I came here with my friend to see if it tastes better than Auntie Anne's. The Staff: They seem friendly but did not greet us when we came in. They all seem so occupied as if they did not want to help us. The girl in the back told us to call her when we were ready but she was unable to hear us so we waited patiently. Rivet Shaker: It is soft and is a mini version of the pretzel's with salt. Pretzel Dog: This was soft and not hard like Auntie Anne's. This also had cheese or some kind of cream inside between the bun and the hotdog. It was definitely different from other places. Overall: This was an OK experience. The food was not extraordinary where it makes me want to come back right away or give it another try with something else. This is a good place to grab a quick snack if you want a pretzel or pretzel dog. read more

Love the brand. This is my first time at this particular location. Parking is ok if not too crowded. People are really friendly here. A lot of welcoming energy here. And they honored their coupon. Which gives you a little extra. The pretzels are always fresh and ready to be eaten. And they go very fast once people get a hold of them I frequent the pretzel place because they are a good treat after a week of eating without bread. Lol read more

We've been patronizing this location for a while. I never noticed the sanitation concerns, until now. Upon entering, an employee greets you and begins to put on gloves. Great! I make my transaction and return to my vehicle which is parked outside of the pretzel prep and bake area. I can clearly observe an ungloved employee handling dough. As he's waiting for pretzels to come out of the oven he repeatedly rolls what looks like a pizza cutter over his bare hand. The same pizza cutter he uses for pretzels. DISGUSTING! He puts yellow gloves on to remove pretzels from the oven, otherwise, his hands are bare. He also bites his nails and wipes his hands in his pants while preparing pretzels. I just been driving around tonight and I was just gonna stop by this place and get me something to drink, soonest I got out my car, I can smell the pretzel, and the smell is nothing like the pretzel cart on the street in Manhattan or in the mall or any other places that make pretzel, the smell is so....delicious I thought to my self, I gotta try this, and I'm not even hungry. lol I tried to hot dog pretzel, and I gotta tell you guys/girls, if you ever in Edison, NJ, you must stop by this place, I never taste it pretzel this good before, and if I live in Manhattan, I will drive out there just for their pretzel, and yes, that is how good it is. read more

I was very excited to come here, my first experience at this location. However I was quickly disappointed that they had no lemonade or frozen lemonade as listed on the company's online menu. I ordered cinnamon pretzel rivets and a regular pretzel. The regular pretzel was room temperature and had basically no salt. The pretzel rivets were also cold and all of the sugar had melted to the bottom of the shaker, clearly they had been sitting there for hours. I asked for them to please make me a new order and they said the "cinnamon station" was closed so they couldn't. I ended up asking for a refund and wasn't able to get the product I wanted. Extremely disappointed experience. The cashier seemed like this kind of disappointment from customers happens often. I've been to one other location and everything was hot and fresh. This doesn't keep up to standards. Corporate should check in on them. There were five other customers that came in on a Sunday afternoon while I was there so the product isn't old for lack of customers, just laziness I guess. read more

On Saturday 3/14/20 we went to pick up an order we had placed on Friday, It turns out that they had made a tray of rivets instead of the Cheese steaks we had ordered. The apologized profusely immediately dropped what they were doing and made our order right plus gave us the rivets they made by mistake. I have long believed that every one makes mistakes, even though you do your best not to. It is the way you correct your mistake that separates the great from the ordinary. This is a great establishment and will be getting plenty of business from me in the future. read more

I ordered 300 pretzels last week for a party at my office this past Friday. The ordering process was very easy and delivery was available which was wonderful. I called back the day before the party to confirm that everything was scheduled and it was. Pretzels were delivered on time and the lady's car even had steamy windows when she pulled up. The pretzels were still nice and warm! All of the employees were pleasantly surprised by that! Overall everything was wonderful. Prices are amazing. You can get 100 pretzels for just $36 and the delivery charge ($5) was also extremely reasonable. I would definitely order from here again for a future office party. read more

The pretzels are great! And best of all they accept the 5$ clipper coupon dropping the price on large pretzel tray orders. The staff is accommodating and has taken last minute changes to our pretzel tray orders, which I still do not recommend doing but wanted to make note ;) Of course the pretzels are amazing and very addicting, and the pretzel dog really hits the spot. One thing I would like to really emphasize is their dips... EXCELLENT! The spicy mustard is actually spicy and should be eaten in small amounts and the cinnamon dip is killer. Stopped at the Philly Pretzel Factory while at the fair in Clara Barton, Edison. Enjoyed the pretzels very much. They were warm, soft and fresh. Best of all I met Will who found my wallet on the counter and went out of his way to return it to me the next day. The pretzels here are cheap and fresh. Only complaint is that the cheese sauce is awful, and I love an occasional side of fake processed cheese. But it's a chain and there's nothing they can do. The pretzel dogs are a must try. The latest they are open is 7pm I think... Which causes me to not be able to get one most of the time. read more

Of the five locations I have visited this one is hands down the worst. Pretzels were not only overcooked but also about one quarter smaller than other locations. Not worth a return visit. read more
