Bad enough I spent $3 per dog. Dogs were barely warm and can of soda was luke warm. Do not waste your money.

The first time was a bit of a mess. Orders were slow coming out, customers were confused on if their orders were ready because they didn't really call them out, and the fries we got were limp (pictured) and they didn't fill up the basket AND skimped on the toppings. They were also unsalted but they provided a communal salt shaker where the napkins, utensils, and ketchup were so that was interesting. We went again and this time, they were more efficient and did make an effort to call out your order. The fries also held up better and were even crispy on the exteriors even though there was a slight wait between my two items. I also felt like there was an adequate amount of toppings and fries. There was no communal salt shaker and the condiment/napkin area was a bit of a mess and running low on items, but it was fixed when I notified them so that's good. Both times, we ordered: LARGE FRIES: it's a basket of fries around $8. REGULAR VEGGIE FRIES: this is their medium container of fries topped with cheese sauce, sour cream, and diced tomatoes. They also come with green onions but I opted out of that. It's a good combination of flavors and fancier than just fries with a hint of "veggies". It's close to $10. Overall, a good place for us - we're allium free vegetarians - to get a savory snack in the mail. Service seems to be all over the place and no matter the quality, no one seems happy about their job, haha. The fries do cost a bit more than at your typical fast food joint, but they're open 7 days a week. One of my kids has multiple food allergies and the fries here are gluten free and fried in sunflower oil. We usually go to Chick-fil-A for fries but we seem to only go to the mall on Sundays so NY Fries got on our radar. He is allergic to wheat, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, and avocado (among other things) and he can have the fries here with no issues so we'll continue to support them.

If I returned, I'd definitely stick to fries. Since it's located in the food court, dining is pretty basic, there's plenty of open seating in the cafeteria style area. Service was relatively quick.

I learned something important from my first walk in visit to this Jollibee's when I had time to ask…read morea few questions to the not overly busy cashier. I wanted a 2- piece combo deal made from a breast and wing, regular spice. I found out immediately that those chicken parts were never on the menu, but the only choices were legs and thighs. The white meat was only available for sandwiches. That was disappointing. So I defaulted to a Chicken Deluxe Sandwich Combo (lettuce, tomato, fries, soft drink & Mango Peach Pie), on what appeared to be something like a Martin Potato Roll. It was a solid clucker sammy; good size fillet, semi crisp coating, simple mayo-based house sauce - but not comparable to the much larger, crisper Popeye's version; not to mention that the Pop-I store also sold all pieces of chicken separately and in combination. I didn't have to compromise. The fries are thinner than most fast food shops , but had good crunch and saltiness. The tropical juice collection is unique and the most distinct and flavorful part of the Jollibee's menu. I can't speak to their noodle offerings as I haven't tried them yet. I enjoyed the Mango Peach Pie (deep fried wrap), and their freebee special that I lucked into. Sweet and crisp like a dessert egg roll. This shop appears to be a favorite of the local Pinoy community which adds a nice cultural touch to the ambiance here. 3.5 Southeast Asian Stars. Offer breasts and wings to make it a 5 Star afternoon.

We quickly found out that they only served lunch and dinner. After COVID-19, they stopped serving breakfast options. Took me a while to figure out what to order but settled for the mac & cheese kids meal that came with an ice cream Sunday, the lunch special (turkey club + soup) and the happy ending cheeseburger. Nothing to really write about because it was decent. The servers and host were nice and kind, however this franchisese / establishment has sadly run its course. The prices don't justify the quality of the food. It's practically a low-tier diner.

We ordered two sundaes which came with plastic spoons, one of which wouldn't scrape the bottom of a medium sundae cup. Halfway through, we had to ask for water which was provided to us in a paper cup. Two other tables have been greeted and seated and have real silverware and real cups. I was hoping to provide my son with a similar experience I had when I was younger at Friendly's. I will not be back.
