First time at this location. But I tried the spicy pretzel sausage. This was actually pretty good. Definitely can go for that when I come here. Can get them as a game day snack. Have to get 5 salt-less because they make those to order so they are fresh out the oven. Great taste and always good read more

I was able to sample a bunch of pretzels from the full-size rivet party tray. I have been to other locations before, so I knew what to expect. I know the order was placed online to be picked up and the staff was friendly enough to replace one of the dips upon arrival. The dips I had this time around were the cheddar cheese and spicy mustard. There were no complaints regarding those, a nice added feature. The pretzels did not have a lot of salt present, but they were appetizing. Will I go back? I did not physically attend, but I would go. read more

I work in New York City, so every day I see pretzels at Hot Dog stands and in Port Authority Bus Terminal at snack stands. However, I had no idea that not too far from me in Jersey was a store completely dedicated to pretzels! The concept here is simple: tasty pretzels with some type of outer coating or sauce for flavor. They make individual servings of pretzels or gigantic platters of small pretzels with an array of dipping sauces, mostly focused on mustards. The store front is quite small, with only a small area to walk in and order while most of the facility is dedicated to the baking process. It was fun watching trays of pretzels being prepared for the oven and then others getting piled up to form a party platter. I wondered if anyone would ever get them, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a couple preorders being picked up in the time I was there. I picked up a cinnamon sugar pretzel and it was really nice. The outside had a nice crust while the inside was chewy. The cinnamon sugar was balanced nicely, allowing it to be sweet and have some spice all at the same time. I would definitely consider getting one of these platters for a get together some day, and I'm interested in going back to try some of their other pretzel offerings. A nice place for a quick snack or for a party platter. read more

Philly Pretzel Factory - Pretzel mania - Bakeries Near Me - Westfield, New Jersey

When I stopped by for a quick snack of pretzels, I found them cold and unappetizing. I got the rivets and a cinnamon sugar pretzel. They were both semi-warm and by the time I got home (10 min away) they were cold. I understand they can't always make freshly baked pretzels but it really didn't taste good when cold and it got hard so difficult to eat. The one great thing is if you want to do a fund raiser. The owner will give you a great price for a bulk order. also the bonus is that the pretzels are HOT and SO YUMMY! When they are freshly baked they are heavenly. That's why I stopped by for the snack and was so disappointed. The ones in the store are not good at all. read more

Went in to get a box of rivets at 2 pm. When I got home, half the box was like a rock and inedible. A decent business owner would say, those are old and hard, but would suggest something else that s fresher. It s not rocket science!! read more

The perfect party pretzel place. Philly Pretzel Factory has been a place I've been patronizing for a while now. They offer great party pretzel trays that are absolutely the hit of every event I've brought them to. For a mere $30, you can get a full tray of perfect little baked morsels of happiness that become the best appetizers for a party of 10 to 20 people with multiple dip options including a variety of mustards, cheeses, and chocolate dessert dips that are always a smash hit. Their locations are very convenient in the central Jersey region and become more abundant as you make your way towards Philadelphia. If you're not a cooker like myself and you're looking to bring some form of food other than the occasional box full of alcohol, Philly Pretzel Factory offers some great options with different sizes to make for the perfect knotted bliss snacks. I also highly recommend that you go for at least one chocolate dip because while at first some people may seem off put by it, once you get that sweet and salty flavors mingle in your mouth, you'll be diving into that chocolate pit with every positively pallet pleasing pretzel bite. read more

I am in love with the pretzel factory! I go here at least 4 times a week. My mom and I absolutely love their soft pretzels. Oh, and get their shakers cups with the cinnamon dip.. you won't regret it!! read more

I've had the pretzels here before & I DO like them, but I went today (12/29/22) and the cashier had gloves on to take my money. WITHOUT CHANGING THE GLOVES, she then proceeded to pick up the pretzels with same gloves. I didn't have the energy to be THAT customer, but perhaps they should be trained on WHY they wear gloves. read more

I am from Philly and frankly these pretzels are much better than the frequently cold or partially stale pretzels sold there. I was unsure there was a lasting market for them in Westfield, but they have gained a sizable following and for good reason. Excellent pretzels; very nice people; reasonable prices. read more

