I ordered La Capital, which normally has Longanzina (pork sausage), steak, fried cheese, avocado, and sweat plantain. I'm not a fan of avocado, so I had that taken out. It tasted delicious, and I loved the mayo ketchup it came with. The only thing is the steak was a little chewy in my opinion, and i wish I had a little more fried cheese, but the festival had an insane amount of person, so I understand that probably played a role. Nonetheless, they were really nice, and it was only a 10 minute wait for my food, which is pretty good considering how many people were ordering. The service is a tad on the slow side, but it's a good sign as it only means everything is fresh and made to order. The owners are extremely friendly and you could tell through interactions that they truly care about the customer experience as well as the quality of their product.
