Stumbled upon this burger joint, and it is one of the best burger places around Marlboro, NJ. The restaurant was very clean and there were a lot of seatings available. The staff were really friendly. The restaurant has a lot of different sandwiches/ burgers, wraps, fries, wings, salad, and shakes options. So far, have tried 3 of their chicken sandwiches (classic chicken, cancun chicken, and bros chicken), Philly cheesesteak, and hotdog. None have been a disappointment. Everything was well cooked, and the sauce was delicious. When ordering the chicken sandwich, I would recommend choosing crispy instead of grilled. Overall, you would not regret coming here. Definitely a good local burger place with a ton of different options. They have some really great specialty drinks and burgers of the month that are always fun to try. If you're looking to get a good burger and some solid fries, this is definitely the place to go. Their portions are pretty big, so just be aware when you're ordering that it is shareable sizes. I've been to Burger Bros several times, and I've always enjoyed my burger here. I find that their regular burger is much more juicier than their dry aged bison burger. Tonight, I had their Mexican burger, and I loved all the toppings it came with. The chipotle Mayo was delicious! Their fries are like McDonald's fries with less seasoning. They are very good, but can use some more salt. Their milkshakes are 5 stars! They are amazing, and you must order one! I love their chocolate peanut butter cheesecake shake! This time we got a bacon cheese burger and a veggie burger to go and as always I thought that things would be soggy and wouldn't survive the 20 minute drive. We had burgers for brunch on a Saturday. I ordered the bro sandwich, only with hot honey sauce rather than the bro sauce. That was delicious. So thankful for nice + accomodating service. The seating space is a classic fast food restaurant. Wasn't crowded on a Saturday around noon time when other (brunch) places would have long wait times. They allow you to come in and order but no indoor seating was available when I was there but they did have outdoor seating. I just finished eating from this establishment. A 15% coupon code was sent to my phone so I figured since it was expiring within two days why not. Upon scanning the menu I asked the cashier what he'd go with....the mushroom & Swiss burger or the Asiago truffle burger. At this point the owner overheard my question and he simply in an excellent way sold me on the Asiago one. I also ordered a small onion rings. All I can say is upon arriving home and opening the food...."Welcome to the varsity". The burger was cooked exactly as I asked for it (medium rare). It was large but not overwhelming or sloppy to handle. The bacon was crisp and did not dominate the flavor palate. Very, very generous with the truffle aioli drizzle. No need to ruin the experience by using ketchup. The brioche bun was fresh. The onion rings were exactly as described by the cashier...enough for two people to share easily. They were beer battered NOT breaded (when you know....you just know the difference). They maintained their crispness in spite of the 10 minute ride home. The ranch dressing that came to dip them in was thick and flavorful. I've been here before but it has been a while. Sometimes one just needs a reminder as to where to go for an excellent burger. Every burger was carefully crafted by the team it seemed. I built my own burger (with inspiration from their already amazing burger list, lots of great variety in flavors drawing from Southern, Mediterranean, and Japanese cuisine). Their Black Bean patty is incredible, thick and well seasoned. Loved all the sauce options here! Definitely use the chipotle mayo on a burger and the chipotle ketchup for the fries! The Buffalo Fries are a must get! The Buffalo sauce is infused into the fries, and the ooey gooey cheese on top helps balance out the heat. You will definitely want to eat them all on your own but there's plenty to share. Burger bros! Burger bros is our go to take out place in the area. Surprisingly though, we more often order the salads than the burgers! They have awesome salad choices. Our regulars are the chicken tortilla salad and Sonoma salad. Order the Asian sesame dressing with the Sonoma salad, and I promise you won't be disappointed! Their chicken on the salads is a little too salty, could knock it down a notch- but it is tasty. They recently revamped their salad rolls- and that was a great move! Now they are soft and fluffy like a small loaf of challah. As for burgers we have tried the truffle Asiago burger- it's super tasty. Their service is also top notch. I called in to place an order and the person that took my order was extremely patient and accomadating. We were able to pick up our food within 20 minutes and brought it home to eat. We got the barbecue bacon cheeseburger which everyone approved of and said the beef patty was fresh. I got the chicken creaser spinach wrap which was delicious and a lot less dry than what I would've expected from grilled chicken. We also got the bbq chicken sandwich which was great. I ordered online because I was in a rush and I needed my order ready when I arrive. Their website said your order would be ready 15-20 minutes after placing the order. I ordered the Firecracker Shrimp Wrap and within "Special Instructions" I specified "No sweet chili sauce, asian slaw, or avocado & chipotle mayo". I arrived 20 minutes after placing my order and when I received it had EVERYTHING I specified NOT to be in it. Lived in Marlboro from 2005-2021 and have never gotten burger bros until this past weekend while visiting my family. I don't know how this hidden gem flew under my radar. I picked up dinner for my sister and I because she raved about their burgers. She got a Mexican burger and I got the Swiss mushroom burger. Both were cooked to perfection, juicy and delicious. The size of the burgers made them well worth their price, they were not small burgers that will leave you hungry afterwards like other chains have. We had also gotten the chili cheese fries (they do use 100% beef in their chili and I believe halal beef overall). The fries were a bit underwhelming with the lack of chili and cheese added to the giant pile of fries. The little bit of toppings they did have were delicious, I just wish they were more generous with the amount they put on the fries. And lastly we got classic bone in wings with mango habanero sauce. The wings were amazing! Left me licking my fingers after each wing and reaching for the next one. My one critique would be to not place the blue cheese/ranch and celery into the same container because it made everything warm and I personally like my celery sticks and dip to be cold when dipping my hot wing. The staff wasn't too attentive when I stopped in to pick up my order. The gentleman behind the register said my order will be ready in a few and he'd call my name when it was but he forgot about me and I sat there for 20 min waiting and by that point there were 4 other pickup orders ready next to mine (mine was the only one on the table being filled as the items were prepared when I first walked in). Overall good experience and delicious food and will most definitely be frequenting them for burgers and wings whenever in Marlboro again. read more

I chose the burger with avocado, bacon and ranch dressing (left off the pepper jack). My husband chose the burger with a sunny side up egg and taylor ham. Both were ridiculously good. The burger come with a pickle but no other sides. We ordered the sweet potato fries and onion rings. Both were excellent and came with a dipping sauce. The Nutella milkshake was unbelievable.