Well I have to say quite honestly I was shocked at who I saw in this fine cuisine. A young blonde man who might've grown during the quarantine. Still dashing. I am blessed to have seen him here. It was a moment like no other. Not only were his eyes dazzling as he noticed the freshly butter glazed pretzels, but he was singing something. Something familiar. Something I know. My way. Song by the one and only frank Sinatra. Well that was a shock. How could he have possibly known my favorite artist? I give props to the Philly Pretzel Factory. Good music, good customers, and that is something to be proud of. Overall, I will be back to hopefully see this man again. The way he beams is enlightening and makes my heart skip a few beats. I'll see you then mystery boy. Don't stop singing. Passionately. When I say he can be the next frank Sinatra I mean it. I wish I had that talent. Anyways, your pretzels are great for children's birthday parties! My son loved it. The pretzels do get soggy after an hour. But keep up the good work. Sending love your way. read more

Recently ordered a bulk stack of pretzels for a school event I was running. Order a few days in advance, and they'll have your box ready for you at a designated time. Delicious pretzels - soft, hot when you pick them up, and just the right amount of salt where it isn't overkill. read more

This is a great alternative if you're looking to bring something to a party or get together. Fresh baked pretzels with tasty dips. It's been a hit any time I've ordered a platter. Plus, it's right next to a liquor store with a great beer selection. You can't lose here people. read more

One of my favorite snacks and great to bring to a work event, Kids party or bbq! Dipping sauces are all good and prices are great. If I could ever get some right out of the oven, still warm and soft then I will change to 5 stars! I can definitely tell the new owners are putting in the extra effort! read more

I always order in advance for work events and these are always a huge hit! I always get the mini tray which I think is very reasonable and my favorite sauce is the cinnamon sugar. They open early which is helpful as I pick them up on my way to work in the morning. read more

I recently made a purchase & handed the service person a gift card. She told me she doesn't think it will work because they haven't "upgraded" their system yet to read gift cards?? Knowing this for some reason she still tried to swipe it a couple of times? I still accepted & paid for the order. When I contacted the corporate office I was told that all the locations should be able to accept gift cards but this one hadn't been done yet. Because the corp office sent me a paper gift certificate to make up for what I had to pay out of pocket I only reduced the rating by 1 star but keep this in mind if you have a gift card you may want to call this location first to see if they can accept it yet. read more

Updating my review- they did a great job with my big order. Preorders were done right! Thanks!

Pleasant little pretzel factory location. Every time I've visited, the employees are welcoming & helpful. Good prices, freshly baked food.

Yummy fresh pretzels and great for a party. They make party trays which included 3 different sauces, such as cheese, cinnamon and honey mustard. This place must make a killing during the holidays. I wish they had something like this on the west coast. read more

Philly Pretzels may taste the same in all of its franchisees but this one in Westfield stands out for its customer service. After purchasing, the manager (or owner) makes sure the customer is satisfied. He offered us 2 free pretzels after we bought only 3. He said its the special that day. And then while getting the mustard, he offered my son a free cinnamon pretzel because we haven't tried it. We'll definitely come back and recommend this place to friends. read more

Ok so I note that this is the most popular pretzel place in town and I'm nothing but suspicious . I've known about this for years and it's no secret . A lot of the moms bring this to the parties which I'm sure my invite was lost in the mail. It's hurting mentally inside so I decided to do something about this eerie feeling. I wanted to try it for myself since nobody likes me enough to let me come over to their buffets. Isn't it funny how it's always the people you least except? Well I was sad enough... I ordered the cheesy pretzel dog from this quite charming young worker. He is the spitting image of my father and we laughed over the news or something old fashioned. I invited him over to a dinner party because he noticed that I was upset and he prefers an older crowd of adults. He suggested I host a party to avoid feeling nauseously left out. We both had serious FOMO and bonded over it . Cant believe he is going to bring some free pretzels and entertainment for my classily crowd. His only request was a $5 tip, some decaf coffee, and a jazz band. I hope he sings it don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing. Reminds me of the roaring 20s where the absentness pretzels were not a reminderp of my dying social life. YesuBaked Pretzels read more

Yum! Great party trays and individual pretzels. Good service too. We love the dipping sauces.

Pretzels are OK. Employees are ridiculous. Who owns this place? When we walked in, the young man behind the counter was just staring at us without saying anything. His whole demeanor was "I am to good for this". He was purposely very slow and created the long line of customers. He gives me my order without any souses that included. I ask him for cheese dip and he start moving even slower expressing how annoyed he was. Then a lady comes from the back room screaming on the top of her lungs, in Spanish, on cell phone. I understand a little and it was family problems. And this with a store fool of customers. read more

Love this place. Great go to for parties and is always a hit. Who doesn't love a soft pretzel!

I ordered #7 donuts for my son's birthday, got up bright and early to pick them up for his school snack and they had forgotten my order. I called Philly Pretzel Factory before they had even opened for the day, they took my order and had it ready in a pinch. Super nice and very accommodating. Thanks so much for saving the day!! read more
