The food was amazing and loved the big portion as shown in the picture below . My only disappointment was the sweet ice tea was watered down and didn't taste that great .

Vegan pizza with mushrooms and spinach

We love how many vegan options there are here! We got the vegan pizza with mushrooms and spinach and it was so good. The crust was nice and fluffy and everything cooked to perfection! I haven't seen any other Stewart's have any vegan options so we're really thankful for this place. :) BF got our order to go so I'm not sure about the ambiance or service.

DOES NOT LET YOU USE THE YELP CHECK IN COUPONS Came back here after a while, and the owner was giving a lot of attitude and being rude about ordering vegan food. The girl at the front was nice. Furthermore, we tried showing a yelp coupon that you get when you check in and the owner disregarded that and just said we don't take those. Maybe this business should not be on yelp since they obviously don't honor the platform that they are on. i was disappointed in writing this review, since i liked this place before. Would only come back if the owner wasnt here... We got the vegan onion rings they were alright, very oily.

I found another place with massive vegan options and I had to get here. They have a good vegan menu with many options for the vegan population. I called before I got there and ordered my food and the server was very helpful. I ordered the Cali Beyond Beef Burger. When I got there I seen they are in a shopping plaza and they have a huge parking lot. I walked in and the food was ready. I was greeted and paid a little over $10 for the burger. When I got home and tried it, the food was very good. All that was missing was ketchup which I had to add. I will be back to try more items.

Cheese steak

Staff was very friendly --but the food was not good at all. Ordered chicken nuggets and fries for my son- tasted as if they were frozen and heated in a microwave. The nuggets I buy from shop rite taste better. I ordered a cheese steak for myself, it was meh. Doesn't even come with fries on the side, that's extra... I feel like all the food was out of a box .. wanted to try this place for years but I could've waited a few more years to try it out - sad to say.

One of the worst places I ever went to work for poop splatter all over it is nasty Boli3The most dirtiest place I ever seen in my life Stewart's in East Brunswick on Route 18 I been in this work over 35 years the worst place I ever came to work part dirty as hell

This restaurant is located right off of Route 18 near the Stop & Shop. The service here is ok because the staff is very friendly and take care of you. Their menu seems to have more variety than they used to at a different location 5 years ago. The price here is average depending on what you get. The taste of the food was very upsetting to me. I ordered a hotdog and the hotdog bun was toasted to the point where the bread was too hard. The chicken parmigiana panini was cooked to the point where the panini was too dry and burnt. I took a bite out of the chicken parmigiana panini and it had a burnt taste. Also, they charge you 50 cents for using your credit card if your order is not $10 or more.

We stopped here after seeing their vegan menu in the window. There's plenty of parking. Very clean inside. We were greeted and seated promptly. The employees were nice and made sure we had what we needed the entire visit (water, sauces, the check). The food was really well made! We ordered everything off the vegan menu: Chik'n fat cat, Cali beyond burger with curly fries and a hot dog with onions and relish. Everything was cooked well. Fries were perfectly crispy. Veggies were fresh. The fat sandwich wasn't messy (how?!) and nothing was overly greasy. Will definitely be back!

It's been too long since I've been to Gusto Grill but it ended up being the perfect spot for a…read morereunion with some friends. All of us with very different diets ended up finding something we loved. All of the good: -There was no trouble for 4 of us to get a table around 2:30ish on a Saturday. The space is huge, and it looked like they were even holding a private party upstairs. -A big menu with lots of options. We had everyone from vegan to basically carnivore at the table and the only trouble came when we realized most of their bread options had milk in them. The friend with a vegan diet knew to ask, but this would have been totally missed by me. She ended up getting a noodle dish and we all ate very happy. -My veggie burger was pretty good! As much as I love them, I can be a veggie burger snob. It's one of those things that need to be done right and the Gusto Grill veggie burger was done well in my opinion. Loved that it was a bit different with edamame as one of the bases. A great meal and a great time getting together with old friends. Highly recommend!

Our waitress was great but she was working the entire side of the restaurant where we were sitting. This was especially pronounced because one of my guests couldn't leave late. Food: subpar. We were here a few times a few years ago and I remember it being much better. The wings were good, especially the sauce. The sticky ribs were too salty and the ribs, while tender, tasted dry and overcooked. The pastas we ordered were overcooked and soft. The beef bulgolgi wasn't great. It was ok. Overall, a disappointment. Price is high for quality of food. Ambience: I remember this place being more lively and full. This time, on a Friday night, at dinner time, it was half empty. Other: trauma alert- read at your own risk. Once read, it cannot be unread!! When my daughter opened her napkin with the utensils, a spider jumped out at her and she was screaming! It took a while to get another set of napkins and utensils but when we finally did, I had to open the napkin for her because she was afraid to open it....

It has a nice, elevated atmosphere, so you should dress semi-formal. Prices are on par with other upscale restaurants. The food has always been excellent and the service as well, most of the time. You absolutely MUST get the Clothesline Bacon as an appetizer. Make sure you slice some pickle with it and squeeze a little lemon juice on top! The manager urged us to try it that way during one of our visits - we never looked back. Rather than eating in the dining area, we chose to sit at the bar for their Foxy Hour (Happy Hour) offerings. There are plenty of tables surrounding the bar as well. We had the Clothesline Bacon, 6 Oysters, Hipster Fries, Spicy Lobster Mac, and we each got the happy hour burger. Everything tasted great, but the hipster fries were a little greasy and lacked the shishito peppers they had last time. We finished off with the Eclair Trio dessert from the Specials Menu. On two separate occasions we were seated at an awkward table in the back of the restaurant, right near the kitchen service area and door to the outside patio. We weren't thrilled to be there, as there was constant traffic in and out of the kitchen and through the doors. I think they should just do away with those seats, so everyone can have a relaxing dining experience no matter where they're sat. If you've got a special occasion coming it, Orchard Park is worth checking out!

