We were warmly greeted upon arrival and seated at a high top in the middle of the room with views of the flat sceens. The place isnt too big, maybe 20 tables or so and a bar with maybe 10 chairs. Place is very clean. There was only one other party being served when we arrived at around 11:45. Our waitress greeted us and took our order. The room is lively which I had not noticed when we walked in. However, by the time our waitress brought our waters, almost all other tables were full and the volume was starting to get loud. At that point it was hard to hear the TVs. Within a few minutes there was a line at the door. The three people working the counter and tables were scrambling to keep up. They did their best, but if this is the normal lunch crowd, they could use some more help in the front of the house. The kitchen was keeping up but the food was sitting on counter waiting for pickup. Again, not the staff's fault. They were moving fast and keeping calm. There was at least as much orders to go as for inhouse. Kudos to them for their positive and friendly attitudes while getting slammed. Our burgers and fries came pretty quickly. Burgers are decent size (6oz) and cooked medium. I had blue cheese and George had cheddar. The fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Although they have a full service bar, it was too early to enjoy. I will definitely return with my family. Hey Burger is located inside of a tavern- when you walk in, it is a bar with some tables. We brought the menus outside and ordered. My orders included wings (8) and the smash burger. The wings were decent. They crispy. We asked for the sauce to be on the side so that we could dip it, but you can also get them in the sauce. The burger comes with fries- I got the regular fries which I loved. They were the perfect amount of crispy and cooked to perfection. The smash burger comes with pickles, onion, lettuce. I expected more from the burger because of how much people loved it, but it average to me.

Last night we finally snagged the last two seats -- and we didn't realize just how much we missed the burger! It was cooked to perfection, incredibly flavorful, and everything we remembered (and more). Service was on point as always -- friendly, attentive, and seamless.
