwich in the country in 2004 by Maxim magazine and is still a favorite over 2 decades later. Not knowing what to expect, they were the only spot open at 2am on a Sunday night. Wings and fries were greatly appreciated. My purpose of this review is not the food so much, which was good btw. They are food trucks, so you won't find places to sit but it's Rutgers! If you are on College Ave, they have that row of tables across from Au Bon Pain or you can go to the grassy area outside the Zimmerli. There are always cute little nooks to hang out on and enjoy your 1500 calorie regret. (Just kidding) ((Not kidding)).