The service was fantastic, the ambiance top class. They even set up a spot in the bar area for guests to open their gifts after dinner. This experience was much better than I expected, the prices were high but the food (I ordered the Rack of Lamb which was served medium rare as expected) and service was exceptional on any scale for this extremely busy holiday! Our very fussy group had folks with food allergies & special diets and nobody had any complaints - that alone was a miracle - all requests were handled well and were proclaimed delicious. Worth every penny - will be back to this exceptional place on my next visit to NJ.

Our server, Willem, was attentive and knowledgeable regarding the menu. The menu is quite different from our last visit in 2024 - better organized and easier to read. We atarted by ordering a Caesar salad and Tagliatelle Bolognese to share at the table as an appetizer - quite nice and a good start. Charlie and I both chose the Creekstone Ribeye ( I opted for the Horseradish Creme Fraiche) and our wives both chose the Crab Crusted Halibut. all entrees came out cooked to order and piping hot. We also shared an order of creamed spinach. No dessert as we were doing that at home, but the coffee hit the spot. JS is BYOB so don't forget to bring your wine. I was especially looking forward to ordering the ribeye and lit up instantly when the server listed it as one of the specials. The server shared that he would need to collect the orders for all of our courses at the same time which was fine with me. I actually had more confidence in the timing of everything for that reason. Our server had a delightful energy particularly at the beginning of our visit. After we placed our orders, everything began to fall apart. It did get noticeably busy since we first arrived, but we ultimately waited for our main entrees for over 3 hours. 3 hours. The table ordered the charred octopus and the oysters to start. The oysters hit the table fairly quickly, but then we began to gradually notice how long it was taking for the octopus to come. I had only a slither of the octopus so that I could say I tried it. Everyone at the table raved about the taste. I did, however, agree that their oysters were delicious especially when dressed with a little bit of mignonette, lemon, horseradish and a touch of Tabasco sauce. I'm excited to now report that I am a fan of fresh oysters from the east coast, because apparently the coast matters. The table also ordered the canaletto stuffed with mascarpone, parmesan and another cheese, langostines and lobster with morel mushroom cream sauce, garnished with truffles. I passed on this one also as it was too adventurous for my taste buds; although, their delicious bread and our drinks did distract me for a little while. The restaurant is BYOB, so we had our wine to keep us company while we observed other tables come and go. We eventually asked to see the manager and was told there wasn't a manager on duty which was either untrue or a very poor decision on the part of the owners considering it was a Friday evening. Having someone occasionally check in with our table may have also helped to take the pressure off of the server who may have gotten overwhelmed or decided to prioritize other tables. Having a manager offer a personal apology may have helped us feel less forgotten about. After the three hour mark, we decided this was enough. I didn't have much to eat at this point, but I wasn't at all worried initially since I was there for the main event, the ribeye. I stopped a hostess who was walking past our table and asked for the manager. We were again told the manager is not here but can be called, if needed. I simply replied, "Please do". Shortly afterwards, I noticed our server who at this time was standing by the host stand briskly walk into the kitchen and then return to our table with our plates. I sent the food back which was a decision that was supported by everyone at the table. Let me tell you, that was a difficult decision to make, but I also was ready to call it a night. Our mood had changed, and I truly felt like we were derservant of having the same experience as everyone else that night. Our server apologized for his part to play in the ordeal which I appreciated since I know his intention was never malicious, but unfortunately we had to call this night a bust. He offered us dessert on the house, and our entire meal was comped which we felt was an appropriate resolution. I ordered the Cinnamon Toast Crunch bread pudding which was a favorite. Very good. Jasper Stone is a beautiful establishment with decorative yellow and white floral arrangements throughout the dining area. It is clearly a popular restaurant and has many positive reviews. I regret that I could not have a comparable experience.

It is a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff and cute simple decor that has a communal feel. The specials menu had some fun and exciting choices for st Patrick's day! There was also a listing for blueberry pierogies which we decided we just had to try. I think the concept is exciting and new- but the inside of the pierogies were only blueberries which weren't very sweet. We thought it could be even better with the addition of a sweetened ricotta, cream cheese, or mascarpone inside to compliment the berries. There was a drizzle of some kind of icing which was tasty and went well but there wasn't enough of it. We ordered our meals from their regular menu. They must have polish roots because pierogies and kielbasa show up on the menu a few times. I saw "pierogie omelet" and was sold. You can tell their pierogies are freshly made and it makes all the difference. I probably wouldn't get the omelet again because it was kind of a lot happening at once, however, next time I go I think I definitely would like to get the pierogi platter they offer because I enjoyed the kielbasa and pierogies so much. My sister got a strawberry arugula salad with crispy chicken. I did not try it but I tried a piece of chicken and it was deliciously crisp. She said everything was really good and the strawberries were perfect and ripe. My mom, who got the protein pancake with fruit on side agreed. My other sister got a tuna wrap which she also enjoyed. I also like that they do a 1/2 tea 1/2 lemonade with your choice of flavor. I got the raspberry and it was delicious - not too sweet but the flavor was there.
