Today we placed an order online and were automatically routed to Grubhub. When the order arrived part of it was missing. I called the restaurant expecting them to help resolve the issue but instead I was told to contact Grubhub or come pick up the missing item myself which was not happening. This wasn't a delivery driver's mistake, the restaurant simply failed to include part of the order. Rather than taking responsibility and trying to make it right for a loyal customer they immediately passed the blame elsewhere and offered no solution. Mistakes happen and I would have been understanding if someone had simply acknowledged the error and worked with me to fix it. What disappointed me the most wasn't the missing food, it was the complete lack of accountability and customer service. I'll be reconsidering whether I continue ordering from here.

The honey they offer on the side is a good add-on, though I could probably do without the bread. It's pretty clean inside, and it's a quick-service setting - order at the counter, get a buzzer, go get it when it buzzes.
